My son has an amazing time everytime we go. I love the interaction the workers have with the guests. I am excited for the build a bear to open. Great problem solving.

Unlimited game play for 30 min for only $10 is awesome.The Manager Joey, Boss Man as I called him was extremely helpful and very courteous despite how busy he was doing what seemed like 20 different jobs. No matter what he was doing, he always had time for customers.HE NEEDS A RAISE!P.S. Parents, the stuff crust pepperoni pizza is actually really good.

The pizza was surprisingly good. The choice of drinks was a ‘5’. The staff was extremely positive and helpful. The ladies bathroom was super clean. The choice of active games is the reason for the missing star. Only one of the skeeball lanes was open etc... We understand about the COVID restrictions but...

The birthday party I threw for my children were great. I especially loved the dance team and so did my children

We took my son around 5PM on a Thursday so it was not packed at all. Plenty of games for kids of the appropriate ages to enjoy. My little boy had a blast, the place was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Chuck E. came out a few times and took pics with my son. Overall, this was a very good experience and my family and I had a great time.

Awesome place for the kids. They took out certain things because of Covid. Play structure is gone and a few games. Great employees and friendly. Just wish the bathroom was a little more cleaner especially since kids use them. Seeing poopy tissue paper on the floor and no soap to wash our hands is why I gave them 4 stars.

Love this place I reccomend the 1 hour pay pass and ordering food combo! Any kid and parents can have fun with eachother

Always a fun family spot. Kids love it. You can sit and socialize and not worry about your kids leaving out. And you can run around and be a kid

Not reviewing this particular location, but the establishment/ franchise of Chuck E. Cheese as a whole is incredibly overpriced. My spouse, child and myself bought 2 unlimited 60min passes and a plastic cup which cost us just under $50. After vehemently trying to win tickets we had enough to walk away with a small cup of slime, a plastic slinky and 1 airhead. Also, due to covid some of the games were closed and others were not. This made zero sense considering you had to wear masks if not at your table and everyone was still touching all the games.My child had a decent time, but hes 3 and doesnt complain like I do. My intent behind this message is I left Chuck E. feeling like I did NOT get my moneys worth. Adjust the reward mechanism so my kid can pick out something with a little value.

Good place for kids, not outrageously expensive. We took our own cupcakes and balloons and they gave us a tablecloth..We ordered pizza and drinks and my husband and I also got the salad bar. Our grandchildren had a blast

Rundown and trashy. The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because the kids had fun. Arrived and asked for 2 playpasses; cashier asked what color wristbands I wanted. I said ‘none, I don’t want the wristbands’. She replied “they’re only a dollar each”. I repeated no thanks I didn’t want them. She sighed and had to go get a supervisor to take them off the order screen. I didn’t even ask for them to begin with. Carpet was SO sticky I kept looking at the bottom of my shoes, thinking I had stepped in gum. Out of the 8 ticket counting machines FIVE were broken. Bathrooms were gross and it’s possible to see halfway into them from the dining area, employees were not friendly, overall the worst CEC we’ve ever been to and I will not bring my kids back

I’m giving 4 stars because the management staff has always been helpful whenever I had concerns, questions etc. i like the update, still wish it was bigger. I visit with my kiddo, around 845pm because I can’t stand how packed this place is. They’re missing a star because it seems they’ve been short staffed on super busy days like today. The start of spring break

I love how the great service is always excellent!!! The pizza is always delicious and the kids love all the new games provided with the update! Great job on the upgrade it looks like a whole new place!!!

Ok I feel chuck e cheese is just falling quicker and quicker. The one in Killeen I have 2 sons both love this place so every year they both have theyre party here. Over the last 3 years its been declining more and more, I would advise parents look else where to plan your kids party because we just did one a week ago, when I got there the lady hosting my party was either very new or just didnt care her attitude was between lost and not caring.The customer service is not why I do not recommend this place its the changes theyve made.They got rid of the childrens play place the crawling tubes and slide the thing EVERY chuck e cheese has had since forever and replaced it with a full retail priced build a bear shop.....its a huge slap in the face and just blatant greed, lets take the one free thing thats been in chuck e cheese forever and replace it with a full retail priced build a bear shop. Plan your parties else where theyre not worth what theyre charging anymore.

I paid for 2 slices op pizza per kid. I had 9 kids they gave me 2pies.....so what they expected my 1 of my kid to skip a meal....yeah he fat but thas my call to make.

Took our son for his bday to just play games & ended up buying pizzas & drinks. Pizza looked & smelled amazing & tasted even better. Everything was great until we came back to our table, to find that someone had cleaned our table & thrown away our cups we had the babies diaper bag & few of our belongings there figuring no one would touch our drinks or anything seeing our stuff there but we where wrong.Very upsetting but we where able to receive new cups. Other than that it was fun & kids had a blast.

Much improved menu, the pizza and chicken nuggets were actually edible. Huge selection of games for the kids to play and very clean.

Excellent place for a childs birthday! So many games to choose from and interactions with Chucky Cheese. I dont think my 3 year old has ever had so much fun in one day. Pretty smooth operation here. They keep it lively for sure.

Theyve upgraded, the food is still the same but this new minutes for games thing they are doing. Im not a fan. Going to force people to drive to Austin for a family day at the pinball park.

