Very clean. Staff were all polite and friendly. Food was good and reasonably priced, as was the bowling. Decent arcade. Were nice and comfy sofas to sit and relax on while you bowl. My fiance and I have bowled at numerous places, but this is definitely the best and we will most certainly be coming back many times. We had so much fun! Thanks to everyone at Guttormsen!

I would have given it four stars. But the bathroom cleanliness was lacking a little bit. But the staff was nice and quick to respond.

The Strike Zone Lounge is awesome! Its comfortable and open. Definitely plan to go a lot more often and enjoy this updated area!

Good practice of social distancing and sanitizing amidst COVID. Prices for bowling and food are decent. Front staff is always super nice. UNFORTUNATELY I can’t say the same about the man at the bar/food counter. If it wasn’t for him I’d give the place 5 stars. Always in a terrible mood and very rude. Tosses your card at you and extremely condescending. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.

The place doesnt back there employees or other patrons. Someone crys recism because they were refused service and or being unruly. John Guttormsen bends over for them. Wont back his employees or take care of things like he should

Nice lanes and bar, but the staff could be a bit more friendly. My husband and I play in a league so we bring our own balls. The staff gets an attitude almost every time our ball gets stuck in the floor before the ball return. Not our balls fault because we started using house balls on the same lane and happened again. Keep your reactions and frustration to yourselves! Ill come back for cosmic or the kids free bowling.

As a local Event Planner, I happened upon a big no-no at this establishment. We went today for Fathers Day and we were so excited! We booked online which was very convenient. However, we were very upset because we did not get what we paid EXTRA (almost $70 extra) for. We booked in the Gold Room because it was a special occasion. While the setting is comfy and nice over there, we didnt get the background picture we chose, a waitress was nowhere to be found (even after we pushed the call button many times), and also didnt see an Xbox in sight. We paid $198 for 6 people for 3 hours to sit on comfy couches. The personalized service is what I paid for and what we were expecting on my husbands special day. Not only that but the per hour way to charge took at least 20 minutes of my time to order food for 6 people. All in, we spent $264 (food + bowling) in this establishment in 3 hours just to be on the other side of the curtain. Be wary.

Honestly, I liked Guttormsen bowling alley. However, I have been trying to go bowling for about the last two months so I can practice and get better. Can not get a lane.....ever. There are always reserved lanes but when I try to reserve a lane Im told I can not do that because its a first come first serve basis. They have special deals during the winter months but do not update the website to explain these only are available after leagues which is almost 9pm. Why offer 1 dollar games Mondays but you cant start till 9pm or later? One day I show up at noon, opening time during summer, have to wait about 10 minutes before we can come inside. Once at the register, the person who runs the register is not there and wont be for another 30 min. I felt bad for the poor woman that had to deal with all the customers waiting in line. She was the bartender, she shouldnt have been doing that job. She was wonderful though. I wish I could give a better review but I will no longer be making attempts to bowl Guttormsen.

The prices for bowling and drinks were pretty decent. But cosmic bowling isnt very special..music was quiet, and it didnt get anywhere near dark enough for the glow lights to work.

A go to for a group outing. The food selection was smaller than hoped for, but the food and drink timing was very quick. Bar service primarily, so not extremely disappointed by few options of food. Went for Cosmic bowling which is always fun, good value for the price of the time and shoes.

On the fly GRC had 3 lanes open and ready for a 3 year olds bday party. The place we had the party scheduled for closed due to the weather.

I had so much fun with my daughter so we will definitely be back and I will have to have girls nite out here sometime. The management was super nice and accomodating. The guy behind the bar was great, too. They dont have the widest selection of food, but it was enough for a few games of bowling. Prices were good on food and beer is the normal price somethin like 2.25 or 2.50 The lanes and tables were clean and it wasnt crazy loud (we did go during the day so it may be different at night). I want to check out the skyzone that looks like constant cosmic bowling next time and I was told the pizza is the best so Ill update once Ive tried both. Overall, good experience!!

