Awesome quiet park. Good for fishing and swimming and watching the sunset. My husband caught a small barracuda and a yellow-finned mojarra. We both caught a lot of grunts and mangrove snappers

Its nice to have a local spot on the water where there is no admission to hop in the water to cool off! Lots of room for kids and dogs to run free! Visit in the evening for a spectacular sunset view! Cant wait to see what else they do to this park, as its still in the early stages of being here.

Its a nice little park with plenty of outdoor tables to eat in front of the water, Its very small and easy to miss, It was very empty at least at the time that we went.Its a great way to sit down and view the ocean water without spending a cent.

Clean and quiet. Outhouse for restrooms. Fishing, picnicking areas. No boat launch. Nice little swimming hole. Watch out for the jellies though!

Lovely quiet place, great if you want to just relax by the water or hang with kids and run around.

This is a beautiful spot to watch the sunset or take family photos. I have been there many times. However, just a few safety concerns, there has been several homeless people drinking and hanging around the very small sandy spot infront of the water. One guy actually followed me until I was in sight of other people. Be careful!! Also if you are planning on swimming there, there has been several crocodile sightings, but no beware of Crocodile signs posted anywhere.

Overall nice pet friendly park where you can watch a beautiful sunset, take a dip, fish, run your dog in a fairly big field.

Great park, easy access, beautiful swimming area. The dogs had a blast there, and everyone I met there was friendly & wonderful. It is a great place to take the family for the day, or just go solo with the fur babies.

Little park with a pretty view for sunset. It is free to enter but is not very pretty.

Nice place to sit and have family time, picnic, or fishing, nice getaway to be and the best part is its Free. I wish it stayed open later.

It’s fine. Nothing spectacular about it. Nice place to stretch my legs and see the water. There’s no charge for anything so might as well. There’s no shade anywhere but several picnic tables available for use. You fish here as well, though I’m not sure what you catch here

Nice park. Kids play area and a little protected swim area for kids.

Kind of an oddly setup little park but it actually has some size to it which is rare for the keys. Good little spot for launching a kayak or just fishing/ hanging out on the shore.

Clear water, great snorkeling spot, easy access from either dock or walk in!! Great place that is being improved. Looking forward to more facilities and recreational amenities for the kiddos!

1st stop in Key Largo feel the serenity of the water....love it

Was free but not in the best of conditions. Still good access to water and was not crowded and was plenty of parking on the day we were there. The sea was alive.

Beautiful scenery, view of the ocean, in an area where the shore is pretty much private property. A couple of guys were shore fishing. The water has a rock wall encasement - like a natural swimming pool in the ocean.

I love it there but will love it more when the facilities are finished! We need this local park!

Not exactly my vision of a dog park. There is one big fence around the whole thing and the gate is open. Our puppy would be gone forever. Not for us. The best part was your doggie could play in the water.

This is a parking lot in front of an empty field with badly-placed sod in front of a rocky rectangular hole in the ground where the ocean fills in. On the left, there is a swimming area, in that you can get into the water this way if you desire (though why you would choose here when there are hundreds of better places all over the Keys I cant imagine). On the right is a boat ramp (in case you cant find one elsewhere in the Keys....which is weird).That this is a named park is a farce.

Best beach in the keys. Great spot for snorkeling. Good for dogs.

What a great small park. They have free parking, an enclosed salt water pool connected to the ocean via broken coral and poured concrete. Plenty of people watching, dog walking, and fishing opportunities

Amazing place. I was searching for a good spot to take my dig and this park allowed me the opportunity to do so. I also brought along my family and we had a great time. We were swimming jumping totally stop here with your puppies

Nice to have an open grassy area to walk your dog. Nice place to sit and watch the sunset across the bay. Tarpon come in the old marina basin a lot always clean meat nice people not many areas like this around key largo.

Great protected snorkeling spot to see small fish, crustaceans, and nudibranchs.

There are red ants everywhere! Its a great place to see the sunset if you dont go in the grass. This is not a good place for swimming. They have portopotties for bathrooms. There are a few benches and picnic tables but you have to walk through the red ants to get to them. Pets are allowed. If they could take care of the red ants and add a couple pavilions it would be great for just hanging out by the water.
