Staff is Always Polite, Helpful and Knowledgeable. Love the store. PLUS... They have cute MASKS on sale!!!!

Came in looking for an item to complete a wall decorating project

Its a homey place to buy general arts and crafts. A good selection from fabrics to paints to glitter and everything in between. Plenty of cute trinkets to put in your living room. Friendly enough and definitely worth visiting once if your in town.

Awesome, service! Friendly, staff. Reminds me of the way customer service used to be! Great, variety. Jim, Bandera, Texas.

Many great ideas displayed.

Always friendly helpful staff. Enjoy coming in here when home.

Nice little selection of Aggie gifts. Great fabric prices.

Terrific customer service, especially in the fabric department. Visit here first before heading to that other craft place in town.

Went to get a couple extra face masks. They were all from China and I will not give China the satisfaction of getting my money after what the U.S. and the World.

Nice, local, quaint (but impressive) alternative to the corporate chain hobby stores. Highly recommend!

Excellent for all sorts of things. Its a hidden gem that you need to visit!

Always has many wonderful items for crafts and sewing. Found some fun yard art I just love!!!

We stopped in on a whim while in from out of town. This is a very nice little craft and fabric store. They had what I needed, and the people were really nice. We had several people stop by and check that we were finding what we needed. If were ever in Kerrville again, well go back.

I go there...just because I love that place

Great finds & specials! Wide variety of crafts!

Excellent service. Highly recommended.

LIKED this place ! Found some real nice cloth masks.Beautiful Masks. Nice helpful employees.

Excellent frame shop and framing staff!

Good location, lots and lots of products for almost anything, crafts too, gifts ...

It really is home town crafts! I go there first before hobby lobby !

Friendly, helpful employees, usually find everything I am looking for.

I purchased some stuff from them during this Covid-19 thing and used curbside pickup. I didnt know exactly what I needed so Debra brought a cart full of stuff related to what I was looking for. She went back in a couple times to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I was amazed at the level of service I received. Thank you Debra.

This place has SOOO many priducts. The cashier is delightful and the prices are pretty good.

I can go in and get what i need versus wander around in Hobby Lobby.

Friendly staff. Good in-stock, clean

Got all your stuff you would want.

It is a home town owned craft store that has all the craft needs as hobby lobby or Michaels. Love this home owned store.

Very nice store but very expensive

I love the home feel to this place including all of the different selections of literally everything crafting wise. Love this store should visit some time and check it out!

Love getting craft supplies for my granddaughter to work on.

They have everything, we could possibly want. The ladies here are very polite. I love to come here. Do some shopping, and look around.

Nice friendly and helpful.huge inventory! I posted this awhile back, went in this morning and the 2 ladies were extremely rude..I was looking for scented Christmas wax candles...they did not say unscented abd were wrapped in plastic and one of the ladies said. .well, cant you smell it???? Will not be going back..Hobby Lobby cant open soon enough because of my experience today...

Great place to find alot of odds and ends

Amber is a delight! She makes the prettiest wreaths. She seems to always be able to pinpoint what idea you have in mind!

I love this place. If you are a crafter, this is your store. Or if you like decorating your yard, flower garden, this is a great place. Their prices are great, l love the Christian ambiance, crosses for sale. They honor service people also. And all the fabric and furniture you need. All wood furniture at great prices.

Hometown Crafts & Gifts The Best Selctions of Craft Supplys In Kerrville Texas

They have a great business with something for everyone..

Great selection

Very cute store. It reminds me of Hobby Lobby, but in my opinion much better and still way different from them. They have a really great selection of cute stuff. They also have a great selection of some furniture that are hands made.

Good fabric selection... especially upholstery material. Always find things I dont really need but want!

Spending just a couple of days in Kerrville so I searched online for a craft store. Found Hometown Crafts. Omg....I am in love with this store.I enjoy so many different types of handcrafts and I think I could find supplies for any or all of them at this store. I might even find a few new crafts to learn. They have an awesome selection of fabric and all the sewing trims, thread and buttons you could ever need. They have all the necessities for almost any sewing project including upholstery fabric, both indoor and outdoor fabrics. All at great prices. The staff was super helpful tooThey have rows and rows of Texas themed decor and gifts. Found a great deal on a huge Texas Star for my front porch and a few other small items I just had to have.I am from the Rio Grande Valley but when I am in the Texas Hill Country (we go to Fredericksburg often)I will go out of my way just to visit this store again.

Friendly with ample merchandise.

Most bizarre crafts store ever. They have EVERYTHING. If you need it, they have it. Amazing amount of fabrics. Its fun just to wander around and find all the things you never knew you wanted.

This place is amazing the rustic furniture to the ladies in floral department

Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the great lady that helped me but she was very helpful in ensuring I had everything I needed for my 20 year High School reunion.

Wow! This store has everything! Its reminiscent of the old Ben Franklin stores, but with modern displays, even painted furniture which is becoming hard to find. Besides craft materials, they also have gifts and home decor.

