I was really hesitant on bringing my daughter and niece/nephew, but I’m so glad I brought them. Staff was friendly, and the facility was kept clean the entire time we were there. they had sanitation stations and staff cleaning the entire time. The kids had fun and we enjoyed the atmosphere. I definitely recommend!

Wow what can I say this place is awesome can emagine how cool it would be to attend a birthday here but their season passes are by far one of the best deals you can get if you live in the area you can go unlimited plus there is many other perks that go along with the membership so much fun and even better exercise such a cool place to bring the kids with so much cool stuff to do

What a blast! Staff checked our temps when we went in, facility was super clean and the staff did a great job sanitizing everything. Super friendly people there and it was not busy at all. Wearing a mask made the physical exercise a bit more challenging...but that just helps with some of my Pandemic Pounds I have put on!

Great park for the kids, cant really beat it for 20 bucks. I did take a star away because I was violated by the massage chair. They start off with a nice pressure,1 but somewhere along the way an apparatus best described as a shark fin split my cheeks and applied pressure to a place only a doctor should touch. Reoccurring and unpleasant but i mean i paid 5 bucks i couldnt walk away.

Urban Air is way better compared to the Waco location I highly recommend this for parents and the staff is really relaxed

Amazing time with my family. Its the most fun weve had in a long time...it was much needed during this difficult time. The staff was super friendly. They played rounds of dodgeball with my brother and my sons. They are sanitizing all the time; over the intercom guests were reminded to take a quick break to clean their hands. Im grateful to Urban Air for all of their hard work. We will be back again soon.

Poorly managed. Keep an eye on how the staff are treating your children. Likely wont return even though the kids seemed to enjoy the activities. Also I didnt see any cleaning happening. The staff were more interested in socializing (and doing homework.)

Excellent customer service!!! This place started about 3 weeks ago, it is almost new. Urban air trampoline has more things to do than Altitude place on killeen. They also have more staff that can assist you anytime. The operation hours are awesome. They open at 10 and on weekends and Fridays and the close at 11pm. They also offer food, coffee and tea. They have clean restrooms and water available.

Went here for the first time, 2 weeks ago to celebrate my nephew’s birthday. The hosts for the room were awesome, front desk kept messing up their paperwork but they still managed to fix the issue and cater to our party.The place is humongous, it’s every kids’ jumping dream, adults too. The place was pretty clean, bathrooms were surprisingly spotless(I always judge a place of business by their bathroom) even with all the kids that were there.The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the food, I ordered wings, they were so skinny, like tiny frog legs I had a slice of pizza and it was pretty good. There is no outside food allowed here, except for cakes if you’re having a party. Would I take my kids again? Most definitely, but I’ll feed them first before going here again;)

My knee check engine light came on after one go around on the trampolines. Definitely bring the knee braces. Maybe have a knee replacement on hand for after.Great family place to keep the children entertained. Satisfied with how my son left with little to no energy. Will come back with knee braces.

This place is poorly staffed and the staff there are to busy talking to their friends and not paying attention to the kids. My son was tangled with another child on the ropes course and calling for help. There was no way I could have helped them being on the ground. The staff seemed to be to busy socializing to help my son and the poor small boy up there. Another climber had to make their way over there to help the two kids. If your child gets stuck on the rope course you yourself better be prepared to get them or call for help from the front desk because the help is no where to be found. Very unsafe for children under 12 . The manger didnt even want to speak with me at first she said she was to busy to talk, my response to that was well I will just call corporate. She was completely rude then the manger finally wanted to speak to me. Making me feel like it was my fault my child was in an unsafe situation. Her only answer to my problem was sorry here are some free tickets. This is not what I wanted, what I wanted was just to inform them of how unsafe it was for their employees to not be paying attention. Honestly this is unsafe for kids and not worth the money when there are safer trampoline parks in the area. I feel one star is way to much.

Staff was amazing...clean...and ALOT of stuff to do!!!