Last Sunday Im came to Special Olympics Regional Bowling Tournament I waiting almost hour for lane 15 Im bowl very good I came second place for Special Olympics Regional Bowling Tournament And came from Janesville Special Olympics for almost two hours driving with my friends from and Special driver Is great day.

Very nice alley! Very hard to bowl there if not in a league. Never open lanes to accommodate open bowling at prime time hours.

Great place, had lots of fun with friends. The pizza tasted great and the soda was nice and refreshing. My only complaint is that I had a difficult time finding a ball that was the correct weight for me and fit my fingers. I had to go a pound up from my normal weight.

I always loved bowling here. No other bowling alley that I know of has been able to host such a wonderful time. I used to live right down the street and we would have our family go there to throw birthday parties or hang out with friends for the holidays. The location has lots of good shoes for rental as well as a shop for pro gear and a bar with arcade. The vending has accessories to aid with your throw and the front area is well kept.

Please update your website. I came after work with my friend who drove down from Racine only to be told you were closed. The website clearly stated you closed at midnight. We were there at 9:20 on Monday night 7/15.

Absolutely love this bowling alley! Signed up the little one for Bumper Buddies on the weekend, he absolutely loved it! Signing up for leagues this summer and totally looking forward to it! GRC is a great bowling alley! They have very active leagues so sometimes it get crowded but service is always spot on. If you are comming for open bowling check their site ahead of time for lane availability and make reservations. They also have deals listed with some incredible summer and weekend specials.

I love the GRC. Dont get me wrong. Great bowling alley, great for kids parties, and open bowling. I have to say though, the Cosmic Bowling needs some help. I miss the days of red and blue pins and if you got one as the head pin and you got a strike... you won prizes, and everything was glow in the dark and lights were everwhere! It was fun and exciting and busy! Sure it was dark...there were some lights and there was music playing...really low... we were the only group other than about five other lanes and I think we were trying to make it fun, but I do miss those good ol times when the bowling alley made it something special...

Been going here since the 2nd generation arcade boom in the 90s all I can remember is trying to beat house of the dead with 4 quarters other then that has to be one of the best bowling alley in Kenosha

Fun for everyone! nice big place with a lot of lanes, they even have a private bowling area for private parties. I rented one for my sons birthday and him and his Friends had A BLAST!

Great bowling alley and nice deals offered at certain days and times for open bowl. Only negative was we had our work Christmas party there and rented out the party lanes. Didnt realize that after our 2 hours of open bowl was up that we would literally be asked to leave bc they had another party hooked 30 minutes after us. I guess lesson learned but was unfortunate. Still a 5 star place just a heads up for others.

We called ahead and asked if they had open bowling, they said yes. We drove 1 hour to get there and were turned away due to league bowling which we were told was the only option AFTER we arrived.

THE WORST customer service in the entire Wisconsin area. Came with 3 kids and 3 adults to bowl a few games. We paid an insane amount to bowl “hourly”. After we gave the rude old man our money he says “Your hour starts as soon as I give you your change”. So in that “hour” we had to wait to get our shoes, pick out balls for all 6 of us.Then half way through our game our lanes started acting up. Was giving us only one turn each and not keep our scores. Called for service, waited 5 minutes, waited another 5 minutes while he erased our last two frames. Then refused to give us any extra time, any money back or anything. The rude old man then said “I didn’t see anything wrong with your game.” First and LAST time I will ever come here.

Ive had many different kinds of parties here and each one had wonderful friendly party hostesses. The pizza is excellent. The center has always been clean. I highly recommend this place for your family fun or just a place to get together with your friends.

Every year, our Cub Scout pack visits this bowling alley to wrap up the first half of the scouting year. We bowl, have pizza, hand out awards and - this is the kids favorite part - give the kids their pinewood derby kits.They give us a good rate every year, are very patient and attentive to us as a large group of loud 5th grade-and-younger kids, and everyone loves the pizza!We will definitely be back year after year and continue with our annual pack tradition.

Started to get busy around 9 but the VIP section for bowling is great!

Great lanes excellent atmosphere. And cant beat there specials. Monday games are $1 tuesday $2 and sunday mornings unlimited games flr 3 hours only $9 how can you go wrong
