This is definitely the spot! They played all the music I like. Angelina was my server and when I say Mami was ON POINT. Always made sure we had drinks and our hookah was fresh. Nick and Jose we’re behind the bar and our drinks were great. Definitely recommend!

The setting was beautiful, music was amazing, the drinks were amazing and the front desk young ladies who first greet you in the lounge were phenomenal. The young black lady with the short blonde hair made our experience completely terrible . Completely unprofessional and served us with several attitudes . If you do not want to waitress please then do not sign up for the job. My party and I were so disturb by her presence we feared she may have done a malicious act to our food . Other than that the setting was amazing for a good time . I suggest picking another one of the beautiful waitresses there for even a phenomenal experience.

Worse lounge I have ever been to. Management run by some guy Saint, that gets drunk and handles customers and his staff very poorly. Everything is over priced, hookahs dont operate properly. No mask or social distancing enforced. That alone makes you not even want to smoke, eat or drink the watered down drinks. They had food shortage on certain food. Change the lightning and youll be able to see how dirty the place really is. Not satisfied and I will never return.

This lounge is overpriced and the dj don’t do song request. Everything is completely unprofessional I would suggest going to another lounge instead.

Horrible experience, coming in the door the management moved us to the back, once they see your not buying there over priced bottles they don’t care nothing about you! Then we ordered food 4 friends ordered wings and fries and they told us they were out of wings some they brought us what they had left which was 9 wings whoever the guy was he told us he would accommodate us with something but I couldn’t understand him either was they hit over on us we didn’t eat anything but the 9 wings between 4 friends. They need better service and the waitress stayed with an attitude! Not going back. We all had our mask on no one else had mask on except the security guard. The DJ talking bout f coronavirus that was crazy... not a good experience at all we don’t mind paying for quality they were over priced and under quality

Came here for my birthday with my best friend luisa all the way from Tampa and we had the time of our lives. The atmosphere was like no other, the dj was popping, and the drinks were on point! I also met dee who was super pretty and attendant to us! When I come back to Orlando then I’m definitely coming back!

I used to work there and the hookah was good and better priced now its not good at all. They charged 45$ for a specialty hookah that did not smoke good. I told the server about it she took it back to get it “fixed” it didnt get fixed it tasted like nothing and it didnt have good smoke. Again i complained about it and they tried to fix it again still the same. So i told them can i get a regular hookah then because it not worth paying 45$ for something that isnt smoking right. They didnt wanna do it. I talked to the manager and she had mad attitude and she didnt wanna change my hookah so i just said whatever its fine because didnt wanna argue with no one. Customer service should be number 1 priority not money because if there is no good customer service then ppl not gonna want to come!!! This place looks aesthetically nice but the hookah is horrible. All the owner cares about is money.

I hardly ever give less than 3 stars, even for my worst experiences! I just left the place! The lady in the front charged me $10 entry fee! No smile, no welcoming demeanor! I went inside, a DJ blaring music, a big TV! The drink was 6 dollars and change! $16 one drink! Ok music! They allow hookah smoking but not cigarettes! You cant even take your drink outside to smoke! Not my personal destination for a good time!!I hope the owner figures out something! Mediocre at best!!

Came here on the first night of my trip and immediately loved Saint’s hospitality. I was very impressed by the vibe and atmosphere, came back 2 days later to celebrate my last night here. This place is a definite spot for everyone to check out!!! Perfect ending to my trip and will absolutely visit every time I come back to Florida. Will miss Saint and his adorable charisma.

The energy in this place is unmatched! Definitely one of my favorite places in the Kissimmee area for a night out with friends. Plus, they have $5 hookahs for the locals!