Now since covid there rules have changed they dont care if you wear a mask or not it really scared me once I looked around and saw all the parents an kids running around with no mask even so e having lunch at tables with no masks hell I even witnessed a few workers with there masks not covering there nose that brings me to my next question is anyone cleaning the place everyday/night ? Are they taking it serious enough?

Hello Everyone,Im back!!!Well today was my daughters first time at Urban Air since they opened. She was invited to a birthday party.Well first off, they do have a lot for the kids to do like rock climbing, trampolines, zip lining etc... and the staff is wonderful and very helpful and they make you feel very welcomed But there is just too much of a mixture of high school children with small kids.Now some may not find that too be a problems, but here is the problem that occurred while we were there.I dont know how it started and I really do not care but there was a fight that ensued amid the high school kids, the staff couldnt control whatever was happening and the police had to be called. I do not know how often this happens, but its awful and very unsafe.I do not know the preliminaries but here is the issue, with everything going on in schools around the world today, I feel that it is unsafe for anyone to be in the midst of such activities. Therefore, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would suggest chuck e cheese or spare time. This was a horrible first time experience for me and my 10 year old and she did not enjoy herself so we will not be going back.

Very fun place, for two hours the price was not worth it. Didnt see any staff managing any of the areas. Mainly gossiping very openly and ignoring us as we awaited for assistance with straps or to do the rockwall.

Seems like a super cool place for kids. The pictures and ads made it seem like adults could have fun too like adrenaline trampoline park. Upon arrival we quickly realized it was a kids place after buying a 4 person group pass online. As 4 adults we couldnt do anything and asked for a refund. The manager was very rude before I could even talk to her and then flat out said no way no refunds for any reason. At least fix your ads to show kids in the park not adults ziplining having fun. Very misleading. Wouldve probably taken my daughter there but after the way the manager handled the situation I wont be back. Adrenaline park is way better for kids AND adults with respectful staff.

This was our first time attending and also my youngest sons birthday party. We were more than pleased with the level of attention and care and also ease of the environment. The area was clean and well maintained, the priority of the kids AND adults was very well managed and also the greatness of our host and his service was so appreciated! There arent always easy experiences when throwing a birthday party for a group of young preteen boys( and a girl) but this was by far the most fun and easiest and delightful. Everyone kept talking about how great it was!

We went on a Sat night, so it was pretty crowded because of teen night but my 5 year old had a blast! Staff did a great job making sure kids were following the rules. We will absolutely be back again!!

It was a lot of fun. There are tons of activities inside the building. My one gripe if anything was that the building was a bit small compared to say altitude trampoline, but it was still fun. Ill definitely take my kids back here!

We had a great experience during our visit. It was our first time. The owner, Bruce, was super nice and inviting. The kids (ages 4-17 years old) enjoyed their time. Highly recommend

Urban Air is great. However, their membership plan sucks. You should really read the fine print. If you purchase any membership, you can’t cancel at anytime. You have to pay for at least a year before you are allowed to cancel. This sucks, because I go to Urban Air a lot and would like to purchase the membership plan. However, I don’t go enough where I need to pay for 12 months. I like the comfort of being able to cancel when I want. Other then that, on weekends it tends to get crowded so you can expect to wait in lines for certain events like the sky rider and such. Some of the staff are young and are lacking customer service skills. Children will love this place, but adults can have fun with some of the activities as well!

My children loved it here. We had a really great time. I have no complaints.

I visited this place per a birthday party and was not impressed...though I’m not one to usually complain, this place should be avoided if possible-especially on a Saturday...aside from the chaos of parking and kids weaving in and out of traffic, I cannot believe how crazy it was before even stepping into the door for the first time...then came actually getting inside- that’s if you can get past the mass of people at the front...holy fire code violation..but I digress...I could not believe how many nonsense rules I heard over the loud speaker and all in all do not think I’ll be returning..I’m sure this is the kind of place for some hence the three stars but from my opinion this was definitely going to be my one and only visit

Location is not open as of July 29. Earliest they will book a party is August 25th. So it should be open soon. Try the one in Cedar Park, it is the best location I have been to.

