This is actually my favorite place. Food was really good.

We like this Chuck E. Cheese location better than Bellevue. Its seems bigger and usually less kids especially on the weekday. Its a great place for kids to play video game and run around. 60 credit lasted my son for about hour and a half. They usually have coupons online for discount or entertainment book. Usually every Wednesday unlimited game play for an hour at a good rate. Weekend its usually packed with a ton of birthday. The cheapest birthday package is $16 per kids and its goes up to $32.

Sorry Chuck E Cheese is marketed as a fun place for kids to go and play electronic games. They are very good at that. Their food is only ok. Ive had the pizza and wings. To be kind they are there to provide entertainment not great food. Got it.

Order pick up from here often for my work staff. They LOVE the wings here espically since they have a killer deal going on right now and the pizzas are really good! Recommend going here! They are fast and friendly. ️

Such a great place for kids parties! The party packages they offer are amazing, and everyone (parents included) has a lot of fun! The food is great as well.The only reason I didnt give it five stars is that as someone with multiple sclerosis, all the flashing lights and noises tend to be over stimulating (for me) after the first hour (parties are scheduled for two).

Much better than I remember. Pizza is actually not bad! This time around, Im here celebrating the granddaughters birthday. Big difference from when my kids were of Chuck E Cheese age. Four stars for what it actually is, five for the improvement.

Overall a good place to have a birthday party. I had a reserved 2 hour table. The hostess was very sweet and took pretty good care of us. I didnt get the balloons included in my package until we were about to leave and the food took forever but it was a Saturday night so I wont knock them for that. I ended up having to take the tickets my daughter won home because the prize line was chaotic with only one person ringing for food items and cashing out ticket prizes, she said everyone else was on break. On a saturday night??? That probably should have been mapped out better. Overall fun for the kids but kind of chaotic and unorganized.

It was a complete madhouse. Just people everywhere. Not even 1 minute after my sons birthday party reservation was over, they pushed us out, which is understandable however, they didnt communicate. They just started moving our stuff from under us. An astronomical price for cheap favors and poor service. And I dont think this is an employee problem. Its a company problem. Will never be back. Nearly $500 for 2 hours, only to be brushed aside with people running into you every 5 seconds. Gave 2 stars for the employees I saw hanging in there and trying their best, otherwise, I wouldnt have given any.

Went in today with my kids and of course wanted pizza. However the pizza that was given to us was cold and not so good. Disappointed since I am a huge fan of pizza. Giving a 2 star just because my kids had lots of fun and they really enjoyed the arcade. If not just a 1.

First time at this location. The layout took some time to adjust to, but once you get a sense of direction about you, its easy peasy. I dont know how much I care for how close the dining areas are to the proximity of the games and activities. If you have a child whos mindset that he/she is going to be that kid who is going to whine rather than eat before playing, good luck! Its going to be a hard one to enforce. Other than that, my 7yo and I had a blast!

So definitely don’t eat here! When you first walk in, it smells like someone’s kid needs a diaper change! The food is pretty gross! It’s a basic menu how can it be so disgusting! Our kids chicken nuggets tasted burnt! Well, it also looked burnt!The good thing is we bought the time limit instead of points which is way better and they have an option of stopping it while we ate.

Its a kids place, dont expect it to be spotless. It was surprisingly clean, the games werent broken, and there were plenty of employees. My son loved it.

I liked the place is just that there was trash everywhere and it concerned why each pizza peice was a different size

If you on Sunday 100% is goin to be full of kids :)The only thing i didn’t like was they changed the tokens with a plastic card and the some machines doesn’t work it just take your points of the card.Outside in the parking lot black mens smoking weed and they don’t even tell then to stop so the smell of weed enter inside in the building.

They have a very nice policy if you come together you have to leave together. Give you an extra bit of peace about your kids being safe. Sometimes I get a little behind on cleaning the tables but overall very nice family-friendly atmosphere.

I always enjoy bringing my kids here to play. Its way too hot inside though. But the kids have fun. Also they need more employees on the floor to fix machines, they are always jamming and they only ever have 1 person out there trying to fix everything. I think they usually have like 5 people working when they really need like 10.

Positive experience. Was fairly crowded and appeared to be under staffed, but the employees were highly capable.

The kids love Chuck-E-Cheeses. As an adult I loved it less. The pizza is not actually all that bad, but overpriced. But there was not enough people working to serve everyones needs. Was hard getting in the door, and out the door, had to wait a very long time to order pizza, and only one or two people are old enough to pour beer. But the worst is that the entire place smelled like a porta potty the entire time.

I was disappointed to see how small they made Chucky Cheese now! Im thinking maybe kids dont go there as much as they used to is the reason for this downgrade? Its too bad! It is still fun but mainly focuses on little kids now. They should also offer better prizes for the tickets redeemed. I was glad to see that at least they still have Chucky come out!

