We got the premium package that included snorkeling, parasailing, banana boat, jet ski, etc. We had the best day, it was so much fun. The only thing left to be desired was that they had three jet skis and two were not working. The line to ride the one jet ski was an hour long each time we tried to get on it, so we decided to not wait in the long lines. Also, because there was only one, people had to double up on the jet ski and only ride for ten minutes. Thats not really what we wanted to experience, so I had to take a star off for this. There was plenty of fun on the water lily and the trampoline. The parasailing and banana noat were awesome and the snorkeling at the reef was really nice. The food for breakfast was a yogurt and a muffin with orange juice. Lunch was fried chicken, pasta salad, roast sandwich and two shrimp. Free beer and wine served after we were done with the motor water sports. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a fun experience.
Amazing and fun sunset cruise offered by Sebago. Located on the docks near Duval Street, the cruise left right on time and ended exactly when it was supposed too. Service on boat was tremendous, with live music from a guitarist singing classics, along with hor doeurvous and open bar. Saw great sunset, islands and boats while out.
If you’ve done snorkel before, probably you would find this one quite lame as we did. A few fish but nothing special. It was windy and very hard to swim, even for us (young good swimmers) was a little harsh, can’t imagine for children on the boat. The boat was full and there were more boats next to ours. Hard job for the crew to try to keep safe all that people so congrats to them. Finally, we found it expensive 50$ per person for 1 hour snorkel and free beer on the way back.
We took the sunset cruise and had a great time. The crew was knowledgable and outgoing. Id recommend this excursion to anyone visiting the area.
Our personal experience: Most important requirement is - “You should know swimming”I am an amateur swimmer and my wife doesn’t know swimming. Here goes out experience: power adventure-Check in was easy; if you plan to ride jetski I would suggest to take the online exam before u come here else they hand u over the exam form and you have to pass the test right there or before you ride the jetskiBreakfast was provided as soon as the sailing start - muffin, yogurtInformation provided about the location was minimum and the instructor for snorkeling was nice and specific about snorkeling but not detailed enough for first time snorkelers( like us )I quote one of the staff’s advice “if you are feeling tired then you are doing it wrong”So bottom line is they won’t help u to snorkel or give you tips if you are struggling a bit, only thing they do is “here take the noodle, this will help”You snorkel for about an hour and then there is lunch- sliders, fried chicken, cold Mac n cheese, shrimpThen comes jetski, parasailing and other small activitiesFor jetski too you have to know to swim about 50-100feet from a ramp to jetski coz they keep the jetski floating away from boatReason ? “You should be able to swim so that in case you fall from jetski you should be able to get back”Banana boat ride is funParasailing is nice as wellReject the photo package and they will give you lower price for the photos and then go for itPhotos are ok and not so good. Better take your phone with you when u parasail (of course keeping it secure is your issue)Then comes snacks - left overs from lunch and breakfast and a cookieBeer are served after you finish your jetskiColdrinks are free throughoutThey would ask for generous tips but won’t even ask if your day was going good with them or do we have any concernWorst thing is they will not help you with any activity. For all those who are pros in swimming in ocean- you might have an awesome experience. And the low star is only because when u run a business you don’t discriminate between your customers but they do if you are a non swimmer.I guess they should put it out in bold and large fonts “ we will not help you if you don’t know swimming in an ocean coz we expect you would have tried all these activity in your life multiple times”Bottom line-Non-swimmers : don’t try it as you will never feel encouraged to try water sports again in ur lifeSwimmers : they are nothing special, they just take u to activity spots and let you use ur swimming skills to use their equipments
I went on the parasailing trip with my husband on a visit to Key West. The experience was great! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of our crew, but I do remember the 2 young men being well informed, engaging and overall professional & pleasant. I would definitely recommend this company & purchasing the photo package for memories (especially if it is your first time). I also like that the boat was not packed, it made it easy to social distance. I also felt like we were in the air for so long. Overall, 5 star experience.