Super fun workers are super nice.good quality

Very nice and big. Took our 1 and half yr old and our 6yr old. Hell my husband and I enjoyed ourselves just as much. Def a workout. Kind of pricey BUT they do have pretty sweet deals if your child is under certain ages and even areas designed specifically for the youngins. I would def go again. Keep your socks tho, they charge your for their socks smh

Fun wish there is area designated for younger kids to jump without fear of getting ran over by older kids. Also wish there was a check in/out system for children like chuckie cheese. I could not enjoy for fear that anyone could take my child

The kids had a really great time here. The staff was amazing and helpful. There are restrictions on sizes on some of the things at the park so do keep that in mind. Overall, a great place to bring the kids and get a chair massage at the same time. Not too far from the main highway either with easy access. Great customer service, we plan on coming again soon.

If you are a local make sure to enjoy the membership package for your kids is very beneficial with a lot of perks. It gives you the option to take your kids any day at any time and as a parent you get the highest paid package benefits. I recommend this place regardless if you choose the membership or just a regular day pass. Its worth the time and money

The place is overall fun for kids. My child enjoyed their birthday party with friends. Our party host was somewhat friendly but never offered to help in any way. She was gone majority of the two hours we were there and barely spoke to my wife or myself regarding the party! To top it off, when our time was up we decided to stay a little longer and decided to tip cash before leaving, she decided to come and find my wife and myself and asked where her tip was...smh.. Unenthused, unfriendly, and rude people should not be party host for a child’s birthday party!

Great place for kids, very clean, however, the chairs for the adults arent really made for larger people. Being disabled, they also start to hurt your back while sitting for 2-3 hours. They have massage chairs which is awesome but cant lounge in those, if you arent feeding money in the machine. Maybe have chairs with a little padding or some with no side rails (for people with larger hips or regular sized people).

Had a good time with it 3 year old . Limited parking but it was fun for him . Definitely had to keep a eye on him since there are bigger kids on all the activities he was on .

This place is so much fun for the kiddos. I wouldnt recommend it for people with really young ones (3 and under) unless you want to climb through all of the obstacles with them.

Im writing this review from an adults perspective without little children. I went to a birthday party there. Id never gone before as my children are over 20 yrs old. I was not impressed with the chaos of finding a parking space. There were kids all over the place outside and a teen had gotten hurt so as I was walking in, the ambulance had arrived to take care of her. It was difficult to get inside the door as there was a mass of people trying to pay for things I guess. In the party room, they couldnt get the tv to work until about an hr after being there, the pizza order wasnt put in correctly, and just too loud for me. Im sure lots of people like it, its just not a place Id pick for a birthday party due to the parking and space inside. I have to admit that the person working with the party was very friendly and tried to keep up with the water, socks, bands and food. I give him an A fir effort.

Kiddos had a blast!

The place was kind of okay. I’m still pretty upset, even months after going there. I was at a birthday party. It was a bit fun with all the fun things there. However, my sibling was being bullied there. It was at a dodgeball game. This one girl, about my sister’s age, and another girl, around my brother’s age, were NOT being friendly. Of course they were saying that we were cheating and stuff but that’s what every kid says. Then she starts mocking my siblings, my friend, and I. So was the little boy. We left before anything happened because I was getting to the point to where I really got aggravated at her for picking on my sister most of the time. We went up to one of the workers and he didn’t even do anything about it. He just said, “I’m sorry she was acting like that,” but didn’t really do anything. She was still playing. She threatened to fight and everything but even after we told him he said sorry. Besides, there was a bunch of teens over there using some bad language in front of kids and they had inappropriate behavior.

