Relaxing atmosphere, mask were being worn. The drinks were worth it! Wings were decent and the waitstaff was professional. And Eddie Griffin was funny as usual so the total experience was worth it.

The building seems in need of a little TLC. It wasnt super bad but I expected a little more. The Restrooms definitely need to be fixed! The Waitress couldnt tell me what kind of drinks or food they were serving, she kept on directing me to scan a QR code which was supposed to bring up the menu, however the Code did not work.. Theres no Menu on the Website neither.. we had purchased VIP Tickets, and we were seated right on Stage, however in the corner, directly underneath the speaker... Maybe being able to chose my own Seats when making the Ticket purchase rather than first come first serve would be an option? I do not agree with the whole 2 Drink per Person minimum or a $15 charge on top of gratuity on top of Tip. Never even heard of anything like this, ever. I am far from cheap and I dont mind spending money in exchange for a great Night out however after spending $50 on Tickets + a $14 convenience fee (Per Ticket) i feel like that the establishment could be in better Shape. The Food was cold (we ordered Wings) which now I know that the food had been delivered my California cravings. Nonetheless, we will be back because we did have a great Time.

I am not sure who is managing this establishment but my second visit will be my last.I received FREE tickets to a comedy show last weekend. A girlfriend and I went together needing to laugh and have a good time. Well upon our arrival, we were greeted by a lovely hostess. She guided us to our reserved table (which was wobbly). Then after sitting waiting for a waitress to come and take our order, my guest had to yell out to a passing by waitresses (who looked like she was miserable working with a major attitude) to get one of their attention. Finally, she caught one and asked if a waitress was coming. Instead of her saying, I apologize what can I get for you? Her response was, Ill get YOUR waitress. We sat for another fifteen minutes with no service yet.Finally, I went into my email from which I received a confirmation email from the establishment and proceeded to explain the current disappointment.Finally, after 35 minutes of sitting listening to NOT FUNNY opening acts and no drinks a waitress showed up. She did apologize and said she had no idea we were sitting there.We placed our order, then I inquired about a salmon dish on the menu. She said she would check to see even if the dish was available.At this point, Im like seriously???Well, another waitress who ignored us the entire time came to the table with a major attitude saying, who ordered the salmon? I responded with, I did not order it because I do not know if this is available? Waitress, no it is not. At that point I was done and so was my friend.We left the show before the main act even came out. We were asked about our early departure and we shared our horrible experience. Twice as Funny Comedy lounge did give us free tickets to this Sundays show. I will not be going and the tickets to my friend.I try my best to support ethnic owned businesses but this is final for me.

Nice place with lots of potential. Great set up and appropriate distanced seating. Service needs work. We waited 45 minutes for drinks and they ran out of chicken wings, french fries, and napkins. Not acceptable when they require a 2 item minimum order and add 14% gratuity.

Not so eye pleasing outside but inside setup is very nice! The people are kind but service could be alot quicker. But the entertainment here is always on point!

The comedy show was pretty good. I enjoyed it. They seemed a little unprofessional at first. The doors opened at 7. We couldnt go in to the main room for over 15 minutes; we had to stay in the foyer where there was no air conditioner. It was good after that. The auditorium is well laid out. There are no bad seats. I would recommend except to say that there its no benefit in getting there early.

First experience was pretty great, we were able to have a few drinks and get a great seat and enjoy the comedy that was presented. From being one of the only three black owned comedy lounges definitely need to keep it open and continue to have support coming in to allow it to grow to it’s fullest potential. I would highly recommend checking out the lounge if you haven’t!

We have been three times and will continue to patronize the comedy club. They consistently bring world class comedians to the club and do an excellent job showcasing local talented comedians as well. Customer service is good, the drinks are good, and for a club the food isn’t bad. Hands down the best comedy club in the area.

January 18th 2019- 9:00 PM Staff is extremely NICE and attentive. Erin provided great service and was quick to get me more drinks. The ushers were great and personable as well. This was the new opening for the club since they shut down and moved locations a few months ago. Get friendly with the staff and look for promotional information on Facebook to get free tickets. I have come three times and only paid on my very first visit. If you have to buy tickets it’s normally $10 and a minimum of two tickets. When you arrive regardless if you had free tickets or not there is a two item minimum order or $10 if you don’t order anything.The outside of the building is nothing to be admired. The marquee in front still needs to be changed and more clarity of where the front door is would make it easier for guest to know where to go.I think this place has great potential, just needs more word of mouth and advertising. Fix up the parking lot, the marquee and the general outside appearance of the building and this place will be rocking.

He was sooo funny the club is really nice. I gave it 3 because when I got my food it was barely warm my son sandwiches cold and so was the rest of the group. The lady told us it came with fries and it didnt. She was very nice and sweet. Will return but will not buy the food just drinks.

Had no way of identifying tables when delivering good. Maybe putting big numbers on tables so waitress could easily identify table with order would help. Also problem with collecting money for two minimum orders. Comedy fine. Bathrooms really bad.

