I love the theater seating, sooo comfortable and spacious! Also the temperature is always perfect! Would be 5 stars, but the carpet in the lobby and hallways could use a bit updating. Also sometimes there is trash left from previous customers.

I wonder what’s up with the wall divider on the top? We got assigned on the very top and we can’t see the full screen coz the wall is there halfway the view. We have to choose whether to recline our seats and lose part of the viewing screen or scoot forwards (losing the comfort of the recliner) to see the whole screen..They need to redo that divider/solid wall before I would go back to that theater or recommend it to others.

Good movie experience. Lines were a bit long for snacks and drinks but typical for a weekend. Overall place was clean and well maintained.

Whoever designed this theater did not think about people being able to see the screen. That’s the whole point of going to the movies, right? There is a wall right in front of us! Me being 5’3” I can only see half the screen. My boyfriend being 6 foot tall still can’t see the entire screen... now think about children. This was a poor design. I’m gonna have to literally sit on the edge of my seat to be able to watch anything. Even though we had a free gift card, I should’ve stayed at my local theater and purchased the tickets. Very sad experience:( I took a picture, but I can’t seem to figure out how to attach it. The snack bar also had very limited items. I will stick with Cinergy in cove for any future movies I watch.

Everything was wonderful, great service. I had an issue with the game room but it was fixed in a timely manner. Sad about the lazer tag being gone

Renovations are great. New recliner seats are very comfortable and a good investment. Much cleaner, and much more foot room. No more worrying about someone kicking the back of your chair. Great movie experience.

Went to see Jumanji 2. And it was great. Clean facility, friendly staff. 2 police officers watch the place. It felt safe and it was a fun experience.

I went today and they didnt have a person in the ticket booth. Everyone was instructed to go inside and purchase tickets at the concession stand. Needless to say, It was a line. So if you didnt want food you still had to stand in line behind people who had no clue what they wanted to eat. I got there early enough BUT I didnt want to stand in the long line just to buy tickets. That was a little frustrating. I spoke to a manager to see why they were doing it that way and she told me that the person who would normally be in the ticket booth was on break! But you had employees just walking around doing nothing. To me it was not the best decision at that time. I hope this is not the practice of this movie theater in the future or I wont return. Maybe they can consider putting a computer monitor to purchase tickets only when they need to put their only ticket employee on break. JSI gave them a 3 because the wait was entirely too long.

Comfortable, popcorn kinda pricey, but the only issue was we are kinda short (5ft and 4ft8) we sat in the last row and couldnt see the bottom of the movie because of the half wall partition thing... We just sat on the blankets we brought more of an annoyance than a prob

Mel Brooks Robin hood men in tights, last night I made. Ajoke saying he should do a part 2 Robin hood men in tighter tights its comedy so it wouldnt matter and I know he has a huge fan base I am one. Saw that new joker movie it was bizarre but good. I would have given this place a 5 star but the lines werent even long but the wait time to get tickets and snacks was. Maybe due to understaffing but otherwise a good time

Great Theater/Stadium Seating. Only theater in town with doors into Both Sides of the Screens. Makes it easier to Enter and Exit when watching a movie. Easy and free to enroll in Cheaper Ticket Pricing and Concession Prices. My first choice for movies in our area.

There ticketing system is very unorganized.The Online purchases don’t connect with in person purchases giving many overlapping seats and seats that don’t exist making some people have to give up there movie going experience. This has happened 4x today and could still be happening.If you and your family want to have a good time at the movie I recommend going somewhere else where you know without a doubt that you will have your seats and get to watch the movie you hoped for.

I love the reclining seats, but we couldnt see the entire screen once we reclined all the way due to the divider behind the seats in front of us.

I just say avengers Endgame. I wont spoil anything but the movie was great and the seats were comfortable. I. Loved the service and the food wasnt hard to get. The line was long and we would have had to wait 15 min for a hot dog or nachos. But other than that I have a great time

The theater was ok. Its great that they have early movies with matinee prices, but the popcorn was cold. Was it leftover from yesterday?Dont sit in row F. Theres this short barrier wall that, if you recline, blocks the bottom of the screen.But all in all it was a good experience and we will very likely go back. We just wont get popcorn, or sit in row F.

EDIT: if you would like to have DIARRHEA for hours come to this theater. I believe either someone or something was unclean or that the butter used on the popcorn here was past its expiration date -_-- The wall dividers are horrible. If you are a small person or plan on taking your kids to the movies get a booster seat or do not come here.My husband is 6ft tall and if he reclines his seat he can not see the bottom of the screen.- The theater itself though is very clean.- The restrooms need some work.