Use to love this place, but went to a birthday party today for a child who goes to privet Christian school with my daughter. The staff hooking people up on the sky coaster was yanking our kids around and cursing at them. They told them they could not go on the ride unless they were nice. This is supposed to be a family friendly place someone needs to address the staff working there. I am calling Corporate tomarrow.

This place was awesome, it had a lot of trampolines to bounce on. Plus there is a 3 story high play ground as well.

The ropes course, Sky Rider and rock-climbing walls are excellent. I love the ball pit with the bridge of ropes, and slides. The basketball on the trampolines and Drop zone are so great to enjoy! The staff are very helpful! The foam pit and ball pit are such fun.

I am really disappointed in our experience. We went for my daughters 9th birthday and paid for the full experience. None of the attractions/activities were open that we paid for. So we basically wasted at least $50 on things my daughter really wanted to do but couldnt. Half the time we couldnt even find the hostess and ended up searching for her to get the wrist bands. It was very frustrating and did not go as planned!!

I recently did my son’s birthday party here and the experience was a huge disappointment. The organization, decorations, and hostess experience was nothing like what is being advertised and to date we have not received some of the items that were listed as apart of the package purchased. We constantly had to search for the host, to get wristbands, the room had no ballon decorations or water (until requested); there was nothing set up to indicate which room was assigned, it was a total confusion! After contacting Urban Air Killeen several times, I spoke with the General Manager Amber today who was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAPOLOGETIC! I detailed the experience I had and expressed I was beyond disappointed. She was extremely dismissive, muted the line and stopped responding. Once she realize I would not disconnect she unmuted the line (at which point I could hear giggles) and then hung the phone up. I called right back and asked to speak directly with her. After waiting for sometime, another female got back on the line and advised she was not available. This entire experience has left a very poor taste in my mouth about your facility. If this is how the GM handles a dispute then we cannot expect much better service from subordinates. Needless to say, that was the last time I’ll spend my money at your establishment.

Saturday night. Feb 1st.Teen night and more fights than the park staff and Killeen Police Department can handle. There are rules being called out on the intercom with redundant rules that aren’t being enforced. This was our first time here. I hate to consider that this would be the last visit to the park because as a concerned parent, both of us (mom and dad) stayed whilst all the other parents were dropping their children off unaccompanied. What a shame.

We are currently here. I have 2 kids. 4 and 2 years old. They are having the time of their life. There is so much for them to do and pizza is very good here :)Shout out to amber. She is a manager here and she is taking great care of us. Defenfinitly coming back more often.

This place is awesome! So much for the kids to do. You could spend hours here. Very clean. The prices are a little high but after 3 on Mondays they have Monday madness which makes it more affordable. The food prices are a little high and you cannot bring in your own food and drink but there are many places to eat around here either before or after you go.

My daughter asked to go here for her birthday. We had read both good/bad reviews but decided to see for ourselves. First off Ive been to another franchise location and while it was similar the Killeen location has a lot more to offer. The set up was nice and the place was really clean. I was pleased with the parent pass price if the kids got the $24.99 package which was definitely worth it and my kids did everything. We did go on a Friday at noon before school was out and the place was fairly empty. I was most impressed with the staff. First off there were several employees with disabilities (I only know this because one of the staff told me she did - she was exceptionally helpful). My husband has dementia but decided to get on try the ropes course and he got confused multiple times but two different staff members kindly coached him along and did not get impatient when he forgot what to do. I loved the lockers because they were easy to use. The snack bar was well equipped. The sky rider was a real hit with my kids as was the indoor play place. We all tried the ninja warrior course and realized we are not ninjas. (-; We will definitely return...probably not at busy times though.

If you have high energy kids this is the place to take them to. It is never too crowded ( holidays may be an exception) and well managed.

