Great place for kids and parents! My son had a blast while I relaxed in the massage chair. Friendly staff and it was a good price. Tuesdays you get two hours of jump time for the price of one hour. $3 for special jump socks. They have beverages and a few snack items. And they also have Dip n Dots! Yummy! The facilities were kept clean. And they have staff that watches over the different jump areas to make sure the kids are safe. I would recommend this place for sure!

Best place to take kids and let them run out their energy. I like that the socks are machine washable and you can save money by bringing them back for next times use. I love the party package options they have.

Oh my god, this place is amazing! Ill be taking my 3, almost 4 year old there again and frequently. Price isnt to bad ethier. The artwork inside makes for a very unique and chill environment! Absolutely LOVED this place. I plan on having my sons birthday party there.

Very good sized indoor trampoline park for people of all ages. Perfect for kids to bounce around have fun exercise and burn off energy. This place can get pretty busy but with all the different areas and things to do it never really feels to crowded. They sell 1 and 2hr packages but the 2hr package is a better deal. There is also a little kids area for kids under 46 inchs so your little ones can get in in the fun without the worry of getting hurt or stepped on by the bigger kids. This is a great place for the family and kids and would recommend and will be back again as well.

The kid, of course, absolutely loves this place. It was a bit dirty this visit. Im sure it was due to the very high volume of people since it was during Christmas break, but definitely needed some upkeep.Front desk is kind of hot and cold. Sometimes the person is very nice and helpful, then sometimes I get a person who very obviously doesnt want to be there. For the cost, basic customer service should be easy since once I pay, I usually dont need to bother them at all.

A fun place for the kids to get some energy out. Also fun for the entire family if you wanna get some exercise. You can jump for an hour or two at a time. They have party rooms if you want to have a fun party for your kids. It can add up though, so be ready to spend some $$.

This is an absolute dream of a place for birthdays! Today, Jessica was our party attendant and she was amazing. Very prompt, attentive a,nd wonderfully polite. While she lets you do things at your own pace she is right there when you need something. The park as a whole is perfect for kids parties because with so many things to do they burn all the energy they have and you get to relax at home afterwards! I had a great experience and highly recommend it.If Jessicas manager reads this, please tell her she is a wonderful person and a top notch employee!

This was a wonderful experience for my daughter and her two friends ages 5-7. The price was a little higher than I expected, but after being there for an hour and seeing how much they got out of the experience, it was well worth it.The foam pits were the highlight of thier time there. They had so much fun trying out new tricks! They also had a Ninja Warrior course set up while we were there and the kiddos had so much fun on that.Overall I would recommend, and we will most definitely be back!

Its always fun and this time was a good time. Not sure if I will go back too soon tho. The place is kind of a free for all and our girls are 2 & 5 . So having bigger kids in the little kids area was no good. Instead of spending time with my wife and kids I spent time trying to keep my girls from getting jumped on.

I just loved the bright n attractive colours used in the whole facility. The vibe is not only for kids but adult fun too.Filling the waiver form on the computer is effective as it saves paper n the record goes in the system ( lol) i personally like such thoughts even if it wasn’t the idea behind it. Then get ur band as per hours to be spent there. For us 2 hrs for 1 adult n 1 child $19.00 only. Pretty decent n valuable.The cubicles used to store shoes was clean. There doesnot seem to be lockers so plz make sure to leave valuables in the car. Infact there are signs all over the place to be responsible of ur valuables.Games are fun. More slides. Different sections of foam cubes, slides, ball throw, climbing n swings. Everything is safe but still be watchful. Actually when u slide on the trampoline, keep ur limbs away from it coz u can get bruised coz of fraction.( u guessed it right, i got one)There is water to drink n washrooms to use .

Not bad, Had fun watching my kids run around like they belong in a psych ward, definitely got some energy out of there system. Got a deal online and paid ahead of time. So I saved money there.

It Was my first time n me n my kids had a great time. Was a little more pricy than I expected but staff was helpful and most importantly my kids had a great time which is what matters.

Death trap!... There are certain beams that appear to be sturdy that are not. Both adults and children have the potential to be seriously injured here. Yes we as adults determine whether or not to bring our family here however there should be warning signs in certain areas of the park where looks are very deceiving.

One of the few indoor family entertainment venues we have in the area. My kids always have fun here. Would invest in air fresheners, as Ive heard people say it smells like feet...which is expected.

My kid loves it here, her friends love it also and there is always a bunch of kids there. So Im pretty sure its a fun place if you are a kid.

