There was a review on here a month ago saying that the AC was not working yet they continue to charge $300+ for a basic birthday party. The young children were sweating after only five minutes of jumping and completely lost interest after 20 minutes because it was too hot.When we asked for extra water bottles they charged us for the extra waters and directed little kids to a water bubbler on the opposite side of where the children jump and where the birthday party room is.Management is going to have to step it up or reduce their prices. Not providing accessible water or appropriate room temperatures is a health hazard. Due to the fact that it was too hot for the kids to jump, we asked management to provide more money on the arcade cards. They responded by putting 1 credit on each child’s card. This is ridiculous because some of the games are four credits to play.The young girls working there we’re cheery but you could tell that management didn’t support them. Please don’t waste your money.

Super cheap and the kids love it

The air-conditioning either was not on or was not working. After around 10 min or group of children were drenched in sweat and overheated. This is a place to run around and jump and the temperature of the building should be one of the most important aspects of going there. There was an arcade that I glanced at and wasnt to impressed with the selection, but it wasnt terrible. The hostess was nice and seemed apologetic to the conditions, but I cant recommend this place in the summer when its nearly as hot inside as it is outside.

Still feel cheated from going to the Silver City location. We had a game card with over 5,000 tickets and credits on it and we were told to go into the store to get the data transferred. After going back between the West Bridgewater and Kingston locations, they determined that they couldn’t do anything and to contact the owner. After waiting a year and a half, there is still no response. Looks like I’m out of money and will not be returning. Sneaky business practices...

Both times my kids have gone here they both got horribly sick. and the staff was rude as hell. a bunch of teenagers who think they can just sit there and look pretty. my kids love it but its just not worth them being sick for the next week. get new staff and start sanitizing everything and maybe we would consider going back.

Such a cool idea! I have taken my son multiple times to the Taunton pump and jump. Reading these reviews blows my mind because we have had a blast (without incident) every single time! I would absolutely host a b-day party there. Children get sick playing with other children. Children play rough and hurt other children. WATCH your kids! Play WITH your kids! It is not cheap babysitting for parents to play on their phones, it is family fun! I believe one just opened in Brockton, Ma but I cant find the information for it. Its closer to home and I cant wait until my son realizes just how close. We are going to rock the bouncy house!

Nice place for kids bday party. Even the arrangements and food were good at the bday party which I attended.

Super fun for the kids. Only thing Ive noticed about this place that I dont like is that its the only jumpy place we have been to where there is no employees in the jumping area to control some of the situations. Not all parents watch their children and so kids are just a little insane and it can get dangerous for other kids. They have a 6 and under section and there are plenty of times ive been there and there are much older children jumping all over the place where a little one is trying to play, no employee ever stops it. Ive been to other places and when its really busy there is always someone monitoring the play area. But my children really do love it there

Great options for the kids, but the inflatables are coming apart. Only supervision during open jump was the parents. Very dark inside. No ac.

Literally the biggest waste of money ever. I could go on for days, I feel so awful for my friend that had her daughters birthday there. The staff is so unwelcoming and so obvious that they dont want to be there. Most of the time we just sat around and waited for some kind of service. I never leave bad reviews but I dont want to see parents spend any money on this place.

My kids like it. To be honest, I do to, except when they tell me Im not allowed to jump in the jumpy pits or go down the slides. The only other difficulty is when one of the kids pukes or poops on one of the slides/castles and the inevitable sharing of all available germs.Also, have a coupon or deal some time P&J!

Far too expensive for what is offered and too many areas where small children can get hurt. Off limit areas are not well defined for young children.

I have brought me son to pump n jump about 10 times and with out fail all ten times my son has gotten sick right after whether its been the throw up bug or the common cold . its a fun place and i would love to go back but the cleaning staff needs to do a better job or maybe thats the problem there is no cleaning staff either way i will not be going back its not worth my son getting sick evertime
