The new Chuck E. Cheese is great. We havent been since Covid but we went here all the time prior. Great place for the kids to play and its very clean and friendly staff. I love the new cards vs the coins less dirty. Great selection on games for all ages. This one has a very good game section for young children.
New and clean. One of the staff ran over my daughter but give her a loli pop that made her day. Little too crowded for my taste but definitely fun for a 1.5 year old. Who likes rides and some games. They have a unlimited plays but its timed or you can do a point system that we did. We were able to take our time looking at things. Left to go eat and then came back and play some more.
Chuck E. Cheese was great! The pizza was good! COVID may have shut down the games for now but we had the place to ourselves and its very clean and they gave each of ours kids little toy grab bags to keep them entertained. They loved it! There’s lots of space to spread out.
Surprised they do take out during Covid. We had a combo and a veggie pizza and they were amazing. Great place to pick up a pizza.
Ordered pizza wings. Perfect. Thank you Chuck E Cheese
Don’t Chuck the cheese. The cheese was just fantastic. I enjoy the company of strangers here. Sometimes I come prepared with extra string cheese in pockets and or shoes for a later snack. I like coming here on rainy days to keep myself dry. Toys here are made from recycled plastic. 2 stars. I like to sit watch the little kiddos and think of what it’s like to have one. Maybe one day. For now the bracelets make it nearly impossible. Pizza is utterly grotesque. Cheese is great, however.
Love this place! 2018 they moved to this new location and had just opened up when we visited! They spent millions of dollars making this place bigger and better and it shows they care! I loved the new light up dance floor, the huge party area, the little kids section, even adults love to play the games. The menu has a great selection: gluten free pizza, salad bar, cotton candy, dip n dots, dessert, soda, beer, wings and much more! The layout is nice and the service is great! Coins are a thing of the past and the use of a card is in! Its worth getting the unlimited for your kids (you can even split the cards). This place is very clean and most games work all the time. I notice they have someone constantly walking around fixing them right away if anything goes wrong.
The new location is just as accessible as the previous. It is more convenient if you want to go shopping at Columbia Center before or after. The game section really doesnt seem any different at the new location but is less crowded and there is a lot more seating if you have a party planned. Mid-afternoon on the weekend is busy any day no matter so be ready for lines. Never fails though, the kids will never be disappointed ever. The pizza and wings are tasty, salad bar is a little overpriced. Dont get the all you can eat salad bar. The one time through is sufficient and has an option to go through once more for $2 each additional. More cost effective. Great time every visit.
Fun but some adults hog the games
I remember the old Chuck E Cheese place (old location), the $10 tokens wasnt worth it to play. With this new Chuck E Cheese place, it is definitely worth playing the $10 tokens with unlimited games with longer times to play. Very nice place, but very crowded to walk around. Wish there were more crews working in the prize sections when you cash in your tickets so the long wait time in line isnt taking forever. The pizza is so good, much better than the old location. We had a great time.
We held our birthday party at the Chuck and it was great. We were lucky to have Austin as our server and he did a great job. Was constantly making sure we were having a good time and setting the schedule around our party. My son had a great time and would do it again as long as we can have Austin as our server. Thanks again
If you ever went to the old tri cities chuckie cheese back in the day then you will find this place to be not up to par. They do serve good beer. The staff was super friendly. I really like their come together leave together policy. The atmosphere and entertainment just isnt what it used to be. Most of the games are for tickets with about 25% of them being video games where you cannot earn tickets for playing.
We had my sons birthday party here today and Austin was the best server I’ve had anywhere, he made our party fantastic and was such a huge help. And this is a great place for parties, they take care of everything, including clean up and make your child feel like a Star ️!They’ve gotten a lot of new games and the food is great, I recommend them 100%. I can’t speak to the other servers but if you ask for Austin you’re going to have a great party!
I was so surprised by the quality of everything. I remember childhood days spent at various Chuck E. Cheeses; the pizzas were like greasy cardboard pizzas and the ball pits and labyrinthine tubes were awesome. Well, the tubes and balls are gone, but the pizzas are a refreshing upgrade. Our whole party kept exclaiming over how awesome the pizza was. The variety of games is really great and fun. The staff assigned to us was so helpful and readily available for problems or questions. The other kids all want to do their birthdays here now!
Proud of the employees there not bending the rules of the kids hand stamp has to match the person they are leaving with or getting proper details if the kids are leaving with someone else.., GOOD JOB! Shame on the customer who was giving them a hard time cause she didn’t want to wait in line, “ but I bet if someone walked out with your kid she’d be the 1st one talking about “ why didn’t you follow protocol“....Good Job Chuck-E-Cheese employees
It was closed until further notice, although it said it was open, on the website. My son was really bummed out.
