We were sent to design center to know only that nothing can be changed. More so when we finalized our window blinds based on price provided to us. It went up once and then when we decided original configuration which was cheaper, price increased again to higher range. Completely waste of time and lack of professionalism. For people paying millions, Toll Bros services are very surprisingly poor.Finally sales called us and said don’t buy from Toll bros design center is the choice. Also several small promises made while selling house are all denied or charged heavily later. Be careful and document everything.