Went to Urban Air Killeen this morning with my Great Nieces and Nephews as I have often in the past. We brought a cake after reading on line to a response from the owner that it was ok. Upon arriving we were told we would have to pay $50.00 to bring the cake in. I explained that we had read on line it was ok to do this as long as we cleaned up after ourselves and if we got there early as there was no guaruntee of a table. The staff didnt care and insisted we would have to pay the 50. There was NOTHING that came with the 50 but the use of a table. We told them we would be order Pizzas and drinks, but that didnt matter. Simply if you want to bring the cake in you have to pay 50. We asked to speak to the manager who was incredibly RUDE. We asked for the number for the Corporate Office, which she would not give, but said nastily, it wont help, this is a Franchise. I Wonder, does the Urban Air parent Company condone poor Franchise behavior and representation?? I can tell you, this was a place I use to love to take my Great Nieces and Nephews, but wont anymore, and will recommend that my friends and family refrain from patronizing this establishment. Additionally, there were very few staff on duty, not enough to man the different stations in a safe manner.

So many activities my 3 YO, 9 YO, 16 YO & 22 YO all were thoroughly entertained throughout our visit.If you have sensitive hearing Id suggest earbuds for the Screeching children. The staff does a very good job of keeping and eye out for unruly & unsupervised tweens to young teens that for some reason love the 7 & under area. That was greatly appreciated.

Giving this place 2 stars for not being allergen friendly.I called to inquire about having a birthday party for my child at this facility, and to ask if there was a possibly to bring an outside meal for my child who has a dairy allergy. I understood they only served pizza at the birthday parties and I didnt want her to feel left out while all her guest ate.The gentleman on the phone empathized with me and asked a manager. I was told no, and that they has dairy free options which were Popcorn and chips. These options have dairy in them, and these items are not a meal.With food allergens becoming more common I feel Urban Air should at least accommodate, or allow for parents to be able to bring in food their child can eat while their guest do.For the parents with children who have food allergies, Altitude trampoline park was accommodating with my request for my child to have her own meal brought in with us, and we have booked with them for her birthday party.

I had to find a last minute place to have my daughters birthday party and they did an outstanding job! The host was super pleasant and there when I needed her but let me dictate what happened during the party. She was there to assist with anything I needed and was amazing at her job. She even helped me set everything up and take it down. While I was there, there were so many kids and birthday parties but the staff handled it so well.At the end of the party, everyone who held birthday parties wanted to check out at the same time and things got really backed up. But the host and manager were super apologetic about it and made sure she hadnt forgotten about me. I had to wait about 20 extra minutes but she was super awesome and compensated me (I guess they were short staffed that day).It was more than I wanted to pay but it was worth every dime

Only Concern is the doors installed with metal detectors for unauthorized weapons for kids and parents Safety. Police presence? I was talking with a parent and she was Concerned about the doors!! People going in and out. I work for Killeen School District. School Safety Crossing Guard. Ijs.

I visited Urban Air Adventure Park today with my nephew. He had an absolute blast here! This location had plenty of activities for kids to participate in. In addition to all of the amenities, I was most impressed with the customer service. Upon entering the building We were greated by a young lady who was very energetic & welcoming. The zip line staff was great & very patient with the kids preparing to ride.The Manager even came & spoke to us and asked if we needed anything while we ate our pizza.The entire experience was definitely an A+++!

The first thing I would like to say about Urban Air in Killeen is AMAZING!!!!My daughter, ( Zakarriyah) turned 14 years old today and she wanted to have a get together with some of her close friends at Urban Air in Killeen . We had an AMAZING time!. Bruce, the owner, went above and beyond for my daughter and her guest . (Bless you and Thank You) KUDOS to all the staff. I didnt reserve a birthday party room, but because the staff wanted to make sure my daughter enjoyed herself we were given a private room. The staff checked on us as if we had a host. My daughter and her friends said the staff was so FRIENDLY when they were helping them with the activities. The environment was peaceful, clean and family friendly. The moment that you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly welcome and smile.Thanks to the management staff, you are doing an excellent job making sure the employees are on point with the guest. Thanks to Bruce You are training your management staff to be leaders. Thanks to the whole team for all you do. I appreciate you all!!!I would recommend this location to any and everyone.
