What a GREAT company! Kenn was very accommodating, and provided excellent communication. The staff; Solo, Naki, and Sione were on time, friendly and extremely careful when moving our piano into a difficult location with ease. They are also refinishing the keys on another piano for us. They earned our trust.

They have large numbers of used Steinway in store. If you are looking for an used Steinway definitely gonna check this place. We have been looking for one in months, and finally bought an used Model B there. Kenn has been very helpful, the whole process has been professional and top notch.

Overall a very good experience. I found Stage 7 through Yelp / Google and was impressed with their reviews. I decided to check them out, emailed their owner Ken and I set up a time to meet their Sales person - Yelena. Yelena was very nice to play a number of pianos for me and we finalized on one and She gave me a good price (We did go to and forth a bit, but in the end She gave me a great deal). Before I came here, I checked other stores in Bellevue for pianos and their prices was almost 30% more (maybe because of the high Bellevue rent). Delivery was smooth and they always kept me updated. I am thankful to Yelp and Google for helping me find Stage 7. I would strongly recommend anybody buying a piano to go buy in Stage 7.Also during the sale when I was browsing, I felt no pressure to buy a specific piano. Yelena gave me her feedback and left me to decide. In addition I did check with another Customer on the store and it did match the feedback given by Yelena. When I upgrade, I will go back to Stage 7 and upgrade. Finally I like the All Inclusive price which includes Tax, delivery, bench and 1 free tuning. It let me straight away to know, what I needed to pay.

They have a good selection of free pianos, but you must pay for delivery through their vendor, which is about $300.

Really pleased with the level of service and attention to detail Stage 7 provides. Almost 3 months ago we purchased our first upright piano from them. Kenn spent a lot of time explaining and educating me a lot of technical parts of a piano. All the staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. Delivery team was excellent very careful and very friendly. After delivery support/service for tune ups/etc. has been fantastic. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great pianos and a great price.

Stage 7 Pianos is a great place to do studio recitals! Very friendly management, very convenient space and location, and affordable. Will be using this venue again in the future!

I bought a Samick 5’1” grand piano from Stage 7 a month ago and I love it! Got a sweet deal on an amazingly good piano. It is perfect for my apartment. Beautiful sound and great action. They had so many excellent pianos but I went with a small grand because the size was just right. I highly recommend this piano store!

Very poor customer service. we were the only customer in the store and they had 2 people sitting in their desk minding their own business. Nobody greeting us at the store, Employees acting like they dont need us at all.
