Its in the main resort building. Down the stairs to the right. I wish there were better directions on the website. We get there and were told we may not have seats as we had comp tickets and they had sold more tickets than anticipated. We drove a bit of a way to get here and were looking forward to it. Which had become a frustrating experience. We got seated last minute after the show started. Which made it difficult to order food. Food was over-priced and painfully small portions. We where expected to each buy 2 items. Coconut shrimp tasted just like regular fried shrimp, not even a hint of coconut in them. Every food item we got was overly bland and greasy. The fried items we got tasted like they were cooked in old oil that was past due to be dumped. The service we did get was terrible. In an hour and half we saw our server 3 times. The comedians were fantastic though. They need a new venue though because this was horrible.

Great show but the covid precautions that were discussed online we’re not followed at all. The hostess tried to place my party of 3 at a 6-top with another party of three not allowing for any distancing. Masks weren’t enforced and half the staff wasn’t wearing their mask properly. If you’re going to say you have covid precautions then actually use them so people can know if it’s actually kinda safe.

Comedians were great. No social distancing. Seated at a table 8 other people when our party only had 2 people. Margaritaville property was beautiful. But the room for the show was packed.

Been there many times but the last two times we got the free tickets text, it us sold out the next day. Im assuming everyone in Orlando gets that text. By the time we made arrangements with a sitter its full. We would happily pay, but its full of freebies

We were given 6 free tickets on Wednesday for the Friday show. We show up right when doors open (90 minutes before the show) and were told we have to wait there until show time and they might be able to squeeze us in. After waiting 90 minutes, were told theres no seats. Total waste of everyones time.

Love that theres a new location to choose from in Kissimmee. Staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. Comics of course are all great. I have my favorites though. Ive been a Bonkerz fan 14yrs&counting.It can be a difficult seating arrangement for some at this location, because of where the stage is. Also... the beverages have drastically shrunk in size & alcohol content which is disappointing as the prices didnt shrink along with them. They used to be in nice sized glasses and mixed well. Now theyre served in the same tiny sized plastic cups that airlines give you.

If l could change anything, it would be telling the valet staff not to tell customers if you get your valet ticket validated at comedy club they waive the $5 parking fee. .. and when you return with said valet ticket validated, they say oh its still $5... Like jokes on me...

Extremely over-priced, short show, horrible food.

Drinks and comedy in a lively atmosphere. The food could be better but its overall a great experience.

Comics were great but the waiter was terrible. Took 30 minutes to get the first drink because he forgot it. Had to wave him down to remind him. Ordered the meal and another drink, then the meal comes (hot wings) and no drink. I waited another 20 mins and still no drink. Had to get up to find him and remind him again and all I got from him was My bad.

Fish and chips, portions were generous, ask for meal to be served Hot!! Ours was only warm, good otherwise, prices were fair!

This is for everyone going there. GET THERE EARLY!!! if you reserved seating...its a first come first serve so your reservation doesnt mean squat. Arrived at 745 and all booked....wanted us to take a tall table with no stools. Yeahhhh ok...let me stand for 3 hours (good idea staff) ONE MORE THING...BE PREPARED TO PAY 5 BUCKS FOR VALET PARKING. YUP...THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT EITHER. Met a couple there and was waiting over 35 mins for their car. Think they lost it. I might try again if i go very early.

They get an A for effort. An up and coming comedy club trying to build a following. Bar staff friendly and attentive. Wait staff with food as well. Only downside is comedy floor shares with bar and sometimes its hard to hear with other people carrying on. Have been there three times and will continue to do so

Need more wait staff..

We typically enjoy out time at Bonkerz but the service has really gotten slow and left us forgotten. Go for the comedy but stay away from their menu. Our last trip there we waited over an hour for our food (which were all cold menu items) and after being told to cancel it in advance we were guilt tripped. In the end we paid for our drinks and left.Tip for management - If your establishment can house 50+ people then you need to have your staff available for that number. Its honestly just not fair for anyone there.And enforce crowd chatter better (or at all). Probably the loudest comedy show weve been to where hearing the comedian was difficult most of the night.

Called 45 minutes before show and they did not answer the phone. Shows you how much they do not care about their customers. Find another place to go and have fun. Shame on them. After going to their website you have to show up 45 minutes early.

Sad stand up and jokes. Hoping Bonkerz in Orlando will be better.
