A great place to live. They have a number of long term RV spots; also a seasonal snowbird RV park 20 or so spots for snowbirds I believe. Very well maintained facility, with activities during RV SNOWBIRD season. The back half of the park is a mobile home community, great people back there. They participate also, and most often prepare for the Thursday brunches, angst other special events/meals. Potluck on Wednesdays. Come one, come all. I love this place, 55+, pool, hot tub and a beautiful recreation hall.
Great place for an overnight stop on our way back to Colorado. Helpful lady took my booking and was there to greet us when we arrived. Clean bathrooms (great showers with hot water and good pressure). Level site with easy access to power and good WiFi. Definitely on our list to stay again.
Clean well maintained. The men doing maintenance keep the place looking great. The two men who are supposed to be the manager and asstiant manager are worthless. Their wives are the movers and shakers. Lots of rules, different for RVs and mobile homes. We would stay there again because its centrally located.
Great place!! Will definitely revisit in the future. Lovely ‘unstructured’ camp ground which is a feel-good environment. The rec room, pool, hot tub, bathroom are sparkly clean. The people are very friendly. I wanted to stay!!
I called to enquire about RV sites and availability, pricing and short stay verses longer stays. The lady then told me if my RV was over 10 years old they wouldnt allow me to stay there. I told her it was well maintained. She was very snobbish, unprofessional and offered no more assistance. I will post more on FB and other social medias. Something Ive not had to deal with much in my life not should anyone else.
Everyone is very nice!
Live there, we were only staying for a month or two and we now are almost here for two years, we love it, I love gardening so lots of plants on our lot, and the people are wonderful, the staff is great always very helpful, there is lots to do,there is a pool with a hot tub, different outdoor games you can participate in, there are brunches, bingo, card games etc.right now everything is closed due to the virus, but it will all pass and we can enjoy all amenities again.Youre also close to the grocery stores and restaurants, good food everywhere, clothing stores etc. all is nearby .
We love this place. Management is friendly and accommodating. All amentities are kept clean. People are friendly. Very quiet place. Dog friendly. We have stayed here the majority of 6 months.
Friendly people and always something to do. The people are the best.
Nice and quiet RV Park has lots of big shade trees. It also has a nice indoor large pool.
Nice place if you are looking to stay long term, not so good for short term, the park is for the old and infirm. There are 5 transient spots which are long but narrow on the pavement, no picnic tables or room for your chairs. Advertised wifi did not work our entire visit. Erie the gentlemen who escorted us to our spot was a bright spot in our stay, he was welcoming and helpful.
Freindlyest park. They will do their best to accommodate you.
Moved in after a bad experience at another park. Have lived here for 4 years now. Havent found another park like this one anywhere in Texas. Great people and lots of things to do. Would recommend Take It Easy to anyone looking for a park for one day or a life.
Nice people Beverly was very nice to extend our stay so I can have a extra day with my mom, definitely going to come back
Like Hotel CA. You check in but you never check out. New managers are super and the place has gotten spruced up lately- luv it! :-)
Very pleasant and efficient staff. Clean and safe, good nights rest.
Not an attractive site. People very nice.
Very friendly, love all it has to offer.
Nice Place to Stay
Receiving staff was helpful. Staff had to cut trees at parking spot to park my bumper pull. This is mainly a park that caters to permanent mobile homes. Parking spots for rvs is not friendly. There is no internet tho it is advertised. You will not get a refund if you have to leave early. We arrived Tuesday afternoon and had to leave Friday morning due to a death in the family. We had planned to stay for and paid for a week. NO REFUNDS. Getting in and out takes a lot of timing as it is on the main drag in downtown Kerrville. You cannot see the sign till you go past it. Would I recommend it. NO NO NO.
Clean, quiet. Great amenities.
I never made it past the call to reserve a spot (so in filling this survey out I am going to assume the facilities and quality of service lies in line with what I have experienced so far). The person answering the phone answered and there was an awkward second or two of silence before he mustered the laborious effort of saying, well, you called me. Really??? If this is how much effort you put into answering your business phone I dont want want to know how you run the rest of your business. I mean I would hate to disrupt an afternoon nap or forbid I should actually ask for something that takes a little effort like checking me in... Very unprofessional! I know yall are in the country and all but a little courtesy and phone etiquette never hurt any business.
Good rv park
I am staying that is what I think about it
Very cute and quiet site.