Really fun for adults and kids. Took my youngest for a early b-day party. The packages are the way to go if you want your moneys worth. Pizza is so delicious by the way.
New location great. Cashier not so friendly. Small play area. Cool dance floor. The Chucky cheese persona needs to interact more with the kids.
Great fun. Loved the sing along videos and Chuck es live appearance. Our personal wait staff were efficient and attentive
Fun, better then the old one. Better games and better food. They slacked a little with not having the birthday party ready and set when we got there though and I noticed about 7 machines were out of order when we tried playing them. We still had a good time regardless, have some fun games for adults too.
Not to happy we came from Yakima for a day of fun at Chuck E. Cheese in Kennewick . We got all you could eat and they never kept the food stocked up. The best part was watching chuck the mouse dancing kids enjoyed that.
Often packed on weekends, about half the ticket counters are never working, seems to be a little understaffed. However, the staff is always very pleasant, helpful, and in good humours. Good menu prices, pizza and goodies are delicious. Love their play system, we all buy the times and not the points.
Place is too small. Not enough games to go around. The place is nice and new but thats about it.
Fun place good for kids. And serving beer. Lol
Website says open and my family and I drove from Pendleton Oregon to find out they were not open. Very disappointed
I gave it 3 only due to the fact that you have to buy your food and play pass seperate. There not combined. It was fun and clean. Wasnt happy with the price and the games dont give you many tickets. I personally wont be going back there. Its not a fair purchase at all in my opinion
Good place to take the family. Always make sure you use the time versus the points. More beneficial.
I have been to the new building twice now, both on Wednesday. 1st time was good. The general manager was there to keep order with the staff and help. Was fun I took my 2 kids and we just bought an hr card. It was fun. We went a few weeks later for a birthday. There was about 10 of us and it was exhausting. The staff we rude. The waits in line were extreme, 8-17 minutes. The gal at the register was so rude. The lead on staff was rude. 1 person at the ticket counter. Waiting 20-30 minutes to get prizes. The pizza was greasy and hard. Definitely wont be back willingly.
Relatively clean place considering the kind of traffic this business gets. Well priced, the kids love it....I do too . Definitely coming back any chance I have.
I hope the new have a better service. They took more than an hour to give us a pizza. The manager came to us for apologies but we were starving at that point of the night
Took my kids here for thier birthday they had a blast playing games. Only thing that sucked was someone walked off with my sons present a $25 Playstation Card and they wouldnt even check the cameras for me if you could of seen the look on my sons face it broke my heart i hate thieves
Great place. My child loves it, we plan to have her party here in may
Great place to have a party a lot bigger than there old place. Con is they do NOT watch the kids leaving with who theyre supposed to leave with or by themselves.
Very secure location! Always a blast for the kids and hey to be honest some adults have more fun than the kids sometimes haha!
So fun! The pizza and salad bar are amazing! The kids had a great time in a very clean and well taken care of place. All employees were very nice and helpful.
The experience was good. My daughter had fun, but people with unlimited passes stood in front of the machines for more than an hour.
The pizza is improved since our visit a year ago for b-day #4. The pizza is overpriced, but is now well beyond edible. Games are what you expect from C.E.C. Definitely scrounge for coupons online on phone to save a few bucks.
We got to chuck e cheese a little after they opened, it was not crowded. The place was clean and our kids had fun. Definitely recommend the time option for game playing so the kids can play as many games as they like in the time one has purchased for them.
It was very packed but the pizza is good and now that they use cards instead of tokens its alot better
Games kept breaking down and not dispensing tickets. Also im so old school i miss the coins the buffet is only pizza, salad and cinnamon roll slices... Not even fruit like the old location. Its ok. And chuck e is ripping off the asaje song by the ketchups with his chuck e boogey.. Same tune same dance. Again its just ok. Leaves sooo much more to be desired.
Had a great time...we were there on a Saturday and was quite crowded but the staff was sweet and helpful...went through lines fairly quickly food was awesome (pizzas and appetizer platter) ...Thanks for the fun experience Looking forward to another fun fam night at CEC
Love the new place it was relocated. Bigger and spacious.