Had a fantastic day on the water with Amber and Rae for the Schooner eco trip. Kayaking and snorkeling were a blast, and the time spent sailing on the boat was just as enjoyable. They also served a good selection of beers and tasty food. I’ve been on several trips with Sebago and would say this was one of the best! They are by far the best water sports company in KW. You get what you pay for!
Sunset on the wooden schooner was awesome! Captain and first mate were very nice. We missed the sun setting due to clouds but the experience of snacks and drinks on a wooden boat at dusk on the ocean was very cool. There were only 10 guests so there was plenty of room to sit comfortably on deck too.
Good value for money and patient, sensible crew. They made sure the experience was fun but safe at the same time.
I did this all-day water adventure 17 yrs ago with a bunch of family and friends. This time I went back and it was just me and my fiance. Just like the first time we had a blast! The crew was amazing, everything was cleaned and sanitized, food was good and filling, the schedule to do the different activities was on point and everyone had plenty of time to do it all! I live in Miami and this made an awesome staycation for us!
Sebago Employees are so arrogant and they don’t help even when your are in dangerous condition I don’t choose them again because I don’t want to risk my life again. The fury rides are far better than sebago. The fury guys will take care about you and they will help you in any dangerous condition. The employee’s will also so friendly and good persons.
This was an overall good time. We really enjoyed the two guys that took us out. We had a group of 8 for parasailing and it was a blast. I do have a complaint about the photography. It was way overpriced and not good quality photos. We were unable to see the photos before we purchased the package. After paying $600+ for a 2 hour excursion there was this extra $150+ fee for pictured that we weren’t expecting as they were a bit pushy for us to buy. Several of our photos were just silhouettes you couldn’t even tell who it was parasailing. Overall the experience was GREAT. Pictures could be done better and less expensive. If not for that this would be a five star for sure.
Staff were very hard at work to keep passengers safe. They did not play around- safety was clearly priority but you should still know your limits. As far as the reef itself eh probably better places to snorkel but for value good place to get started. Passengers were up to 62 people per trip. Bunch of people were nauseas... for some reason. Water was choppy in September. Free Reef Safe sunscreen onboard. The woman in the office said we had to buy it and we didnt but many got scammed into that. Bill was $133 for two on a holiday weekend and they expect tips.. I have no idea how $49 per person on trip advisor ended up that way since that is more than sales tax, but okay. Still probably best value. That being said we need to check out the others. Im fairly certain the experience at the reefs are mostly the same but I could be wrong. Large parrotfish, Angelfish, tang, barracuda... other fish, purple plants and green coral that is clearly dying.... Saw turtles in water but not while snorkeling. Bar onboard but I wouldnt recommend it. Would recommend bringing a few snacks and water for yourself in a small cooler. I wouldnt have wanted to be on there more than 3 hours. It was nice to get into the water and go on a boat driven by someone else but husband was very nauseated coming back so we were kind of sick of the water after that! Never happier to see dry land.
We booked a sunset cruise with a party member in a wheelchair. They accommodated our party graciously and professionally. Worth every penny we spent. Will book again.
We are group of 4 people visit this place today for power adventures and not even single person happy with their service. When i spoke with representative while booking our trip they said we dont need to know swimming. I did all the adventures last year with other company they are really good. Please prefer to take power adventure if you know swimming, if you don’t know swimming you can’t perform any rides like kayak, snorkeling and Jet skiing. we are 45 people on board and they have only 3 jet skies. They would have mention while booking tickets for trip. Waste of money its not even worth.
My family and I enjoyed the snorkel and kayak tour on the Schooner! Captain Russ and Ray were so sweet and very accommodating especially to my two year old daughter. They made sure she was happy and comfortable the whole trip. Because of the small group it felt very intimate and they worked very hard to make us feel safe! Key West is always beautiful but the crew of the ship is what made it memorable. Thank you for the happy memories with my family!
What a beautiful boat ride watching the sunset. Not only were we given additional time, the entire crew was friendly and knowledgeable about anything and everything on that water! Definitely a must do in the keys!
Great great great time! The crew was amazing. The company and ride was amazing. We will definitely do that again! We cant stop talking about it. Thanks guys.
