Mostly for food but has pharmacy. Not too crowded. Fresh baked bread and pastry. Mask required. Never see them sanitizing but products available at entrance. Bilingual, helpful staff.

The staff deserve 5 stars, theyre always helpful and nice despite the mess people make. But unless its busy season like now, theyre always understaffed.Its usually well stocked too.

Fantastic craft store with a huge selection of crafting items. Plus a big collection of clearance items there are very reasonably priced. Great customer service and friendly folks who have offered me coupons to save money. One of my top 10 stores in my area. Michaels is a pleasant and organized place to shop for craft fanatics!

Found a perfect thingy to add to my family room decor! And it was 50% off!!! Wouldnt have purchased it if it wasnt but I absolutely love it! But they only had one I want another one for the same price.

I went for some Christmas decorations, blue and silver balls and they didnt have anything but red,gold and silver. They had everything else I was looking for.

I love this store because is unique in its class. Has everything we need for craft, painting, baking and whatever we can imagine.

Love this particular branch of Michaels (loop). Place is clean and organized. I buy my canvas from them (theyre primed). They give discounts to teachers which is pretty helpful when youre on a limited budget. Management and staff are super helpful. They have great selections and if they dont have it - theyll check which store carries the product you are looking for.

They sent me two coupons to get 20 percent off my total purchase including sale items, but when I went to make my purchase, they said it was only on-sale items. I made my purchase but later returned it when I found it for less money elsewhere. When you use a debit card, they only give the change back in cash, rather than crediting your card. On top of that, the store was messy and understaffed.

I had an online order I was picking up. The young lady that helped me was very nice. Upbeat.

I really like this store. The staff is always helpful, and you dont have to look hard for discounts, look for the coupons online too.

The store is well organized and clean. If you look at the circulars the prices and deals match those posted with the actual items, and if youre trying to figure out whether a given coupon is better than the sale price the cashiers are more than willing to help. The one issue is that they usually only have one cashier which can cause a line to form and back up.

Hi I feel bad I have to score you so low but there is a serious safety and health concern here. There isnt any Air conditioning. This Florida. Weather here is bipolar. The store needs to have control over the air conditioning. It was so hot I got sick and I feel bad for your employees. Please rectify this as soon as possible. God bless you. My crafty daughter loves this place, but it can be pricey. I have purchased lots of great storage items for my classroom but we usually wait for items to be on sale.

Went in looking for a jumbo helium tank however there was only the smaller tanks. The employee was nice enough to check in the back for me just to make sure.

Melissa? Is her name, she was standing out front letting people in through the front to maintain capacity. Very rude, she was giving everyone attitude in the line even as we were quiet. Very unprofessional, the tone of voice she was speaking to everyone was awful. I don’t see how anyone that works there can listen to that and be okay with someone doing that. It’s Michaels and she’s acting like a bouncer with a lot of attitude that isn’t needed. I’m surprised no one said anything, I had to leave the line because I was so heated. I haven’t had someone talk to me like that ever

IM WORKING ON A WOOD WORKING PROJECT, THE PLAQUE CRACKED WHEN I PAINTED IT. THEY SAID IT WAS MY FAULT AND WOULDNT LET ME REPLACE IT.I HAD TO SHELL OUT MORE MONEY TO BUY A NEW ONE.... WHAT GOOD IS A WOODWORKING PIECE THAT YOU CANT PAINT

I love Michaels. This is the place I can get good prices on canvases and paints. I spend most of my time going to get canvases in bulk.

Great store. Staff is very diligent in helping with what you need even though sometimes is difficult to get a hold of one in the store. Thats why I have to go to the cash register sometimes. Always organize.

The staff was wonderful. I had a product that came damaged. They didnt have anymore, I exchanged it and they gave me an extra $10 in credit for the inconvenience.

Do not shop online! I havent received my packages in 3 weeks. Ridiculous. They wont replace it or refund it until they feel they want too.

Very well stocked for sure, however, prices are too high. If you know what you are looking for, you are better off shopping online. No pictures added here to protect the innocent, but I can tell you that what I was looking for, Michaels had it for over $30.00, and I bought it for $9.00 elsewhere.

Normal Michaels Store but some of the associates were not very nice. You would have thought I asked them to give all their Cricut stuff to me for free when I asked where the bathrooms where. Sorry but usually they are towards the back of the store not on the side.

Great prices, but the should work a little with coupons strategics. Is the second time they didnt want to apply a coupon using same instrucctions in the coupon to shop, after talk to a manager they do it. Im still waiting for the report about someone signed in the pick up order for me. They didnt take the merchandise but signed for me.

Teacher ID gets you 15% off your purchase. Love their clearance and always have things I need in stock.

Michaels has REALLY stepped up their game over the last couple years. Friendlier staff, great coupons and discounts for in-store and online, and better product. Been coming here lately for all of my Cricut needs. Be sure to download the app for quick savings at the register.

1:50 PM on a Tuesday 2 weeks before christmas. If I r coming here to shop, DONT!!! a Michaels employee decided to do her own shopping and tried up the one and only register that is open. No body on the floor, its a bad scene, salesgirl brought our purchase to the register now they cant find it.where does it end? Finally made it to a register and the cashier has no change

My family and I relocated from Ohio to Florida 3 months ago. This was my first Michaels trip since the move. My daughter and I were super impressed by their planner selection. The whole store is nicely organized. Im so happy to know we have this Michaels to shop at.
