Very clean and friendly personnel for my 1st time experience coming to this facility.
The art class was good
I was a visiting artist, so my experience was different. The staff is amazing. Dedicated, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The program is well organized and well prepared. Im glad to have been involved in an event that encouraged learning in the arts. This facility is well appointed with many wheels and a great Bailey kiln! While clay is my specialty, the center offers other classes in glass, painting, theater etc. etc. Large place. Good peeps!
My daughters just started ballet class here, and they love it. The teacher is amazing - kind but firm, and fun. Seems like a great place to introduce my kids to the arts.
I like this spot because it has so many things people can do.
There for a community outreach performance by my daughters dance company. they had a great Christmas art sale going on. Also, some very nice local artists pieces shown in their gallery. Stage is kind of small for what we needed but nice non the less.
I have been attending the Art Start Preschool Program with my 3 year old. The Dayton Metro Library provides story time and the Rosewood offers an Art project afterward. It is a great opportunity to introduce your child to reading and art while preparing them for the classroom setting.
The Rosewood Arts Center is a fantastic place to take classes in a variety of areas...painting, jewelry making, dance, foreign languages, theater, pottery, writing, etc. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly, and the facility is great. You can go online or pick up a brochure to read about the class offerings. Classes are available for children and adults.
I like it. They offer Irish dance classes as well as other types of dance, painting classes, drawing classes, pottery classes, acting classes. Pretty much everything art related.
Such an awesome place to hide away and loose yourself in a project. So inexpensive to get studio time, it is a no brainer.
They have great classes for the arts. Wire wrapping, painting and many others. They offer the classes 4 times a year on all days of the week.
I have enjoyed Rosewood in so many ways. There is always something interesting going on. The art, dance etc. teachers are great. It is such a full schedule that its hard to make up your mind what to attend.I have taken my CJHS students there for years with only wonderful results.. Students are challenged by the wealth of the arts there. Lots of good thinking abd new ideas have come from our visits. Now that I am retired, Im working there to make my own pottery. Thanks for all you do and plan to do!
My first visit was amazing! I took a sewing class with Tracy Mc., created my very first skirt!
Cool place. I took a couple pottery classes there. Great instructors
Great classes for all ages; children just being introduced to the arts & specific media classes for adults.
Great place to learn an art always wanted to do, my only regret is that is wasnt around when I was a child!
Low cost preschool programs, camps and dance classes among other offerings. Great service for the community.
What a rip off! Dont waste money on their summer daycamps! So not worth $150.00 a piece.
Nice space and good for kids with arts interests.
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff and good facilities.
My Granddaughter went here, she participated in a mini theater production, the summer of 2013. She loves this place.
Wonderful pre-school
Love the artistic possibilities here!
Used their baseball fields. They need work!!
More art classes than one can master in a lifetime!
It’s ok
Love this place, beautiful...
Fun classes