This trip was exceptional. The entire crew was very kind and friendly. They made our trip out to the reef and back comfortable and fun. The reef snorkeling was the highlight of our entire trip to the Florida Keys. I personally saw 3 bull sharks, 5 sea urchins, around 14 lobsters, and countless fish. The views were simply breath taking. We all thoroughly enjoyed the trip and thought we got our moneys worth and then some. If you plan on doing a snorkeling trip or another one of their excursions, definitely choose this company, you wont be disappointed.
My parents and I arrived recently to the keys and decided to drive down to key west on our first day. Without any reservations, we hopped into the sebago shop to see if we can go parasailing any time during the week. We expected a long wait but instead we got the next tour that same day. We waited 30 minutes, had an amazing boat ride out into the ocean, and then launched in twos with another group for a few 10 minute flight sessions. The view is fabulous from above, and the atmosphere is very languid and relaxing as opposed to what you may imagine. It might be a little scary for those who fear heights but even then it is as relaxing as it gets. Since we were only able to go in pairs, they gave me a chance to go twice with my mom and then dad. Great first time parasailing!
We took the sunset cruise, the crew, appetizers, drink selections was great but the musician who provided live music was horrible. Multiple people talked about how unpleasant the music was tonight.
If you’re looking to do an all day water adventure look no further. I would give 10 stars to this company if I could, the staff is amazing and will make sure everyone is safe and having fun at all times. Thanks again Sebago staff for an amazing time!
The crew was really nice, the food was good, and you get to have free drinks from when you leave the harbor to when you get back to the harbor, and you can walk off with your drinks.
We did the Catamaran Sunset Cruise. It was amazing! The crew was top notch. There were delicious appetizers and drinks available and included! The view of the sunset was perfect. Thank you for an amazing excursion!
We took the snorkeling and kayaking tour with my family. The staff was excellent. We all felt very safe and were able to social distance well from other families. The boat was very clean. I highly recommend this tour.
Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with our parasailing trip. The staff was very nice but from when we left the dock to going up in the air to back to dock was about 25 minutes, maybe even a little less. When we signed up for the excursion, it was said to be a 90 minute trip. Being the only ones to sign up for that time frame, we thought maybe they would give us a little more of their time then just a 5-7 minutes up in the air. Wouldn’t come back not worth the money or the 25 minutes of our time.
Had 2 great experiences with Sebago! We did a morning Snorkel & a sunset cruise with Devin, Maya & Mitchell. It was very organized & clean and the crew made sure every person was taken care of both times! Mitchell was an excellent captian & Devin & Maya were always polite, alert and making sure everyone had what they needed. I forgot to use my 40% off coupon for one of the cruises & the lady in the office went ahead & refunded me so I could re-book with my coupon. Thank guys! Next time we will bring the whole family!
Steve assisted me with some efficient deals at Savage WaterSports. The spacious boat was beyond my expectations.. as well as the staff. Bill appeared to be a highly experienced boat captain, Jake’s previous marines skills made me feel secure, and I am thankful Brian assisted me with my snorkeling gear. All this, and complimentary beer and wine!
A must do! We booked two trips with Sebago during our time in Key West and both excursions were amazing! We booked the parasailing, jet ski and snorkeling adventure Saturday and the sunset dinner cruise Sunday and both were phenomenal not to mention the food was delicious and the beer was cold Here are some photos I captured while on our excursions. I highly recommend booking with Sebago.
We had a great experience with Vaughn and crew on a snorkel trip. At $39 each, it was a superb value. The crew made it fun for our nine-year-old, and they were incredibly patient with him.
My family of four did the All Day Watersports, including a two hour round trip cruise to a large reef area for snorkeling, breakfast, lunch, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, water toys, and drinks! The food was the best Ive ever had for this type of booking. Everyone was friendly and worked to make our time enjoyable. What a great value!
