This has always been a wonderful place to visit. I brought my own pair of inline skates which saves you $2 if you bring your own pair of skates to skate in. The atmosphere & the music is great. They could use a little bit of variety on food. I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star because I had to pay 25 cents for a cup of water. Didnt like that. Water should be free & the cups were small. Only downside. Otherwise Id highly recommend this place for dates, couples or just a friendly atmosphere to hang out.

Not for serious skaters on a Saturday night. Nice floors . Pace of music to fast. No separation between experienced and inexperienced skaters from the rails or outside of floors was an issue for me.

I love coming here. Its so clean, and the staff are super friendly. GO TO THE ROLLER SKATE SHOP, hes so nice, he really cares about his job.

I love this place I always go with my children and we had a great time ... it is a good place to celebrate birthdays and family reunions and it is not very expensive.

Its alot of fun. They provide classes on Saturdays and Wednesdays, on Wednesdays they also provide free pizza after the classes to around when they close. The time they are open depends on what day it is so, to see more about that check out their website and go to the sceduals tab. Followed covid procedures. Clean and fun. Will definitely go back. Sundays have a family special which is worth it.

Had a great time as always.. Was great to go out with my kiddos and we finally got to use our new skates we bought right before Covid hit... The staff was awesome, everyone was masked up and keeping a safe distance from others outside of their personal groups.. Cliff is awesome!!! He had to keep tweaking my skates bc I never had a chance to break them in... I know he had to adjust them about a gd 10-12 times and not once was he frustrated or impatient with me.. Thx for a great Sunday outing!!!

Very nice place, friendly staff, friendly skaters. Also my wife and I enjoyed the music selection much more than other skate places weve been to. What a gem. Well continue to drive down from Seminole County occasionally to visit.

This rink has a huge wooden floor! The Saturday night DJ killed it and played an awesome selection of old school music - well done!Things to consider: Its packed on a Saturday night and there are often lots of little ones. Great for families however, adult skaters may want to consider checking out an adult skate.

My daughter paid to skate, then was told that her t-shirt wasnt dress code and had to change or leave. She then had to take an uber back home to St. Cloud. Called spoke to the unprofessional male manager that basically didnt careI explained that she had a plain none see-through white t-shirt on tucked into her jeans. No skin showing, not revealing at all and all he could say was well I dont know. I ask him if he wanted me to send a picture, he said no. So here is the picture of my daughter and what she was wearing when she was asked to change her shirt or leave. No refund was given not even when I called and spoke to manager. Manager also claimed he must have walked away during this, but my daughter stated the old male manager was standing there when the young lady told her that her shirt wasnt dress code, she needed to change shirt or leavePicture is belowThank you

If I could give less than a one star, I absolutely would. The older ethnic woman at the front was such a rude human being that I’m convinced that she would be the type to try and fight a guest. First time here in 6 years and definitely the last time. If she runs this place, I hope they close down.

We clearly had prove of identity that we were 16 yrs old ... and the little girl still didn’t let us in .. she claimed that my friends and I aren’t the real age and how they can’t let us in. And they weren’t social distancing I should call the police and fda on nem ..

They do not have handles for the little kids to skate and the attendant obviously saw the kids couldnt skate and kept rushing them to move

Had a great time. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Only reason not giving 5 stars is because the arcade area can use some work. There were 3 machines that werent working and the air hockey table was one of them. I especially was hurt because of that. ither than that I liked the improvements made over the past year.

We had a good time and the facility is your standard skate rink. We enjoyed the space and the DJ as well as the games played. The issue was the young lady at the food stand. She cut and served pizza only. Im disabled and asked for a soda. The area is narrow and she sent me 4 ft in the opposite direction, where I couldnt get to due to the crowd. I had to go the entire way around because I could not back up 4 ft. This caused a line of 4 people to firm in front of me which was annoying. She was not accommodating in the least. I would have spoken with the manager but with so many people there I didnt cause a scene. I did tell the cashier that she sent me around when I was literally right there. I will be visiting there again. My son had a great time.

We took a group of teenagers here for a outing and they had such a wonderful time. I was actually shocked that they had so much fun because I thought skating might be a bit outdated for them. But I was so wrong. One of the girls even said she wanted to have her birthday party here! They dont have the skate assistant walkers but they do have a beginners area which was helpful for some of the kids with us.

The best rink I have ever been to- Hands down! It gives you that Classic Old school feel! The DJ actually has great skating songs in rotation! Its has a very diverse crowd, and it a lot of fun!! You cant beat this spot. Management is doing a good job!