Perfect place for a kid (or an adult) to be a kid! Very nice updates, good food, good games, fun had by all.

The only one within inches on the map it is a bit run down and need some new carpet I partly understand the smell of little children running all over the place.. but chucky needs a new uniform, the smiling mouse looks sad and some of the machines need maintenance.. we enjoy our selves there and avoid the broken stuff pizza is ok and there are coupons you can find for disclunts

I love this place during week because its empty. Weekends its always crazy but they manage it well.

We had the best experience. Destiny was the best most patient employee while my kids were picking out prizes.

This is a ok place to take the kids/grandkids, but it is pretty filthy. Everything is filthy from the restrooms, to the tables, to the games. I dont think anything has been cleaned for years. It is just down right disgusting. I dread taking the grandkids here because of how dirty it is. The salad bar is beyond anything I have ever scene. The whole area is pretty disgusting and looks like it has been tossed by little kids hands as a play area.

We love this place. $30 in games and your kids are good for 2 to 3 hours

Prizes are pretty terrible. What did wants a calendar after earning 700 tickets? Place is clean, food isnt bad. Kid had a fun so thats all that matters. When ringing up our tickets for a prize that we thought we would have to use tickets and money for the cashier couldnt find it in the system the manager said the tickets we did have would cover it. Pretty cool! I bumped them up a star for that.

In general it was ok, pretty clean for a kids play house. There was only one worker who was nice and seemed genuine. She was the one who gave us our child safety tracker. She answered questions with a smile and never seemed irritated. We went on new yrs Eve not thinking about the holiday and there was only 2 other families there when we arrived around 8:15 only to wait 45 for a pizza and they closed at 9. The front cashier never mentioned they close in 45mins. The ticket machine only had to working out of like 10.I probably wouldnt go there again unless it was on someones tab.

The customer service was great my grandson love the games I love the games hes happy Im happy . Child policy is in place safety is number one

Good military discount, just a little busy with parents leaving their kids unattended and having to play parent for kids that army yours . Its the parents that need to be better here, not just go sit down and drink some beer while they let their kids do whatever they want . Salad bar is always stocked so thats good .

My child LOVES this place. We normally get the 2hour unlimited play and my child is satisfied. The food is good and its a plus that they carry beer and wine so that the adults can wind down a but while the kids play.

Pizza wasnt as bad as it used to be. The place is crazy, naturally, but I was sad that they no longer have Chuck E. on stage anymore, but he does come out to meet with kids. I no longer have that feeling theyre trying to wrong every cent out if me, but a salad bar entree is $8.00!

One of the worst Chuck E. Cheeses I have been to. Pizza was slow coming out. Ordered cheese sticks and they came out uncooked. Still cool a d hard in middle. Sent those back and only got four in return. Guess the one I took a bite of didnt need to be replaced. Two of the ticket counting machines were broke. Only one ski ball machine was operating. Only reason I would not give it one star is because my kids had fun and the salad bar was pretty good and repeatedly stocked.

Better game options available now. The staff was awesome during our visit assisting with all of our issues and making sure that everything was attended to in a timely manner.

Fun for all ages varied from age 14 to 38. Games are always fun and plenty of variety. Table was clean and staff ready to help as needed. The pizza is fresh, hot and tasty. Prizes are for younger kids but can still get candy!

My grandson loves this place!! The staff was very friendly and never seemed to be overwhelmed with the activities going on around them.

My son loves it, and they now sell wine and beer for adults! Enough said! But no more tokens, its now only HOURLY PLAY slightly more expensive.

Casher was vary rude to us from the vary beginning, when asking if we were looking or ready to order we told her we were looking at the moment. She walked away and was gone for 15 mins no where to be found. Then when we ordered just some play points for kids first she was very short with us. Acted like we were bothering her. She messed up the time on 4 bands. Manager had to fix it. Once that was over one of our kids asked for a bag and the same girl got snappy with our son saying she cant give him anything like that. My girl went to talk to her and she snapped at my girlfriend. Finally the manager came over and started to help us instead. She apologized and said shell talk to her. However we may not come back for a bit if thats what we should expect to be treated like.

Loved it my son loves going there

After spending almost $100 on food and game passes- we were ecstatic to get our twins a nice prize for their first time (800 tickets for a large poseable chucky cheese mouse); but the lady would not let us have it even though we had more than enough tickets. She said those were displays only (even though they had at least 10 out and one on the table). She comped me enough to get my twins a gummy ring and popper... Good food and good fun until you want to get something nice to take home as a memory until the lady ruined the last of our night.

The one thing this place has for them is FRIENDLY STAFF! Sadly, they are under some poor management and seem to be going no where with ZERO direction. We ordered food, for our sons birthday, it came our over an hour later, BECAUSE there wasnt paper in the kitchen to receive the order. Then those orders came out correct TWICE..food waste. My elderly mother in law and friend who had a baby, both REALLY hesitated using the restroom... this is a KIDS PLACE! Its bad enough, driving up, it looked closed and upon leaving, there were NO LIGHTS in the parking lot. Someone could have been hurt. #neverreturning

The guy in the Chuck E. suit was fantastic but our service for our food was not. We waited a total of 40 minutes while the children played because apparently our food kept getting sent to other tables rather than us. After talking to the manager he gave us our money back but only after we insisted.