What an amazing experience! We did snorkeling, I was the only one of around 40 pips who did not know the swimming, still they(Staff) helped me go in the water with confidence and also they explained the things to everyone. I should have remembered staff names because they all were awesome! I have their pics though :) I would definitely recommend who wants to experience snorkeling with friendly staff. They take you down south from Key west about an hour or so. We’ve had quite a few colorful fishes that we could see.
The trip and the crew were great from start to finish. We had a great time!!
We had an awesome sunset cruise. Captain AJ and his crew were great. Excellent service with drinks, smooth ride, and good music. My wife and I had a wonderful time. We will go back out with Sebago the next time were down!
Amazing time on the Sunset Dolphin Sightseeing Tour! Didnt see any Dolphin that day, but the crew were amazing! Appetizers, Drinks and an Unbelievable Sunset!
Very professional and the sunset was beautiful. Relaxing experience. Highly recommend.
The best experience we could have asked for! We went on the 6hour adventure cruise! It included a light breakfast, lunch, snorkeling, parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat rides, water trampoline, swimming and floating! The next time we come to Key West this is at the top of our list! The crew was absolutely amazing! They were so personal and really seemed to love their job! Our captain, Nick was great and very knowledgeable. The crew Mya and Orla were so sweet and so helpful, they all loved talking and getting to know the guests on the boat.Breakfast included an assortment of juices, muffins, and yogurt. Lunch was soft drinks, roast beef sandwiches, peel and eat shrimp, fried chicken, and pasta salad. Beer and wine as also included in this trip however not until after all your done with all the water sports. (Doing all the water sports is WAY worth it)There is a larger catamaran company in Key West, Fury, we also did a Fury experience and would recommend the Sebego experience over the Fury experience each and every time! The captain and crew were a lot more personal!
Recently visited Key West as a couple. We booked a trip with Sebago. I had done this 20 years ago and wanted my girlfriend to experience snorkeling and kayaking. We went with Sebago because I just wanted to do these two activities. Many of the other tour providers only had one or the other or trips that involved more. We could not have been happier!! The whole process was very easy. Our crew could not have been better! The Captain and Mate were very hospitable and knowledgeable. Emily, our mate/host, could not have been nicer. The food and beverages were just what the day ordered! Everything was professional yet in a relaxed nature like Key West brings. We will be back!
Sebago and it’s crew are the best in the business. We use them every time we are in the keys from snorkeling to parasailing to sunset cruises. Awesome team!
Did the six hour “power adventure” amazing value! PWCs, parasailing, banana boat rides, water trampoline, kayaking, light breakfast, serious lunch, and drinks for 150-170pp! Usually a third of any of these would cost that..... crew on all activities were awesome! If you have an available day in KEY WEST, spend it on this adventure! Thank you SEBAGO!
Key West has its own charm. The staffs are friendly and you should like it. The food on the cruise is average. If you are a vegetarian then you might have limited options for food on the cruise as you will spend a long time in the ocean. Make sure you divide your time proportionally so that you get to enjoy all of the activities.
We did snorkel/kayak tour and sunset food and drinks boat. Both were great!! Food was delicious! Captains Mitchell and Eric and crews were fantastic. Just one comment, in sunset cruise play better music, not a radio station. Music sets the tone of the experience and it would be much better with a playlist.
Great adventure. We went on an Appledore schooner to a sunset cruise. The boat is amazing. It has a nice old vibe, but is also very convenient to be on. The crew is very nice and they constantly offer you drinks. Anthony is a very friendly guy.Food is really great. They have good variety, and it’s seriously delicious. We haven’t tried drinks. My only wish is they would bring another round of the same food. The cruise itself is great. Amazing sunset views. It was warm in late September, so we didn’t need our warm clothes. It’s a little expensive, but it’s worth it. Highly recommended. Great value for the price.
Sebago Watersports, particularly the parasailing, is awesome! Excellent prices, fun props and really awesome guides! I cant remember the name of man pictured (with scissors) but he was so nice! I was kind of tweaking out about the heights and possible fall from the sky and he was very reassuring. After a little boat ride (we got to see a huge Disney cruise ship), we went up for about 10 minutes. It was gorgeous! Its strange how quiet it is up so high! The ride was very smooth and after about 8 minutes they drop you down a little so you touch the water. We went back up for a few more minutes then they reeled us in. The landing was VERY smooth, its barely a bump on the behind. We bought the SD card with our pictures and left a tip. Overall, A+!