My 3yr old loved it lots of games and good pizza....we also got to see chuck E and she loved that too
OMG.....Expensive,Pizza was poor Quality, so was the service the. Crowded unchecked children everywhere. Its like a Casino for your children but worse. I would never ever suggest Chuck E Cheeses to any family. Getting Rid of the indoor play ground was and is the beginning of the end to the Franchise. Chuck E Cheese your a (Fat) Bloated Rat!.
Decent place however the employees need some training. Games and ticket machines broke down frequently. Ordering and ticket exchange staff are rude.
I dont know! This place is popular but I just saw lots of useless very old and dirty toys. Lots of out of control kids while parents party and eat pizza. Plus lots of old DIRTY AND INSANITARY TOYS. not impressed at all. My daughter wasnt impressed for that matter either. I hate writing bad reviews I do but have no choice.
Good pizza & salad a bit pricey but my kids had a lot of fun playing games
I was not impressed I felt like when chucky cheese came out it just wasnt exciting or entertaining the workers all act like they would rather be someplace else. I just feel like if you are acting a part for children at their birthday party you should at act like your having a good time with them.
Games are ok food not that good I think the old chuck e. Cheese was better where a kid can be a kid just in my opinion
Just recently I booked a birthday party on 2/8/20.1/3 of the machines were broken. Only 2 ticket counter machines were working which made the lines extremely long.
GREAT CHANGE! LOVE LOVE LOVE THE MANAGER! THIS MOVE & CHANGE WAS FOR THE BEST! MANAGER GOES ABOVE & BEYOND WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO VERY RESPECTFUL & KNOWS HOW TO TALK/TREAT CHILDREN!
The pizza was good. Its super frustrating when the adults take over the game. One game my daughter wanted to play she couldnt because some lady stood at the game for an hour. Its a kids place not a casino. They should make it to where you cant just stand at the game and not let anyone else play.
The kids love it and I was there with a two year old who was having a wonderful time.
Had fun Birthday here for our girl would do it again
Great place. Just wish you could save a table somehow when u get up to play. If your up for more than 15 min of play your table may get cleared.
The kids and I had an amazing time here
It was fun for the kids and great Service
Busy as to be expected: don’t come if you don’t like craziness. Pizza and Salad were good, especially liked the bottomless salad bar. Games are now pay per minute, it actually seems better as long as you find a machine. Worth the trip from Yakima
So there are better days to go than a day that everyone has off of school for a holiday even if it is at an odd time of day (in between meals and not during). The facility was clean, the staff were friendly and helped immediately when asked for something or a machine wasnt working and they came right away and fixed it and it ended up that the machine wasnt broken but someone had placed the balls for the game under the whole machine itself so staff moved the machine and got the balls. The other machine that wasnt working ended up someone had unplugged it. I mention this because at the old chuck e cheese when we would go half of the machines for smaller kids werent working and staff couldnt fix them... This was not the case the games were working and staff was quick to respond and polite. The bigger frustration was that there were multiple adults hogging games for really long periods of time when kids were waiting to play because everything was pretty full. (Again just a really busy day). We ordered a #1 deal and the 45 min play wrist bands. The pizza was ok... Kind of feel the pizza is over priced especially for the flavor and filling factor. I do like the wrist bands especially for little kids because many times they dont get the full value of a game or the full ability isnt there and they can just swipe again and try again... On the other hand swiping or tapping the card is something for them to keep track of or you and easier for them to lose. I used to be able to take my family and go with a deal for 25.00 and todays adventure cost about 60.00 which is too high for me for a family afternoon out.
Had my sons party of 60 people there. Great service. Made sure we stayed on schedule! Friendly, good food!
Loved Watching All The Children Having Fun And The Birthday Parties...
Its a fun place for grandchildren to have a birthday party..weve done this 3 years in a row.
Love the new cards, love that when you buy a reusable cup you get free refills when you visit. Love the pizza. Love the staff theyre always 100% there to make your kids day fun and super helpful evem when its super busy. Not a fam of them serving alcohol though to each there own but personally i believe a childrens place is not the place for intoxicated adults.the fact that ive seen both adults drinking and it leaves me wondering how are they going to drive their kids home safely if thayve been drinking?..i mean its not a dave and busters.
The grand kids loved it. So many fun arcades
My daughter and I had a lot of fun! I like their online coupons and their staff is great too!
This is a happy place to have fun, and eat pizza, even though Im too old to have fun lol
WE HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH THE FAMILY ️
Some of the ticket count machines were not working and so they weighed our tickets, not sure how accurate that way is. Food was nothing special but is was good. Was able to bring in our own cake even though we didnt have a scheduled party there. The kids had a lot of fun. Good selection of games and activities for young and old
Daughters 4th birthday. She was made to feel like a princess. Woody our party host was amazing. I recommend him if you have your own party!