Nice place, with comfortable reclining seats, paid $6.50 for a morning movie on Tuesday, the staff is friendly and because its smaller than the Market Heights theatre, it is a lot quicker to get your tickets and refreshments, also closer to bathrooms if you have to go frequently due to kids. All in all, had a great time and the ladies at the food counter were very quick and polite.

We had seats at row G in theater 8, my kids could not see the bottom portion of the screen due to the divider. I am 5 7 and also could not see the bottom of the screen until I sat straight up. We couldnt use the recliner for if we did we would only see half of the screen. They should lower the divider or remove it completely to enjoy the whole screen. Do not request seats above entry level. To be able to enjoy the full screen. I would give this theater 0 stars if I could.

Regal is our absolute favorite franchise for movies. So warm and welcoming. The seats are comfortable and the concessions are always fresh.

Love being able to choose my seats before I arrive. No guessing where we will have to sit. Food could be upgraded, but experience the reclining seats is great. The only reason I dont give a 5 star is because of the low wall that blocks your view of the full screen.

So they have the slightly updated seats which is great. You pick them out before hand. However they should spend less money on the arcade and more on the experience of the guest. Old menu board. Run down bathrooms. The concession hot food is a waste of time. They make huge orders that no one picks up and makes a whole line of people wait. 20 minutes for corn dog bites. Really. Get another turbo chef and another fryer to keep up if you have to.The 3d lens was on the whole movie which messed with the picture. Your booth person should have those queues set up properly. Especially for new release movies.All and all it needs major upgrades to concession and ticket booth and more attentive employees.

My family and I just watched Lion King in 3D and was a great experience! I suggest getting the tickets way before movie starts due to it being scheduled seating now! Also the line for popcorn and candy takes a while. Friendly customer service, and the seats are not only comfy but they recline! It was worth the 32.00 for 3 people lol Also have an arcade.

Overall, not bad at all! The popcorn is hit or miss, along with the temperature. Tuesday prices are awesome, you save so much on the tickets and concessions(drinks not included in discount). Military members be warned that they will only give military discounts to DOD id holders (dependants included).

Enjoyed the movie. Stadium seating and chairs are great. The popcorn was less than. Tasted very old and stale. Was excited to purchase some as a new batch came out of the kettle. Unfortunately, two large containers of popcorn wasted that day. Disappointment. If one new batch is bad its infiltrated through the whole.

Great movie theater always order my tickets online through the app and its as easy as 123 for picking your seats. Consession lines arent too long even at busy times theaters are clean and comfortable with reclining chairs.

Ive heard complaints, and I was surprised to find that watching a movie here was a pleasant experience! The screen was crystal clear and vibrant, and the quality was great. Me and my boyfriend wanted to play arcade games, and the ticket booth even took pennies, nickles, and dimes from us so we could have quarters to play the machines. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Im happy I saw a movie here.

I liked the seating until I realized I needed a booster seat as an adult because the safety walls are so high you cant see the screen. Apparently, this is normal for here and there are stacks of these things in the hallway. Worst theatre ever!

I love the comfortable chairs. Come early if u want refreshments because the line can be pretty long. The food prices are outrageous but hey its the movies. I know not to expect decent food prices.

Lady at the ticket counter was nice and friendly. The guy collecting tickets was a cool guy,directed us to the proper theater room. Only thing I didnt like is the theatres arent sound isolated from one another. In a quiet movie you can hear the thunderous roars from the movie next door.

I love this place. The customer service could be a little bit better but my purpose is to go watch a movie. The seats are comfortable chicken prices are okay for me and the workers at the concession stands are always okay. Its the management that needs work.

Not the greatest theater, but not the worst. Food is sub-par, and of course, overpriced. They have tall dividers between rows that block the bottom of the screen, if that matters to you.

Its a good environment. Customer service good as well. I give a 3 star because they never have the promotion items advertised on the app for purchasing a ticket in the promotional week.

Always enjoy the movies but its much better when you feel safe in a clean and secure building with comfortable seats. Not to mention the great concessions. With any theatre, a bit pricy, thats why we get the bundles.

We go here pretty regularly. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we have had some pretty long wait times for the concession stand because not enough people were behind the counter.

Great chairs, usually great service, they check your purse at entry which is annoying more than makes you feel safe when holding all your snacks. But hey, overall good theater. Also 25 minutes of previews is excessive!

The reclining seats are amazing and I loved being able to purchase tickets online and to scan my ticket with the phone app at the entrance hall. But the snack bar line was a bit slow, and the ticket taker was actually checking inside purses and backpacks, which slowed down the entry! I understand that they dont want outside food brought in, but unless there is a security threat, leave my purse alone! And seriously....if people sneaking in food is that big of a problem, maybe they need to think about lowering snack prices rather than checking bags! I will draw the line and go elsewhere if they start frisking! :P

Everytime we come its a great time... Friendly staff and decent prices on movies. Lots of options forsnacks and drinks. Stadium style seating and reclining chairs. Their weekend matinees are also a favorite of ours. I recommend this theater for sure!