These guys went above and beyond for us. Yeah it was a little touristy but they delivered on every promise. The reef they took us to for snorkeling was beautiful and full of life. The sunset sail was so relaxed and romantic. At one point there was a passenger caused emergency and the crew handles it like champions. We felt safe and secure the whole time and the views were phenomenal.I highly recommend!
The service was outstanding. The boat ride was fantastic. The crew was very attentive and had great suggestions for other activities in the keys.
Absolute awesome place for a fun time out on the water. I did their reef snorkeling trip and it was incredible. The staff are great, fun and friendly, and the prices are extremely reasonable. A 3 hour trip cost $50 and included all the gear and instruction if you needed it.I would highly recommend this place, and look forward to going back again.
Did sunset Cruise on Appledore II. Best time spent in key West. Captain and crew were amazing. Drinks were great and included. So was food which was surprisingly good. Really! Lots of fun and rather romantic. Just do it.
Have used these folks for years when traveling . Had to return home early and tried to cancel 24 hours in advance. Used my travel agent as well and they declined the refund. It ended up pouring that evening, so I am not even sure if it went out. I will NEVER use them again. They were Rude and Dismissive over the request, shame on them during a time when they really need the customers in Key West. NEVER AGAIN
We had a great time with Emily Orla and Mitchell. They were very kind and accommodating. Would absolutely tell everyone to do the all day ting tour.
The crew yesterday were the best I’ve encountered. Emily, Tom and the Capt. we’re Professional yet down to earth. Fun, yet knowledgeable. The activities were incredible all day. I would recommend these folks to everyone.
Definitely worth every penny! Everything was so much fun and well organized. The whole crew is absolutely amazing and so nice!
These guys are great, have used them for multiple outings over the years, friendly knowledgeable staff, clean and maintained boats and equipment and an all around blast, highly recommend
Awesome experience!! The staff was excellent!! Very professional, attentive and friendly. We did the all day tour and LOVED IT. Highly recommended.
Came to keywest for the week for my birthday. My birthday was sept 17th 2020 . I booked the sebago tour for sept 19th 2020 and i had a great time. I booked the all day power adventure tour which is 6 hours total (10am to 4pm) and all inclusive (jetski, snorkeling, banana boat, parasaling, etc) plus breakfast and lunch and drinks(soda & alcohol) included as well. The whole trip was amazing. It didnt feel rushed at all; there was sufficient time to enjoy any watersport of your choice. It was my first time parasaling, going on a banana boat and jetsking and Id definitely do it again. The whole day definitely lived up to the hype on the website and i felt safe with the crew. The crew was amazing too. Very friendly and informative on watersports, safety and the dos and dont of being in the water. Shout out to Aj, Vaughn and emily who were the crew on our boat. They did an amazing job and answered all the numerous questions everyone on the boat asked. I definitely recommend sebago watersports especially if its your first time in Keywest. Youd definitely have a blast. The parasaling and jetski crew were also exceptional.
Awesome sunset Cruise for short $. Drinks included...sunset in Key West... priceless!
Parasailing experience! The guides were funny accomodating and sexy (LADIES). Music was fun and entertaining. The experience itself was relaxing and I felt safe. The pictures needed a few different zooms (try with the sail next time!). I would 100% recommend this group for parasailing.
A true sail. The engine only runs long enough to get you out of the harbor. Then the sails are raised and the wind takes you away. The seasoned creware professional and friendly. If you like real sailing and a small group this is the experience to have. Snacks prepared by a chef and beverages are included. Well worth the time.
