Lot prices are a little high and then they raise the lot fee during fall all the way tell thecend of winterPlus side is The management/owners are pretty kinda and generous they are lenient with you and will giving you extra time to make your lot fee if needing to....Although only thing is they Recently had power surge problems and had fried my battery so it will no longer hold a charge and my power converter as well and they never even offered any kind of compensation to repair what their power supply had done to my camper! but they have fixed all eletrical issues they had...It is a little cramped but not too bad for short stays.. although its a little noisy being right off the side of the highway so you hear every car that passes by....

Great people and facilities are fine. If you hate hiway traffic noise this place is not for you but honestly didnt bother us after 1st night.

Great place to stay. Its not really a vacation spot, but nice place to stay for a while. Owners are really nice and helpful. Its truly quiet considering the highway that goes right by it. I was at total peace there and will be back really soon

Very cozy! Heat bath and showers, plus a magazine or puzzle to work on if you are waiting. Wonderful people. Really top notch for the value.

Small. No bathrooms or showers. Sites are nice.

Owners are two faced. Made me feel unwelcomed due to my pitbull puppy. Screamed at me for my dog getting out once by mistake but dogs run around without leashes all the time and owners dont clean up after them. Then scream at me for not cleaning up after my dog when i not only clean up after mine but other dogs as well. No space between Rvs. They are within 2 to 3 feet of each other and the lot is one giant ice skaring rink and almost hit other vehichles trying to get my small compact car out. You are right next to a major highway and hear load traffic all night long.

Lovely, peaceful. Clean facilities, and very sweet couple who run it. Very reasonable rates.

Not an RV Park it is a trailer park at its worse.

Love love love the owners of this park they are quick to help you if you need anything and super sweet! If Im back in this area again itll definitely be my first choice to stay!! I highly recommend this park!!

The amenities that spoke of in the ad arent amenities that he actually has there WIC office 10 miles away and the fishing is a creek not big enough to support anything but some small perch
