Very professional. Owners are kind and patient enough to explain all the various selections they have to offer. Even gave me a cute item for free after purchase! Most likely to stop by again.

Great store i found some of my favorite hard to find movies with decent prices

It has a great selection of adult toys for this area... Its about an 8th the size of Dallas stores, but its great for central Texas

Everytime I go to the Turn Around Video here in killeen on rancier, I get the most outstanding,and intagleable customer service. Mr Brandon has excellent knowledge on the products the store carries, in a great welcoming smile every visit. And him and the rest of the staff make store a comfortable environment to shop in .I only wish they stay open longer like till 1@m lots of business at that time especially Tuesdays, Thurs - Sunday. Yall are so Convient thank you so much for being a leading entraining video and nolvitey store thats Affordable and fun!!!.

I always enjoy the atmosphere of this place. Its quiet and packed with all types of videos, games and adult novelty items you can ask for (neatly secluded in back) I truly love its feel. Not to mention the staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to pull out just the right video when you need it.Ive gotten plenty surprises with videos Id been searching for .I dont like to shop a lot but Turn Around is the exception to the rule when it comes to a variety of my entertainment needs!!

Great selection of toys and accessories. I was going to get some items From amazon but they literally had everything I was looking for and more. It’s nice to be able to see products in person and compare them to other items. By far the best store I’ve been to. The staff was Kool. The guy saw i had my hands full and offered me a cart, I’ll def stop back in again before I leave town!!!!

Worst place ever. I bought my wife an adult vibrating underwear. When I got home and my wife opened it the control wasnt working. I called the place back and explained that its not working and they told me all sales are final. Didnt even try to work with me and exchange it. I told him it wasnt even worn. We took it out the box to see how it works first and it never did work. Wont recommend anyone here. Very unprofessional. Dont care about there customers.

Usually when I go there its a cool young guy working but on this night it was an angry old man. I went to the video store to buy about 5 movies and a few games. When I couldnt find the first two movies on the shelf, I went to the front and ask the guy can he look in the computer for my movies. He gave me an attitude and said YOU GOTTA LOOK FOR THEM. Usually the young guy that work there look the movies up with no problem but this guy lucky I was in a good mood. I just grabbed my wife and daughter and left, I will never go back...

Wife bought me 1 of the 2 xbox1 controls they had. tried it out at home and analog sticks were worn down from being wrapped in plastic. Called and was told the would replace with the other remote they had. The 2nd remote was worse than the first. When I returned to the store I was accused of being a thief stating that the remote i brought back the first time wasnt the original remote that i bought. As you can imagine I was furious but I kept my cool as best I could. No refund but the owner told me to come the next day and I would recieve a brand new remote. They made good on the promise but I will not spend another dime in this establishment! Maybe try not accusing your customers of being thieves. Sad Ive been going here for years but that experience will be my last in there.

Good trade in deals and great dvd/game selection. Love to go there for retro/rare games. They have a side for adults only, which is nice because it is kind of hidden. Prices are great for everything.

The dvd selection is good, fun to browse. And the adult section had variety. One male staffer was very rude to a regular customer, but a female staffer was very friendly to me and my partner. So its a hit or miss.

The prices are really good here, and the selection is amazing. Great assortment of games, movies and adult toys. Staff is friendly, and really, ya just cant beat the prices.

The actual store was nice especially for the adult items but the two people working today were extremely rude and had attitudes. I honestly havent been treated so rudely before. I opened a few products because I didnt know you were forbidden to open anything and they were extremely rude about it. Merely say, Im sorry maam please dont open anything. I apologized many times, over and over and all I got was an eye roll. Also I find that policy a little silly, how am I supposed to know the quality of an item if I cant touch it? Needless to say I wont be going back after my experience today. They did have a good selection but its easier to buy online than to deal with rude employees. If it werent for the wide selection I would have given one star for the attitudes of the emoloyees.

My fiance and I went in looking for a corset and we found one for a great price. Kyle and Jessica were down to earth and hilarious.

We go there every week! We usually walk out with 10 DVDs & a ps3 game for under $35!! You cant beat that at any other store! The selection is great! From kids movies, comedies, action, horror, chick flicks...to even an adult section on the other side of the store.. its my favorite store

0 stars, The worrrrrrst experience ever. Product doesnt work and the OWNER will do nothing about it. Had the rudest conversation with this guy about his product he sells and whats his response, youre a dick, youre an idiot. Wow, from an owner, terrible. Do not buy from this place, if you have issues with youor product he will do nothing for you.

Corsets do not fit despite being the size owner recommended and they will not exchange within 24 hours and not being worn.

They are rude and the old guy feels he can treat you how he want to and the chinese lady does the same game exchange is way better with better customer service and there prices cant be beat