Love the new look and atmosphere. Great date night for couples. If you are easily offended, please leave that at home it is all comedy.Its for grown ups who need a good time. Check it out you will love it.

Waited over an hour for a waiter! Then another two hours for a drink... spoke with management and drink or no drink there would be a 15 dollar surcharge when on the screen it said 10 dollars Bad experience! Bad management!! Will not be returning- the drive to Austin is worth it! To Cap City Comedy we go!

Went last night. Show was awesome! Even being short staffed, we got out food hot! Shout out to whoever did those wings !!!!! Only complaint, the tables werent spaced out enough but they allowed us to move ours with no problem! We WILL be back!

This is a new location for the Twice as funny Comedy Lounge its not perfect but this city needs a business like this. There are a Variety of Comedians coming in and this is great.Menu items are on the high side but it is necessary to augment the cost for having such a great line up.Keep doing what you are doing and thank you for bringing in Top Comedian.For the customers who understands as this Venue grow we just need more to come out and give more support.

Great food and drinks. Atmosphere is nice. The service can be a little slow once the crowd comes in. We have learned to go ahead and order as soon as the waitress comes over to greet us! We get our drinks and food before the crowd comes in.

I saw Tommy,Steve Harveys side kick,and he was hilarious, he even bought the drinks for us,I had such a wonderful time and the food was delicious,not much of it but still good,it was several months ago but its still funny when i think about the place,its a really nice place,plenty of parking,enough room for everyone to move around and seating for just about the entire family

Great acts, they were very entertaining. However weve been to other comedy clubs like the Improve or the Icehouse and this local place has a long way to go. Could use an update, the ladies restroom, the stall doors dont close, there are missing tiles on the wall. The food, we only ordered nachos and the cheese was cold. Nobody likes cold nacho cheese. On top of the cold cheese it took almost an hour to get our nachos.If they cant get nachos right I will probably not purchase an entree in the future. The service, we ordered a Dos Equis and our server had no clue what we were talking about. Perhaps making sure employees are knowledgeable of the drink menu. Overall the service was great when it came to drink orders, the host did great to kick off the night. The sound and microphones were projecting clearly throughout the large venue. When one of the mics failed the DJ quickly got a replacement on stage. We enjoyed our time here and will come back in the future to see more entertaining acts. Definitely go and support local businesses.

My girl Tere and I had a blast! We went to see Carl Payne, in the pop up comedy series. It was nice. Good atmosphere, good vibes, great experience. Were going back.

One of my favorite things to do in Killeen is visit and watch all the great comedians that come. I go at least twice a month. The staff are like family and treat you great! Cant wait to see their continued growth.

Awesome shows every weekend that it’s been open. This venue looks a hundred times better than it did in recent years. Staff are very friendly, delicious food, awesome drinks. I love how they give away tickets almost every week to pay homage back to their supporters. The two item minimum is no biggy because I pay more in Austin or Dallas! Keep up the great work!

This will be a 2 part post. First let me talk about the positive! Nephew Tommy and the rest of his performers were great!!! Funny as hell and very interactive with the audience! Definitely enjoyed it a lot. Now.... the venue was horrible! We bought the highest end tickets and it was still first come first serve to the section. They tried to seat 7 of us in a very small area. Then, After we get there we find out they have no alcohol. They did not inform us of that at all. Apparently no liquor license. That is something they should have told people. The food was horrible!!! I mean nasty. Soggy fries, wings tasted musty. And the menu on their website was not the menu we could order from. Only had about 10 items to choose from. Before the show even started there were no paper towels in the bathroom... there was no toilet paper after the show. Just piss poor management all the way around. The poor kids they had waiting tables tried so hard to keep up but Im sure they got the brunt of it. So heres my advice to you, do NOT go to twice as funny comedy lounge until they either hire new management or work out the kinks. Their website is NOT what they are about. All in all, the show gets an A, but the venue failed!

1st off I dont mine paying a premium for quality. Unfortunately, my (1st and need I say last time) experience left me disappointed in venue itself. Yes, the food and drink prices were expectedly inflated. $6.50 for a domestic beer, $4.50 a cola, obviously poured from a can poured into a plastic cup the held more the 12oz., ...drinks were water down, orders where incorrect and there is a difference between club soda and ginger ale. If your going to use reuse paper menus...at least laminate them. As one who caters I may a bit more critical,...details matter and an expectation of excellence is crucial when dealing with the public and word of mouth definitely makes a difference. I hope that this critic isnt taken negatively, as that is not intent. I wish you all continued success.

Really loving the new location. My first night back since the reopening and I had a blast. Steve Brown is the funniest man alive. The host was awesome and of course Tee Sanders always makes me laugh. My boyfriend and I paid for our tickets and it was well worth it. The service was on point. I lost my voice I laughed all night.

My husband and I had a great time. The staff was very attentive and nice. I was a little disappointed that they only had a few items from their menu available, but the wings and drinks we got more than made up for it. Both came out pretty quickly, the food was good and the drinks were well made. The music was a nice mix of old and new, kept you hyped while still allowing for conversation. The comedians were great, kept us laughing most of the night. Dont stress about being on time, the show was for 7pm, but it didnt kick off till almost 8pm. They also have a buffett available, but we didnt find out until well after we had ordered. Overall we had a great time and will most def be back.