I enjoy it more than my kids do. Lol.
Lots of machines out of order, only maybe a third of ticket munchers operational. Still had a good time but a poor showing for first time with son.
My kids always have fun to Chuck E. Cheese s. Now as an adult I would say that the relocation was a good idea but I think the playing area is still tight, the only thing that I found with more space to move was the party area.Updating my review. Booked a birthday party. Even that I booked the party 2 weeks ahead and ordered the Paw Patrol cake when the cake came I just saw a plain white cake! I was surprised and asked what happened, so the answer was they didnt have any Paw Patrol cake at the moment. Okay I didnt order the cake the last minute, I ordered it 2 weeks ago. Also when i booked the party the email i received said the when you order a cake from Chuck E Cheeses he will deliver it but this didnt happened. Also there were no balloons for the decor. And our food came late.An other thing is about the parking lot, after this weather there is ice but I am pretty sure if they will use ice melt their parking lot will not be a icy and slippery. Those conditions are dangerous and this is not what you want for your costumers.
The move did wonders for the brand. I love the new location and the benefits that came with a new building.
Employees are friendly service was great. Pizza was good not recycled like all the internet roomers. My kids had a blast. It was a little spendy but that to be expected for a destination restaurant.
In general, I loved the toys and sampler platter. However, three of the machines were out of service and the response time for assistance was definitely leaving room for improvement (I would like to clarify that some of the staff members were very active in their efforts).- 1) One toddler bus toy only played music and didnt move, which was inconvenient since it was very noisy in there.- 2) Secondly, the toddler train got stuck on the tracks and I had to manually push it to continue the ride.- 3) Also, the Zombie arm machine failed and ran out of tickets. I had to seek someone out to help.- 4) Finally, and most importantly, we ordered the Sampler. We waited for more than 30 minutes until I checked back in for the order. They had to finish making it because they started it but finished others before ours and was set aside. We got no apology, discount, or game credits for the issue.Overall, I appreciate the game updates and more Chuck E. Cheese entertainment, but we would really appreciate some more attention to the patrons and timely service.
Kids loved it, as did I.....somewhat. Prices arent exactly wallet friendly! Service was great as well!
Every hour the mouse comes out, does a dance and gives out free tickets, unlimited game play for how much time you put on cards is awesome, kids love it!
This new location is a major upgrade to the old location. All the games have been updated and now use a card instead of tokens. It gets very packed on weekends and gets hard to play the games so go early or on a weekday if you can. The timed unlimited game play they offer now is by far the best option for your money.
Grandson loved his Birthday Party. Food great. Manager fantastic, nice gentleman.
I generally have anxiety thinking about going to Chuck E. Cheese but I must say, my last two experiences within the last year (after many years of not going) have been pretty good. It is still pretty expensive but the “new” location in Kennewick is clean, the staff is pretty friendly and patient and the pizza is WAY better than I remember it being. Now when my kids ask to go here I will actually consider it if it is for a special occasion worth spending the money on.
Definitely an upgrade! My son loves it here.
Looks nice when you arrive. Pizza was good. Our first order of two pizzas took 30 minutes. Our 3rd pizza we ordered 30 minutes after we finished our pizza took like an hour when it wasnt even busy. Good prizes great games. They have a cool light up dance floor. Their pop machine was weird. Bathroom was clean but ran out of soap. They have a couple new games that were fun.
Most of the games were out of order. The prize person were rude. The pizza were out of shape and cold. The play area were dirty. Never going back. But the lady that stamps your hand was nice
Good place to celebrate childrens birthdays and important ocations for the young ones.
Amazing placee never get boring great people working there
First time there was a very great experience. Had lots of fun.
New building, same ole experience. Food is not very good. Salad bar was out of forks and croutons.
Very busy. Can be overwhelming. Good salad bar.
Chuck E. Cheese is great! But I saw someone win the jackpot for Pop the Lock hut no tickets came out. I tried and sadly earned 20 tickets no tickets came out. But then we told them and the tickets where clogged. After they fixed it the kid kept playing and drained all the tickets with jackpots. Lol
Fun for the kids! But way too crowded. Cant get through the ticket line of people to get back to the salad bar. Endless trips of salad bar plate is too small! And the salad bar has 39 items instead of over 40. Unless they are counting the plate and fork! The old building was much better!!
Grandkids loved it thank u for great individual service
I love this place but my girl its a favorite place