Fantastic time with Captain Joe and Mate Nick running the show...very entertaining without being over the top.All the guests seemed to really enjoy the cruise, the food, and the crew....exceeded our own expectations for sure. The weather couldnt have been any better, the appetizers were delicious, the drinks were abundant, and the scenery was beautiful.***************************************************************************This was our second time out with the Sebago Tour folks and it was an amazing time once again!Captain Morgan (yes I said Captain Morgan) and crew led us out on a smooth, fun, entertaining tour and we had a great time meeting the other passengers as well...the drinks and the appetizers were top notch...Highly recommend Sebago!!**************************************Our third trip was as enjoyable as the previous ones....these folks do a wonderful job.
Hands down the best excursion in the area! The power adventure literally includes everything (all water sports, breakfast, lunch, beverages, snack, and open bar). Its a really good deal if you are trying to do a lot in a short amount of time. The staff at this company makes the trip so enjoyable and easy going. I highly recommend booking through this company versus the others! Better service and quality...
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time para sailing. The crew was fun and respectful and our fellow sailers were fun as well
We just finished snorkeling and they were AWESOME!!!! If you dont know how to swim, they will slowly walk you through and take care of you. The ride was beautiful and there were a lot of fishes in the area. The crew were funny, kind and did not neglect anyone. And I think, Jared, he was an Awesome dude!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dont go with other companies - Ive tried them and everything about Sebago is top-notch and way better than the others - they recently started investing in new vessels and upgrading the rest and you can tell! Mitchell and Maya were the best for our private charter and the company in general is so well-run. Great communication and very flexible with weather and changing dates if they are able. Courtney was especially awesome! You really cant go wrong here!
Went snorkeling, on a sunset cruise, and parasailing with Sebago. Each one was awesome! Organized, experienced, and professional crew makes the experience stress free. Captain Eric was our favorite!
Just got off the 9am snorkel trip! Wow what a great time! The entire crew was awesome!! Shout out to our fellow Pennsylvania hometown girl Aaliyah!
Sunset tour with free drinks for only 45$. Perfect evening at key west.
Highly recommend.$90 per person, 2 hrs trip, beverages and snacks included.
Key West is a water sport lovers destination. If you head here, water sports activities are a must. My family and I wanted to go snorkeling and after much research we found sabago to be the most affordable provider. The quality of the tour, the natation and Safety protocols were excellent. My whole family loved this activity and they cant wait to return. You can pay for extra parking and leave your car there since Duval st is very close by.
Took the sunset cruise on June 17. So much for the intimacy and reduced tour sizes due to covid. It was standing room only. Skip it. J
Great crew! Outstanding live entertainment. Delicious food. Hell of a value.
Best experience ever. We did Sebago Sunset Power Play Cubed. I highly recommend this place. Worth for your money. Nice staff. Go visit this place if you are in Key West.
We loved the adventure tour! So much fun packed into one day. Parasailing was excellent. The crew was friendly and helpful. The food was good. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to try out a variety of water sports!
My wife and I wanted a little fun on the water while on a short vacation in Key West. We ended up choosing a day out with these guys and had a great time. The crew was fun and attentive, food was good and the activities were as promised.
PROS: For the price of a ticket to Disney, it well worth it! Snorkel, para-sail, jet ski, banana boat, water trampoline, and kayak. Breakfast and lunch included and drinks. Six hours of fun and adventure. Everything was safe, organized, and very professional. The crew was fun and very entertaining. Lunch was surprisingly delicious and plenty. Excellent fast and light jet skis. The banana boat ride was a blast. Our favorite part was the parasailing.CONS: We didnt see anything while snorkeling and the waves were huge enough to make it uncomfortable. We are not first time snorkelers. But they cant control mother nature so I dont fault them for that. Nice touch with the fire corals though. The parasailing felt a bit short, but thats because they have to give everyone a chance to do it with limited time. But the picture package at $120 was ridiculous. Then it became $80. That SD card alone costs $5 or less. I would pay $30-40 for it. Anyway, I took my own pics. But nice try. Dont skip your breakfast in your hotel. Their breakfast will not fill you up or satisfy you at the least. Conclusion: Definitely still a FIVE STAR experience! Our group of 40 some people were nice and not rumbustious like drunks and punks. If youre a diva and dont like to be with people, get a private tour. Our group was party crazy, but respectful and friendly at the same time. Definitely one of the best way to spend a whole day in Key West. Thank you guys!POINTER: Dont show up at departure time. Show up an hour before. You need time to sign up and board.