Always find something there every time we visit

Love this place. Lots of cute stuff

Very nice arts and crafts store. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

This is a really nice craft store to visit. My wife and I loved it.

I liked this little place. It isnt Hobby Lobby but it had what I need and some stuff I didnt hahah. But thats how my visits to craft stores always turn out. While walking the aisles the employees stocking shelves were very helpful and kept asking if I needed help and providing suggestions when explaining my project. My only real issue was the cashier. When I came to checkout she was kind of abrasive in her demeanor.

I personally love this store. Smaller than hobby lobby but I prefer this Hometown over hobby lobby

Has almost everything but the prices on certain items I do buy were doubled, others not as much. Friendly service staff.

Great place for crafts and nice selection of materials and sewing stuff. They also have a good selection of materials for upolstery.

Nice place with a decent selection of arts and craft supplies. Huge selection of custom frames and fabrics.

Great place for crafts shopping and almost everything else.

Great Place

I enjoy my trips to Hometown Crafts each and every time. There is a choice in supplies needed. Sales staff are very helpful. Know their stock and where

Store was tidy and well organized. Staff was helpful and friendly. Sad that the specialty paper I was purchasing is being discontinued but they carry plenty other items to keep my business.

Wide veriety of stylish and unique crafts, everything you could possibly want and then some, but the staff arent the friendliest or very eager to help, its still a great place to go for all your craft needs. They have floral decor, little nic naks, novelty items, whats in and what used to be in as well, many things to choose from and different styles for instincts, the variety of cabinet handles has to be over 80 different types to choose from, all the cast iron working lile stars and revolvers or knobs are all very neat and reasonably priced, I could go in there abd jist look around for hours while the items spark many different ideas, all and all hands down that is the place to go in Kerrville if you are looking for crafts and such.

Love this place. I think they are a bit pricey so hope they will be more competitive when Home Depot is finished!

I bring my wife here for her art supplies. The place is huge

Good place to browse and dream. Good prices.

Always a great experience at this store!! They have so many gift items and sewing tools, arts and crafts!! Always find what I need!

This is a FANTASTIC store with a huge variety; I love it. They always carry the most fun seasonal decorations! The staff is so friendly and quick to help. I esp appreciated the associate, Samuel Avner, he was a very knowledgeable person and so polite. He’s probably the best son in the world!

I could get lost in ideas here for hours. So much fun and inspiring ideas in one place

Very expensive and rude old ladies

Beautiful store. Prices are alittle high compared to up north

Love this store. Great variety and friendly, helpful staff.

The only hobby store I will go to. Has everything.

I love this home and craft center. There is order and a surprise around every corner. Local owner and they love their retail craft store. Quick turn of merchandise, awsome associates and great Customer service. So much to offer. They have rustic furniture, porch and lawn too. Gifts and and it just keeps going. Gotta see.

The staff is always really friendly and they go o out of their way to help you.

Jennifer was so great and helpful! If only all your employees were more approachable and friendly like her!

Terrific things to buy

Framing department is excellent, furniture department is unique, craft & holiday services are great. Staff is wonderful.

Was excited about being there

I love this place, the staff is always friendly and if they dont have what Im looking for theyre willing to try to order it. I once ordered special blending pencils from them, and a certain colored pencil that they didnt have in stock. 5/5 go here all the time

Pros: Friendly staffQuick serviceClean parking lotGood product varietyCons: Steep pricesFew clearenced itemsIf this review was helpful please feel free to drop a like

Lots and lots of ideas. Huge inventory but the prices ha e increased substantially over the past 3 or 4 yrs. Service is and always been very personable.

I love this place! From crafts to furniture, I never leave this place empty handed. Great selections, fair pricing and friendly staff.

Lot of Texanna good stuff. Love this place

This place has lots of ready made home decor items. Nice surprise as I was look for craft/ sewing items. I had fun walking around looking at everything.

Great place for floral needs..they have a great floral designer!

Better than hobby lobby

Best place to get everything you need to make any craft!

Upgrading my review to 5 stars. The reason for the 4 was my disappointment that the jewelry making supplies aisle, while over the years has been upgraded to 2 aisles, hardly ever has what I want any more, for example, gemstones, sterling silver chains, and adequate selection of swarovski crystals. The sterling findings are not so great either. HOWEVER, the staff is SOfriendly and helpful, and there is so much other stuff and Im in there all the time, so I must love the place .

Super store with very friendly and helpful employees. They have a great and large assortment of crafty items as well as great gifts.....love it!

Its a little town hobby lobby. Great place.

Great LOCAL BUISNESS

Very nice selection of supplies for all sorts of arts and crafts from painting to framing services

Good folks. They have more than enough.

Great tie dye T-shirts

Old merchandise and unfriendly and lack of customer service personnel.

Perfect place for the crafter. Loads of variety with helpful service.

FFound some nice fabric and sewing supplies.
