I live near this Venue. It is stellar. When the renovations are done it will be an incredible place to host an event.

It would nice if you could post on your website that the Anderson Art Center is closed for renovation. Instead you say closed and open at 1p.m..

It was the Christmas tree event...you can tour the mansion and view the pretty Christmas decorations. You can also buy raffle tickets and take your chance at winning a tree, mantle piece or a wreath.Its a beautiful way to get into the Christmas decorating mood.

This gorgeous building right on Lake Michigan houses some unique local art work, as well as hosts local events throughout the year, including Twilight Jazz in the summer (which truly is fantastic!!). However, as an art center its doesnt offer a lot of art or art functions. I think this place could improve and do so much more than it offers now.

I went to see the special showing of Wood Carvins by the River Bend Carving Club of Racine and was blown away at the quality of the pieces on display. Touring the rest of the Center was a treat as well. the great variety of work by local artists will make you appreciate the talent in this area.

It was a lovely art gallery that was free with a suggested donation of $5. It is right on Lake Michigan so you also got to see the beautiful lake. Definetly a place to visit!

Its a beautiful campus. Beautiful church! NOT a great place for a wedding reception. They split the reception. The drinks were on the 3rd floor, dinner in the gym. Bathrooms in the basement, LOT of stairs!!!

A great location, a beautiful building, and a fine place to see great local art. The staff are wonderful. A clarification to another review. The review regarding the wedding reception references the Kemper Center next door and not the Arts Center. Though theyre on the same grounds, the Arts Center has neither a third floor nor an auditorium/gymnasium. The Kemper Center does.