We went for the afternoon snorkeling trip . Thoroughly enjoyed the experience since it was the first time for my friends and me. The one hour ride into the turquoise waters of the Atlantic along took our breath away. The ride was marked with basic instructions from one of the crew members who focused on Safety along with having fun. The actual snorkel time was about 45 minutes though I would have liked it to be a tad longer. Just as all good things have to come to an end, this too did. The drinks (alcohol or ginger ale for the faint stomach ones) provided relief and a complete experience of the trip. All in all, crew were top notch, trip was worth it and a highlight of my Keywest trip.If you are an outdoors person, go for Sebago.
The cruise with alcohol is very worth the cost. Staff is very professional, and drinks flow freely. Snacks are tasty and plentiful. The ships are clean and its very easy to get around on them. We saw other boats overloaded with people, and this was not one of those. Absolutely the best tour boat option in Key West.
Great place to grab a motor scooter, bicycles, and jet skis. Friendly Staff, good service.
We did a sunset cruise on July 4. Last time i will ever do this. They packed us on like sardines. Then forced us to listen to the worst music. When we asked the lady about a song request we were told to Get back which made no sence because there was no where to get back too. Awful music, bland drinks and a rude staff..One word..........Fury!
Great crew and excellent views! I even swam with a sea turtle.
Second time out with Sebago, we chose the all day tour last year and opted for the sunset sail this time. Super friendly staff and great drink selection, if you dont enjoy yourself on ANY of their trips then KW is not for you, we have a blast everytime and feel like they go out of their way to make each guest feel well taken care of.
I did the champagne sunset cruise (beer & wine, no food), which was absolutely perfect for our needs. Very open design of catamaran, so 360 degree views. We loved the crew (Joe, Maya and Dom) and Joe was keen to sail so we actually went quite a way out which was super fun. He was a very skilled captain and the service from the crew was efficient and friendly. There are fancier sunset cruises to do in Key West, and generally you get what you pay for. I particularly enjoyed this “pure” experience - the focus should be the surroundings anyway!! We missed out on the sun setting on the horizon due to cloud cover, but the great sailing conditions (and capitalization thereon) made up for that.My only comment is that the requirement to turn up 30mins before the cruise may apply for some, but for timekeepers like us, this just led to standing in the check-in office for 15-20mins before we were let on the boat. That didn’t ruin the experience, though. But something more to look at (maps, old photos, information boards??) would make this time more enjoyable for very minimal cost to the company. Just a suggestion !!
The best deal and most fun you can have on a day trip in Key West.
Mitchell and Kevin were awesome and made my first experience parasailing the best!!! They were so helpful and made me really feel safe and had fun! The photo package offered is definitely worth it! The photos are so fun and creative but also very well done! Thanks for a great time!
Amazing crew and amazing trip. Was my favorite part of my vacation! Would definitely book with them again
We did the 6 hour long Island Ting excursion. It was worth every penny and would do it again in a heart beat. Cody, Chris and James were great - we would come back for their hospitality alone!
Nice snorkeling and good organization
Food, water lemonade and beer was included. Awesome trip. Awesome crew.
Took a sunset cruise with open bar. Vaughn, Valerie, and James were top notch. I cannot speak highly enough of them. We had a really good time. The price was very reasonable too!
We did the the sunset sail and champagne cruise. The overall cruise was excellent with a 1 of a kind view of an amazing sunset. The staff were inviting and professional. We would highly recommend this cruise. You wont regret it.
Sunset tour was great. Price was fair. The boat and crew were above average. Boat has an open bar and seperate mens/womens bathrooms. Our boat was so much less crowded than some of the other sunset tour boats. Lots of room to walk around and take pictures. Well worth the $
My first snorkel trip in my life. The reef was beatiful. Thank you for the experience.