Affordable indoor and after hours activity option for all ages. The relatively new ninja course obstacles make for and updated experience. Clean facility, well monitored, its a regular stop for our family. Save the jump socks between visits to save some cash.

So... I don’t know. Today we had our first birthday party here and I was a little let down. They charge a lot more than Chuck E. Cheese and give you 10% of the service. Kids still had a good time because they always do when they can run around and literally bounce off the walls, but we only saw staff once to drop the pizzas off and once again to drop the cake off. I asked them to bring the soda out when we got there so the kids would have drinks and they never did. And then the lady who brought or cake acted irritated when I asked for extra spoons and plates out. There was no special birthday boy treatment, they pretty much just check you in and tell you to go find our own room and do everything yourself. I decided a few years ago I wasn’t going to do parties at my house anymore, that I would pay for the service of someone else doing all that crazy chaotic work for me, but I didn’t get that today. I cut the cake, served the drinks and pizza, and cleaned up after all the kids. And all for the bargain price of almost $300. Hmmm.

I had been worried after reading some negative reviews as I had never been there... clean and did not smell. My son was so happy with his special day! Thank you!!!

Its a blast for kids and parents! They dont enforce the bigger kids staying out the kids pit though,which gets dangerously crowded fyi.

Its a fun place to take kids to play thats not outside. Its great for rainy or scorching hot days. Kids of mostly all ages can jump and parents too. The downside is that it is a little costly and smells like sweat throughout the whole place. If youve been before or have your own grip socks, make sure to bring them, otherwise youll have to pay $3 for each pair/person.

Only complaint I have is that it is overly crowded on weekends but that is to be expected. Customer service is sub-par because of the young age of the staff, but it was well maintained and clean. It would rate five stars if the counter staff were attentive

They advertise a special deal on Monday’s, but don’t automatically charge the discounted rate, you have to ask. Disappointing policy. What was more disappointing was to hear 3 out of the first 5 songs played repeated the F*%! word several times, and with all the songs played being hyper-sexualized lyrics and completely inappropriate. It’s inexcusable to hear that type of music blasting in a facility full of children, that’s intended for children. We will never be back here.

Check in difficult, computers down then they want my card info on paper to put in when computers were running, now I have 2 $80 charges from them. Now I get to drive back out there and try to get one of those charges reversed.

It is a great place to take the kids and get out of the weather. They have changed things around a bit. They have improved the layout up top.

Fun place for the kids to jump. But parents need to watch thier kids because the rules are not enforced. Your child could get hurt by the others not following the rules.

We love taking our children here when the weather outside is poor or when they need to burn off some extra energy.

They care alot about charging a Arm and leg but could care less about safety my toddler got hit by kids running and when I asked for them to turn light on girl said NO theres nothing she can do about it. It was are first time my daughter was wearing black no one told us when we payed it would be very hard to see her. The girl was not caring or helpful I dont recommend this place unless you want to have a awful time on top of this my kids spent more time walking to get drinks of water because they think its smart to have fountain for water in back of building were its not easy to get to.

My kids both got head lice from the foam pit! So disgusting!!! This place smells like a staph infection waiting to happen!!! I can’t believe the health department allows this place to be open??? I think they need to do some extensive investigating. You could see the lice jumping around in the foam pits, my only wish is I caught it sooner. Thank god I didn’t decide to jump. If your looking for a place for the kids to play your better off at a leprasy colony!!!!

We went there for a birthday party. Everyone has to set up an account and sign a waiver. Prices are a little high but the kids have fun. Wish they had more employees in the play area.

As a man of 39 years of age I had my reserves of jumping around for an hour. Howeve, with the encouragement of an awesome staff and the coaxing and superb attitude of my son, whom of which got this lanky man to do a front flip into the foam pit. I had a most triumphant experience! This place is an absolute blast. My son and I even teamed up and played several rounds of dodgeball. We highly recommend Get Air Tri Cities, 4 thumbs up

It’s a decent option for indoor recreation, and they do a fair job keeping the place in good shape given the wear and tear they must experience on a daily basis. Their prices are more than fair; people in TC just like to complain about the cost of everything.

Not much for complaints other then it be nice if it wasn’t as crowded but it was a Saturday so.....

A very fun place to bring kids and also for some silly adult fun! Its a large faculty and has many different things to do. If you come in on week days you can get some amazing deals! Wonderful employees, very helpful and make sure to enforce rules and keep a safe environment when there are little and older kids mixed in the same areas. There is also a area for younger kids to avoid the worries. I would highly recommend making a trip to get air!!!
