Ive lived here for about 4 years. I love it, and its amazing! Its nice to have a dog park and private park that you can just walk to. Amazing trailer park!

Im here every other week helping family and what Ive seen almost everyone is pleasant

Its a trailer park... Nice folks and clean. Probably a great place to live cheap.

Mobile homes get a bad rap. The homes here are nicer than many places Ive been. The grounds also appear to be well taken care of.

Very nice community of people, guidelines are as expected, properties are kept up.

Its well kept. Others Ive seen OMG they arent kept up.

Management is extremely friendly. But the newer Tennants are lazy & feel they dont have to keep up. Where as the older trailers are kept up & nice. Its a shame. I remember when the newer ones came....all new, pretty & kept up. Now their presence is pulling the park down. It used to be so welcoming.

I dont live here but was visiting. It does not seem as run down or seedy as many trailer parks I have seen in the past.

Have lived here for a few years, management is wonderful, respectful, and considerate. Management takes great pride in a clean, happy, friendly environment. Quiet neighborhoods that are kid and pet friendly and encouraged! Even a private dog park and playground!

Oakwood used to be a great park until it was sold and new managment moved in the manager rachel kuntz picks favorites she acts like rent wasnt paid when it was. She once called me to the office and offered me money off of my rent to go to court with her and Lie to a judge for her she wanted to have me twll the judge that i seen drugs in another residents trailer i refused and she had her sons girlfriend lie in court instead. Ever since i refused she supposedly began loosing our rent checks we were supposedly having raging parties when no one was even home the last year i lived there she made mine and my girlfriends and my daughters life a living hell then when we moved out we had multiple buyers for our trailer she didnt want to approve any of our buyers who more than qualified buyers and met all the requirements after we began to threaten her with the police she finally approved one of the buyers only to evict him a few months later since she took over as manager residents that have been there 20 plus years were stuck having to move out shell give you the most lowball offer for your trailer fix it up abd sell it for alot more since she took over as manager she has profited enough to buy herself a huge new house new cars for her family members she bought her son a trailer allowes him to do whatever he wants be as loud as he wants and she still pays his rent kinda funny how she was able to build up all that money in under a year dont move into this place you will completly regret it

Honestly when I lived here the management of the park did not enforce leave rules and would pick on certain ppl in the park this place was to expensive on lot fees and with all the drugs in the park I would not suggest families with children to live here. On the lease it clearly states how u could not run a business out of ur mobile but yet I know of 4 people that were running Thier business out of thier homes and the management of the park knew about it and didnt blink an eye.

Th, mobile home parks are rarely good

The rent went up with these new owners. the park is not a nice and its dumpy. the rent is to high for a park that is not close to conveniences and services.

Me and my wife lived there for 2 years in that time there was 6 people who died of heroin overdose one guy beat hes wife so bad the cops where everywhere in the park trying to find him and when they did he sped out the park almost hitting some kids 3 people shot themselves and every person there is either selling drugs or is a drunk the worst place I have ever lived

I am planning on moving but I will miss this place