It was clean inside the theatre and my reclining seat was very nice and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly.However, buying popcorn took forever. Im not sure if it was because everyone in front of me was buying their families lunch at the theatre or what, but I waited in line for about 20 minutes before I could get a medium popcorn. I came about 45 mins early for my movie so I wasnt in a rush at all, but it took a very long time. In no way am I saying the staff wasnt efficient. No one looked like they were slacking off.Maybe have a line designated for just popcorn/soda/nothing fancy?

The best and most comfortable movie experience! Plus I love the seating arrangement. You never feel like your right up under the screen even in the front row.

Popcorn was old, soda was flat. Paid $23 for concessions I expected to be fresh.

Nastiest theater I have ever been to. Food scraps all over the condiment table. Food scraps all over the floor by the concession stand. Counters were nasty. Throw up in the bathroom. Just very unsanitary. Had to go tell them to turn the lights off in the theater. Would give it a half a star if I could.

They helped with out ticket issue and explained to the beat of their ability what was wrong, computer error :D was great, so was the theater. Seats were a bit squeaky but only because of the padding being fresh. I recommend it.

Dont waste your time, the seats may be nice but theres a gap where the bottom meets the back part. And there is a nice fence in front of every row that BLOCKS the screen. Major design flaw if ya ask me. Cant see half the screen if youre in the back row. Had to move to the front.

Its a great place to see a movie. Pretty clean kept,other then the trash people leave behind. Ive seen it once the cleaning crew is finished and they do a great job.Deadpool 2 is almost as good as the first in terms of story line and action packed.

Five stars based on seating, ease of obtaining tickets and the ticket person. Zero stars for the short-haired Hispanic girl who refused to let an elderly woman with a cane come in and sit for 5 mins before the doors were scheduled to open. She was rude to the woman so I went to the ticket person and asked her to let her in which they did. There is no reason for treating anyone that way.

18.00 monthly pass, chairs a bit uncomfortable; they recline for some relief. Lol. Overall good customer service

The raised divider between rows makes it impossible for a short person to see the bottom of the screen. Drinks go flat fast.

Horrible experience! We bought tickets for the lion king and reserved our seats online, yet were still unable to see the movie. They had somehow messed up and double booked our seats. We went to talk to the manager about it and he basically said sorry but there’s nothing I can do. Even though we were there 15 minutes BEFORE the movie started our seats were still given to another couple! This not only happened to us but about three other couples! The reclining seats are a great commodity but I would NOT recommend going to this theatre if you want your money’s worth.

Awesome seats. They have half-walls in front of each row, which cuts off the bottom of the screen when fully reclined. But they switched my seat and were super helpful.

Overall cleanliness and friendliness of staff is really good. However the good and drinks are way overpriced. More so than the average movie theater. I could go to the cove theater and pay half the price for better food and drink options and they will deliver it to your seat.

Theyve upgraded the seats and the way you pick seats. Best investment for them. Staff is very nice and attentive. I like that they check up on the concerns you might have of people being too loud, on their phones, etc. Kid friendly.

The theatre has had some major upgrades when it comes to the theatres itself, however the bathrooms (several broken items such as paper toilet dispenser, soap dispensers and stall locks) and the remainder of the theatre are in dire needs of upgrades. That said the staff were friendly and service was quick despite long lines.

Half wall on row F deprives you from viewing 1/4 of the movie screen.. youd have to be a a really tall Individual to see screen much less having the seat reclined.. useless row.. disappointing visit..I do notice the owner dont respond to the negative valid reviews so dont expect one here either!..

I love the Regal app more than anything. From buying tickets to saving a few dollars on popcorn and drinks with the credits you accumulate from going to the movies. A++!

Today we took our kiddos here for their very first movie experience and it was alright but this place needs to get their stuff together. First of ALL they tell you where you have to sit in the theatre... so our options were the VERY FRONT row either right side or left side. The seats dont go all the way back sooo we missed half the movie out of frustration and dealing with moving back and forth with our kids trying to get them comfortable. Then in an attempt to save the day after the movie we take them to the little arcade which you have to use tokens for and it jipped us on that then almost all of the games didnt even freaking work! Sooo $45 to see the movie... $55 for overpriced popcorn and drinks and $10 at the ghetto arcade all pretty much waisted! Thanks a lot Regal for completely dropping the ball on family entertainment.