It would be an okay place if the DJ didnt keep playing with the scratch and controls like a kid thats never seen the equipment before. The DJing was so bad it detracted from the whole experience. And they keep it hot in there. I wasnt even skating and was sweating. They probably do it to get you to buy their overpriced drinks. Oh, and you have to have your bag searched on the way in, like a criminal.

I truly enjoy myself each and every time I skate at Reflections.

The girls enjoyed themselves. They had never skated before and in a few hours,were doing surprisingly well. I like how they had a practice area for newbies. most of the staff was pleasant,I had one issue with a staff member at the food area who made it known that he simply did not care about my issue. (The issue was that I had 2 children in my party who could not eat meat for religious reasons and I asked for cheese pizza,he said they were out each time even though I saw dozen of cheese pizzas going out,I came back at least 5 times and each time he had no answer for me and just shrugged and went to the next guest. I asked for popcorn as our voucher allowed that,then an hour and a half later,he said there was still no cheese pizza,the kids were starving and I said well could you give them more popcorn until the pizza came out,he said no and walked away. 45 minutes later I get back into the line and he says he has no cheese pizza and refuses to listen,I wait for another twenty minutes until a lady comes out, I tell her the situation,she goes in the back and within one minute had the pizzas out for me.i was very thankful for her to help,but it should never have been dealt with that way,as it took 3 hours to feed these kids) I am hoping that our next visit will be much less stressful. As the kids liked going there,fingers crossed its going to be a better experience.

Very curious as to what has happened in the past that this place feels the needs to enforce a dress code!? I could understand if they enforced it on teen nights but they really should worry more about cleaning the bathrooms than what grown adults are wearing! And as many other reviewers have stated that old lady with the silver streak in her hair needs to go home and never come back, the rudest person you will ever meet in your life!It’s a shame because my family actually had a lot of fun at this place but the staff ruined it!

At first, I was a bit upset I had arranged to have my daughters birthday party and everything was so off schedule. I was going to request my money back and leave. They really went out of their way to make it up to us and I was very happy that my daughters birthday party turned out to be a success and she loved it. Thank you skate reflections for making my little girl proud. The atmosphere was amazing and I will definitely book again!I recommend this location you will have am awesome time.

Great place to come. Very clean and nice place to bring the family skating. Staff very friendly and kind. Came from Polk county just to come here and bring the kids to a nice, clean, positive skating rink.

Really liked this place. I loved that they have a smaller place for the kids that do not know how to skate to practice. I think they really need to make sure that people who shouldnt be in there are not. I wish they had the plastic helpers with the wheels. I would have been really nice to have that.

I had a HORRIBLE experience! I am a Hispanic women who went with my boyfriend’s family who we’re African American we arrived as google and their website stated they open at 5:30 only to find out they werent going to open till 6:30 because of a skating class. The lady in the front was VERY RUDE!!! She “told” me to spit my gum out I told her I didn’t have gum in my mouth and caught an attitude. While we waited an hour my African American family asked to use the bathroom she gave them a hard time to allow them to use the bathroom. Shortly I asked to go and she allowed me; while in the bathroom she sent a white female worker to make sure we’re in the bathroom and the worker took the Paper towels and soap out the bathroom so that my family couldn’t use it (I was in the stall at this time) when my sister in law asked to speak to a manager they didn’t have a manager “on site” then I went to ask for the manager and I actually spoke to a manager and the manager Insisted on giving free passes which we couldn’t use because we were out of town. Long story short. Save your money! Go some where else. This isn’t even half of what happened. Then they DO NOT issue refunds ! Save yourself the issues and headache!

After thought I decided to give a 3 star rating due to a few things.I found the staff to be quite rude when we were at the front counter. Stockingly rude and short. BUT! I work customer service too so I understand the woes of dealing with people, especially when the clientele can be troublesome. So I brushed it off.One of the people in our group is expecting. She struggles with nausea regularly. The only thing that seems to remedy it is GingerAle in a can. So she brings a can everywhere. She brought a can with her so she could sip the drink while watching her kids skate. We were told she couldnt bring in outside food or drink not only by the rude lady, but then a young girl came up as a reinforcement to tell us no... overkill.BUT I mean, I get it, I do. Just disappointed with the rudeness. My pregnant friend just wanted to enjoy her kids skating (they charge an observation fee too) without being nauseous and/or vomiting.I get it, but gosh, lighten up for special cases.Skating was a blast. A lot of rules to follow though. But, I get it.During the time there we discovered they charge 50cents for a cup (very small Dixie cup) of tap water that they get from a faucet in the back.Idk, seems odd.The rink was tidy and clean. The bathroom was not.Overall it was a good experience. We will return for skating fun. Which we are all looking forward to. We enjoyed the beginner rink, the big rink, the games, and music.I think if the first impression was better, my review would be better.