Good job to the comedians Nephew Tommy and the crew for a hilarious show. However, Nephew Tommy was wrong for not coming out to the meet and greet to see us when the tickets we paid for was to meet him. The guy said he was taking a nap in his Bentley... Strike 1. To Twice as Funny Comedy Lounge, you guys suck at hosting and thanks for providing a horrible service and experience. We drove 4 hrs to Killeen to see Nephew Tommy just to find out you guys dont have a liquor license. Then Tommy got everybody Tito Vodka and Crown, the key is you can get some if you ordered from there low budget menu... Strike 2. We paid for the diamond seating and we got a table they threw together at the last min in the corner no centerpiece. The little girl that was our server her name is Lay, charged us for wings and never bought them out to our table. The other waitress said she will be back with our lanyards and glass for our drinks never returned... strike 3. Management didnt care we were upset, he had the nerve to say Thank you for coming

On May 4 2019, It took an hour and a half to get waited on. The only reason I got service was because I had to grab the one person taking orders. It appeared there were 3 or 4 kids bringing out orders, but none taking orders.The combo on the menu said $16.99. The mixes drink ordered was not on menu and price was mystery until the bill came, $8.99. The $16.99 order became $24.99. A $4.95 tip was added without my approval. What was supposed to be a $25.00 order, became $41.25 order.I was the one to encourage them to bring out the bills, because the show was about to end. They had not collected any of bills at shows end. Some people walked out without paying. Honest me waited an got ripped off, even though they reduced the total to $33.00.They were lucky TABC did not show up that night.Couple of lawsuits should help them get their act together..

It was a nice spot. Its going through some growing pains, so Im giving it 5 stars. The food was good. The entertainment was great. There was an unfortunate incident of a lack of a liquor license, but I was told that theyre working on it currently. Either way, thats not enough to give it less than 5 stars.

The club itself has a nice overall atmosphere. My two complaints are concerning the ladies restroom, which out of 3 stalls only one was operational, the toilet is SUPER low to the ground, the door didnt lock well ( it opened up on me while I was buttoning my clothes back up), and in order to flush the toilet you had to hit the button with your foot (basically you had to do a high kick!!!) The second complaint is in regards to the service. The waitress was really nice, but the service wasnt up to par. I ordered a drink, it took her 20-30 min for her to tell me they could not make the drink and another 20-30 to receive the new drink I ordered. The wings we ordered was lemon pepper, which tasted like wings without any seasoning (very little to no lemon pepper on them). So, if they improve the service and upgrade the bathrooms, I would most certainly rate this club a 5!! We did enjoy ourselves, regardless of the hiccups mentioned.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! We waited over 1 1/2 hours in the cold for the show. Ive never been to a comedy show where the show was so late. I tired to support our local businesses / community but with results like this Ill never spend my money here again. There should be no change in etiquette from big names to up and comers. Matter of fact more awareness should have been given to produce a great experience from driving into the parking lot to leaving safely. I wasted time that Ill never get back.

Positive first, the variety of comedians was brilliant. I was really enjoying myself until our waitress was coming to the table every 3-4 minutes asking what we wanted. The prices on the menu is ridiculous. They force you to get two items but for the price, amount and quality its not worth it. The venue is ok they just need to knock down those prices and kill that 2 item thing. They might get a full house for once.I was going to continue to go but whats the point if you cant enjoy the show. Only way I will return if The 85 south show comes other than that....NOPE!!

The venue is nice. But the 2 item minimum order per person is ridiculous due to the prices and menu options. Only about 6 food items on the menu. The tea for $4.99 was a can of Brisk. And the tip was also already included. They do not tell you any of this before you purchase tickets. I dont see them lasting long here.

It was great at the beginning... loud enough to feel the beat, but low enough to still converse at the table2. Exterior lighting and lack of signage made it kind of hard to find.Will definitely attend again.

This place needs an overhaul, terrible service, not professional, untrained staff, poor service, very poorly managed, waited for a long time to place a drink order to wait for another 30 minutes to receive a drink BUT it wasnt my drink. Comedian was okay.. I have visited a couple times and didnt seem to improve at all. My last and final visit to the place it smelled like a sewer.

The venue was HORRIBLE! A hour and half late opening the doors, which were supposed to open at 9:30 but didnt open until after 11pm, no alcohol license, PISS POOR management, and using teenagers as staff! We ordered food as soon as we entered the building and as the event was ending the waitress brings me a bill for the food she NEVER bought! The menu is HIGHLY PRICED, $4.50 for a can of soda and water! The comedians were awesome but again the venue far below the standards. We will hear about this Monday morning, making Killeen look like a hick town!

It was not hard to find. I thought the place was a newer venue. They had kids ushering to your table. I was a bit confused. Their dress attire. No Menu to see the food and drink prices. Literally on the floor. Maybe with time they may remodel the place. Went for support comedians were okay. Hope it can stand on its on here in Killeen.
