Diamond Extreme is a great workout facility. By far the best baseball facility within the area.They have weights upstairs and several nets downstairs.Pitching mounds. Yep got emHit Trax for measuring hot velo.Our boys are looking to get in great reps during the off season and Diamond Extreme is definitely the way to go.
