Just watched Imagination Theaters live radio performance of Harry Nile with my hubs and mother-in-law. Fun night, great family times!! The actors are so amazing and approachable. I admit Im fascinated by the Sound Effects.

I love seeing the Harry Nile radio show recorded here. The venue itself is good acoustically, but the parking lot is limited. I would suggest parking at the library down the street after it closes. The ADA seating is limited and in the back and the rows are a bit close. To be honest I love the content much more than the mechanics of the venue. The employees are nice, and I love that they help support local radio and community programs. Ill keep going as long as they keep supporting auralvision.

Great sound! They have fantastic sound engineers here that really allow the room to speak. With such great musicianship and performances, every mix I have heard translates the live performance clearly and intelligibly. I saw the Seattle Repertory Jazz Orchestra perform a tribute to Dave Brubeck and Paul Desmond and they were fantastic.

Small but nice and intimate venue. The only down side is the limited parking. Luckily there are enough public parking lots in the area.

Great venue. The biggest issue is parking. Small lot and although there is plenty of free parking in the area, the maximum time is 4 hours. Which is not enough time if you want to eat at one of the local restaurants and see a performance. If you can find street parking they stop checking at 7 or 7:30 so youd be safe, but the closest parking garage is 4 hours max. Saw quite a few cars with tickets.

Great acoustics and every spot in the house has a breathtaking view! I love how this venue can seat four hundred but feels like youre in a room of no more than twenty people. A fantastic intimate setting for any live show.

( back of the house review ) Nice theater where the audience is really close to the stage, and not a bad seat in the house. The tradeoff is that the orchestra pit is almost completely sealed under the stage with a small wedge for the conductor. Also a bit of a pain to load in/out as the loading dock is 15 above the stage floor connected by an elevator.

This event I went to was well put together and the venue was nice. Would have definitely given it another star but either it didnt have AC or they didnt turn it on. Because its a pretty small place which was sold out so alot of body heat. And I had to take another star because the seats are small, uncomfortable and there is no leg room. I felt bad for the lady in front of me because I kept moving to get comfortable and accidentally kicking the lady in front of me

Acoustics are good, as long as AIR CONDITIONING not on. They have to look into quieting the stage area where most of the noise came from. We humans, those not acute to hearing those sounds, can listen and enjoy, but dont think you can record here and enjoy PIN DROPPING SOUND recordings. But the recent husband and wife violin & piano duo, had an excellant performance none the less. Advertising for this event was low, email by itself isnt much to notify the public where print notices in the entertainment section on Friday Seattle Times, and on at least two Public Radio stations and a Privately Funded one, KING FM, a highly sucessful classics station known world wide, would have been 100 times better...so attendance of under 30 was pitiful for a great duo performance like this. This is NOT a serious performance center especially if recording live radio recreation performances occur here!. They need to re-think their programs if they WONT fix these two MAJOR PROBLEMS. Im a jack of some trades but not master of all. You need to hirer an acoustic engineer with noise reduction certs and a proper public relations outfit to make and establish a program for advertising to FOLLOW for different kinds of programs. Not all performances are the same or the same needs. Worth the money to invest in at least these two that Im aware of. What Im partlly aware of in a sense not addressed before, is funding and distribution of those to cover the venue and its operation. If paid for by City of Kirkland like The Showare in Kent, or new Federal Way performce center, then we better figure something else. The Kent Schools are using their major High School Performace centers, and they wirk well. EDMONDS is an older Center converted from a high school. Someone there did the same, and Bothell has a center that is successful too. Too many venues weakend the economy and cash to support ALL those venues. One day, thats going to cause major problems as costs continue to rise, and performance venues and performers prices price them out of a job or a location looking for proper return to keep it going. Ok?

A great place to conduct shows, performances, acts etc. Centrally located with easy access and ample parking space. The only disadvantage I would call out is a small space outside the auditorium for a large crowd to be accommodated (during breaks, after the show/performance is over). Other than this it is a great place.