Well, it is not raining inside. Customer service is nonexistent. They see you. They just dont speak. It was my granddaughters 7th birthday and i couldnt even get ChuckECheese to slow down passing our table. He just didnt care. No management to be seen. And, all the cashiers are underage so no adult beverages. When trying to find assistance they would just point you somewhere else. Experience totally sucked but they got my money because of the security measure at the front door...and it is not raining in there. I wish anybody else would come up with a similar business model so i would not ever give them another dime. 2 hours mid day Saturday. Two 7 year olds, an infant and 3 adults. $175 and grandma could not even get a beer. They need leadership and competition. Left a Bad taste in my mouth.

I took my toddler here for indoor games and activities. He loved it.

Love the service of one particular staff member (cannot remember her name). But clearly she is over worked. The tables were dirty, the salad bar looked unsanitary, the restrooms lacked the essentials such as toilet paper and soap. To have a good experience you have to go early or it becomes a mad house.

Cleanest, all machines working Chucky cheese there is. We always go when in town. Fun games for parents to. Man who maintains machines does amazing job

My little son’s favorite place. Although prices of foods and drinks seemed to be slightly high, it’s still worth it to have kids enjoy it here. Good thing is game machines all work. I must mention that my two sons and I lord their new plan of 1 hour unlimited games for only $20. Cool deal!

We went on a monday and there was hardly anyone there. It was awesome. Almost every game was working which was good since sometimes there are alot that arent. We had an email that gave us all day play for 20 bucks. My daughter ended up with 1855 tickets. The bathrooms were clean and the salad bar looked fresh. My only complaint is the over priced pizza and the fact that the prizes take so many tickets. You have to pay for the toppings. There is a base price for the pizza and if you want even one topping it jumps the price up. Either way we Will be back soon because overall it was good fun.

Its always cool to go with kids at this place. Kids were super excited. This is a fun place for kids. It is also very safe. No kid cant go outside without approved guardian. An attendant I saw all the time at the entrance and exit. So that someone can exit only with guardian. You can sit and relax while kids playing because they take your biggest worry.It is wheel chair accessible place. People can celebrate birthday over their and can invite other kids to join.

We had such a marvelous funfilled happy time.everyone was very help full. Food was I mean we tryed quite a few different foods and all was so good. Clean bathrooms. Clean place. Yes were going back.

Went on Saturday evening, One in every 4 machines seems faulty or broken. May be because of crowd...other than that, clean and have good game choices.

They need more servers. But place is good.

The birthday package is well priced, if you book it online. The staff is okay, not great and not terrible. The struggled to keep our pizza order straight but made up for it with accommodating more game cards, extra pizza. Chuck e cheese nowadays isnt anything near what it used to be for kids but we still had a great time.

Pretty big for a chuckle cheese. Lots of games for the kids and adults to play. They do have some decent deals for tokens if you have the money to spend. Pretty good place to take your kids to run around and have fun and a bite to eat.

Nice place terrible business policy. My husband who is in the national guard and an active duty veteran and did tours to Iraq was told there was no military discount and they charged him $71 for less food and time then the military alpha or bravo choice offered. When confronted she stated that she didnt need to answer honestly because she is running a business shameful and on memorial day weekend to top it off. If you are military this chuck e cheese clearly doesnt care.

I hadnt been here in years. Coming in, I was impressed as they stamped me and my 3 kids arms so that you leave with who you came with. My wife followed us a few mins later with my other (and least favorite child) and so, got different stamps.The birthday party was what youd expect with some kids slathered in frosting and other kids crying from the ROUS. I think my kids enjoyed it, I dont really know since it felt safe to let them alone knowing the entrance was guarded. To my surprise the staff were actually very nice, competent, and smiled.On the way out, my family left together. I had the least favorite child with me and my wife had the baby (the one who were going to send to college) and the guy started checking our arms. He clearly saw that my and my kids stamps didnt match and he didnt even check the babys arm.On the way home my wife and I were a bit shaken at the false sense of security and did several roll calls to make sure we did not have too many (or too few) small humans.

This place is awesome for the whole family. My family loved it.

I give it 5* because I recommend going weekdays in the morning when most people are not there and youll have the whole place to your self almost. And they have the pizza and dessert buffet weekdays at certain times.

Its Chuck e. Cheese. They are what they are. It does smell like pee really strong though. Im sure the carpet hasnt been cleaned in forever if at all. Its totally worth the little money to give yourself a break from mommy-ing for a while

Kids love this place! Never too crowded and great deals on play cards with email coupons. Kids love to save up their winning tickets and buy Chuck e cheese gear. I love how they allow you to purchase prices a penny a point just in case the little ones dont win enough tickets :)

We went to a birthday party here and my son had a lot of fun playing the games and eating pizza. I hadnt been to a Chuck E. Cheese since I was a child but it seemed like a decent place. I know my son would go back :-) I did like that they try to make it a little more secure and invisible stamp (black light maybe? I cant remember how they did it now) the parent and child with the same stamp on their hand, and then check it before you leave to be sure you match.... still have to watch your kids of course, but it probably helps a bit.