Been a Florida resident for many years and skate reflections hasnt changed at all. Its a good thing and bad thing. They really need to consider updating things a bit. The bathrooms are really dirty all the time too. But if one is going just to chill and skate its alright and the price is decent.It would be nice to see a change tho

I love this place. Ive been going since i was a kid. Its a fun place to hang out and have a good time.

Nice ring, super cheap facility. A few quirks though:1) Weird opening hours, is only really open for a couple of hours and then closes down (8.30pm on the night we visited).2) Some oddly 80s house rules about clothing, and behaving as ladies and gentlemen... Bit of a weird Christian vibe? Regular announcements over the PA about the same which would be better addressed directly with individuals than broadcast.3) Crazy cheap food, but water is 25c and couldnt find a water fountain and outside drink isnt allowed. So get sweaty and get thirsty.

Fun place but a little on the pricey side compared to other skating ring..The kids had a great time. This place has wooden floors which makes falling a little less scary if you are just learning to skate.

Family friendly environment. Cool workers. We have a good time everytime we go. Ive gone on dates with my husband, with my kids and their friends, to celebrate a kids party, and just us as a family. You can bring your own skates or rent some for a low price.

Stopped by Saturday because my kids have always wanted to come here, and the lady in the front window was beyond rude. Completely disrespectful and had the poorest customer service Ive ever seen. Asked the young lady at the rental counter what her name was and she said Margie. Other than experiencing the worst customer service imaginable by this Margie, and gritting my teeth as I handed her money, it was a fun time for my kids.

We went twice in february 2020. Loved.

Celebrated my sons 8th birthday party here and loved the packet they offer. Especially dj booth experience and how they let the kids pick a song they want. Our server was also very accommodating to our needs.

I had my kids birthday party here last Saturday....and I want to say that we had an amazing time!!! My sister in law my parents my other kids parents couldnt stop thanking me because they enjoyed themselves....thank u for your awesome staff and the old school look....we loved it!!! Especially the birthday girls!!!

Really fun, but as a faster skater it would be really nice if the floor was controlled better. Lots of tiny people falling on the outside edge of the floor. Its so dangerous, for everyone skating, when the floor guards dont keep slower and less skilled skaters toward the middle of the floor.Also, theres a big lump in the skate floor near the bleachers on the north side of the building that is probably making lots of newer skaters fall.

If I could give them zero stars I would.... please save your money and run!!!!!!!!!!! These folks charge you near $10 to skate for an hour. All the games and special skates don’t allow you to skate. Me and my group arrived at 5:30 as the google hours say and had to wait until 6:20 to enter the facility. I promise you it was a waste of my time and money. Please find another rink if you plan on getting more for your money!!!!!

Not much variety of music. Teens who knew how to skate kept going into Beginners skating area. Not fun for my kids who were trying to skate for the first time.

My previous review about this place has changed the music is still way to ghetto however they did play somewhat of different music it was a nice change the checkout systems was not as long the staff was a lot nicer with the exception of one older lady with reddish hair with the silver streak in front of her face She can use to calm down and not look so angry oh well ., all in all better service cleaner the games they play towards the end of the night is fun thank you for making small changes skate reflections looking forward to coming back again and making this 5 stars :D

The lady in the front was beyond rude when we were asking questions and trying to get info. While in the bathroom my 5 year old and I walked into a bathroom that smelled like weed and 2 girls were doing cocaine in the stall next to us. This place is not on the up and up and when we informed a manager his response was .. Good to know. This is not a family or a safe environment for your kids.

I had my daughters birthday party here. She had the best time. She got to go up in the DJ booth and choose 3 songs to play for everyone to skate to. They have snacks, drinks, and an area to buy glow sticks to use on the skate floor. You can choose roller blades too if you cant skate in regular skates. Definitely going to be back often!

Old Fashioned Fun and Best Parties in Town. We have been skating and hosting birthday parties here for over a decade. Great value, wholesome fun, decent food (for snack bar food) and hardworking, kind employees. Some areas, such as the restrooms, are starting to show their age and how much wear they get, but other areas have clearly been updated. The only thing we think they NEED is to add hand sanitizer dispensers throughout. There should absolutely be one outside each party room! Preferably one near the snack bar and the play area too! With so many people having to hold on to every available surface just to stay upright, it would be a very, very good idea.

Showed up today for Family day. They are closed for a competition. I had promised my children a birthday party. According to their schedule on the website its Family Day discounted tickets. So I show up and they say no were closed to the public. They sent make it clear on the website its closed. So disappointed.