My kids love it, but theyre 2 and 4. They take advantage of the fact that you want your kids to have fun....It is expensive, crowded, dirty, most of the staff have no manners/ customer service skills, and the games and food are not great. Also, the prizes are worse than they were when I was a kid. This is a once every few years kind of place.

Its at least clean and in good shape but its expensive and the games arent that great. Theyre are some little kids games and adult games but not really any good in between older kids games. The ticket costs for the rewards are absolutely ridiculous and youll be lucky to get a key chain.

Went in tonight for family fun and wanted to extend a special thank you to heather for her patience, enthusiasm towards my kids and excellent customer service all around! If she wasnt helping a guest she was a busy cleaning, stocking toys or more! Thanks so much!!!

Updated system. All you can play time limit. Better selection of food than I remember. Still messy, but understandable with the amount of little kiddos running around. Could use a better selection of prizes.

Decent location and arcade games are relatively new and clean. Its your typical Chuck E Cheese and the ambiance there when we went was great - kids had lots of fun. Toilet cleanliness could use improvement.

All in all my kids had a blast and the food was good. Staff was decent, some were a bit short. Some machines broken and not clearly labeled. Prizes for tickets are worse than the dollar store toys. At opening the door was not properly staffed and people began piling in without stamps. Someone seemed to catch it though and stamped the people. My kids enjoyed it and I didnt take my eyes off them so I would definitely return.

Even as an adult I still love to come here and be a kid

It was ok seems like they need more space it was a little crowded and seemed like one by one stuff stopped working. Couldnt take pictures because it was out of paper and never got replaced. The good thing is my son didnt have enough tickets for a nice prize and i was able to pay the diffrence.

Its Chuck E Cheeses. If you have toddlers this is the place to go. They cant get out of the place without the person they came in with so that is the best part. Even if you canrlt find your toddler, you know they are safe!! The pizza is actually way better than it used to be. We had the chicken cali and the all meat pizza.....there was NONE left. That chicken cali was incredible. I dont even like white sauce and i liked that better than the meat one!! The kids have a great time while the adults have a glass of wine or a beer (yeeesssss) and they have tons of games to play for all ages. Now they have play all you want for an hour or play per. For example play all u want for 60 minutes or get 60 games.....i recommend the 60 games...youd never get a toddler to play 60 games in an hour!! That is a game a minute. Really thats not a smart choice. I always go with the better $$ saving option!!

Servicenor very good. Nobody at counters fire long periods. The costumed Chuck e cheese was less than enthusiastic. The new unlimited timecards are a rip off bc you gotta play the entire time from the moment you purchase or you lose time and play ends.

I love Chuck E Cheeses and this one in Kent is one of the best in my experience. Friendly, helpful employees and a good variety of games, and lots of them. We celebrated my sons 11 birthday there, we couldnt afford the full Chuck E Cheeses party this time but still had a great time plus they let my son and I shut the place down,going past closing a bit while they cleaned up, we left without them ever saying that we needed to go and not once giving us a dirty look. My son said he didnt think hed have that much fun (weve had a tough year and it hasnt been easy for him) but he was wearing a smile and his parting words were I had the best time it made my heart smile and I felt good that Id succeeded at giving him a bright spot in a dark year.

Games worked, place was clean, staff was kind of short. one person working cashier and register on a holiday. kids had no school, so there was a bunch there.

Food was good, a bit pricey. Was ignored by staff at counter for a long time. 4 people there. Manager was training someone, and didnt acknowledge my presence. Girl at counter took an order, then just left without saying anything to me. Girl at prizes counter was busy, but broke away to help me, I think she knew I was getting irritated. Food took 50 minutes to get out. Ordered at 5:41pm, received at 6:33pm. Staff was very friendly with the kids. Only reason I would go back is for the kids.

Have been going there as long as I can remember and all of my children have had birthdays there. So I havent been there in years because my kids are all grown up and the other day we happened to be across the street and my son says hey look chuck e cheese. On a whim we decided to go have lunch and take my daughter and grandson ( who is 2 and has never been before) for the buffet. It was good for the price and we really had a great time!!! We made memories

We celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday here & it was everything I remembered it to be when I was a kid. The place was clean, well stocked, and the food was good. The kids had a great time with the games & I was thankful there was an area for smaller kids as well. I wished some of the employees were a little livelier, they didnt seem too stoked about their job & we all kind of noticed it. Its typical Chuck E. Cheese, way expensive & a ton of tickets for really small prizes... Even with that though we had a great time & will definitely go back.

Nice place for young kids or the adults with family that never let go of their kid side. New game machines since I was a kid and services alcohol although it is pricey for a regular small solo cup of $5 to the large being a couple more ounces to $7. There being 4 or 5 on tab and 2 wines choices but since there are minors working there, it was a long wait for the manager or higher worker serving us when they became free from handling all other works.

Alot of fun! Bring $21 and 6 people to run around for an hour sharing the game card. Then the kid gets tickets worth $5 to spend on stuff, do its really like spending $16!
