Great place to play. Staff is amazing and always play along side students. Music makes it comfortable and not annoying. Snack bar is well stocked. The monthly membership is a great deal. Wish they would have kept summer hours during virtual school year, as they told me they would.

Our boys had a great time. This was our first time here, their school was having their Spirit Night here so we came to support the school. The food is not much to choose from and over priced. They do require that you buy their special socks for $3. a fee that I was not expecting. However it is a one time fee as long as you bring them back next time.

Very fun. Good place for a date or to bring kids. Awesome customer service. Super clean facility.

For someone my age I thought I would be sitting on the chairs and watching, but no, I had a blast! My wife and I took our 12 year old son here, thinking we would just check it out and bide some time...turns out it was one of the best family days weve had in a long time. Definitely will return, and even though at my age it was a heck of a workout, it was a FUN workout.Definitely recommend!Oh and it was a great time playing dodgeball after 40 years or so, and the staff is freaking awesome. These gals and guys were polite, fun, and helped everyone have a great time. We say people with disabilities being helped by staff, and they made sure everyone had an equal good time. Bring a disabled vet that really made me feel good watching how the staff interacted with everyone equally.

Took the little ones to wear themselves out and it worked perfectly. Friendly staff and clean facility. A lot of activities that are age appropriate. The staff were very helpful as well.

We went for a birthday party, it was her first party. Big facility in Kennesaw. Lots of different areas for big and little kids. Ball put, bustle course, basketball, dodge ball are, and party rooms. Even parents can assist kids on the floor(not jump). She had a blast. Staff explained rules, friendly and even helped when one kid had a cut. Will go back again.

The floor at the check in area was marked to maintain social distancing, and the staff was wearing masks. The staff was cleaning the equipment continuously. In the seating area, there was a card on each table to indicate if it had been cleaned after someone used it. A red X meant the table was used. A green check mark was displayed after the table was cleaned. It wasnt too crowded, so there was a lot of space for everyone. The website shows the quantity of tickets available for each time slot for purchase.

Sent my kids to skycamp. It has been so good for them. Drop them off at 8am and pick them up by 3pm. All day play, arts, and crafts.

We had a blast... I visited and from the warmest greeting from the staff and young lady Mary who helped me at the registration and cashier. Mary was the absolute BEST!! The guys were all friendly and smiling making mine and my two years old daughter Bella a unique pleasant welcome. My son who is 13 had been before. All three of us had a blast!!!! Needless to say Bella didn’t want to leave! I’ve invited more moms with children and were all returning this weekend

The staff is great, super friendly and interactive with the kids! I take my 3 year old and two year old to toddler time and they always have a blast and enjoy interacting with the employees who make the experience even more fun. Recently we went to the Toddler time with Santa and I hope they do it again next year! It was such an intimate experience and friendly Santa setting... way better than going to the mall or many other public events! It was a blast!

Good place to bring kids. Some members of the work team are so kind. They never let kids alone on an area. And some even play with them trying their best to make kid enjoying to be there.Thank you. I got cheap tickets from a third party. We last 2h for only $27 for both of my kids. They had fun

I took my grand daughter here to burn off some energy. She had a great time and was able to jump for almost an hour by herself without much interference. She liked it so I liked it. Id like to have seen a bouncy house tho

We bought the membership for our family (12-4 year olds)and have been a handful of times on various afternoons, mornings, and evenings. This is a great place for the entire family to be active and have fun! Even Mom and Dad can have fun! Marie the owner was there for Jump with Santa. She was awesome to quickly rectify any of my concerns. We even brought four friends along. Teresa one of the staff members also greatly helped our family. Their goals seem to be safety and cleanliness without compromising fun! So happy to be bringing our family here.

We had my sons birthday party here. Everything was great! The check in process was quick and efficient, the kids got their socks and instructions, and started jumping. They had a blast. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was thrilled. My son and his friends had so much fun, and the staff here made this a stress free event! I highly recommend!

Good facilities, saw many team members cleaning throughout our time. the metal ninja bars are slippery/greasy and maybe those need to be cleaned too but I am most worried about the foam squares holding all the dust and stink. other than that it was a very fun visit.

I wanted to have a post birthday get together for my son and some friends and this was the first place I thought of! I thought the boys would love to jump around, flip, run and eat . I went to the Glow session 8-10pm, it was awesome ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and the prices were great too! The tables and benches were very clean has my husband and i enjoyed the huge tv on the wall My son and his friends enjoyed. We will be back!

I took my family to a couple of birthday parties here. I’ve been to other trampoline places in town and they all offer the same basic services for parties. But this one is not very organized, the rooms are not available on time mostly because the previous party has dragged on and messes up the schedule for the rest of the day. The amount of food purchased is not guaranteed to all come out at the same time so there were times we had to wait for the next batch of pizza so half the kids had food and the other didn’t.

What a great place! The kids had a great time! And the staff is excellent, surprisingly attentive and kind. A young boy got to the top of the wall and was afraid to go down the firehouse pole. They talked to him and encouraged him, but let him take a couple of minutes; one up near the top and one in the ground floor. It could have ended with a ladder and embarrassment, but hes did it, slid down and everyone in the tables cheered and clapped for the successful conclusion! Thats just one example of we saw of the wonderful staff! AND we went on line and got a group deal to save money! Highly recommend this place!

Great place! My son and his friends had a blast on his birthday party! We had a host the whole time! Plus one year of free jumps for my son’s birthday! Can’t beat that! Definitely recommend.

Customer service from one individual Sarah was extremely horrible. She initially tried to charged my family of (5) double for jump time at $146. She stated that we needed to pay for jump time first then come back and pay again for the membership...Luckily the manger on duty was able to fix the issue. However fast forward to a week later she denied my kids the opportunity to get refills on drinks which was free for the 1st refill. She stated that they needed to pay $2.12 per refill but the actual refill is only $1... why over charge a child he’s only 4! Needless to say I canceled my membership and asked for a complete refund because it was obvious that we wasn’t wanted at this location. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. Please advise your employees especially the ones in leadership positions about effective communication and a little more training in customer service would be helpful.

Facility was clean and well maintained. Staff was polite. However, the staff monitoring the trampoline areas were enforcing rules we didnt know about since it was our first time there. Would have been helpful to have had an intro to expectations to spare us from feeling like we were getting in trouble.Also, we went during toddler time. We had to pay for parent and toddler, but were later told by staff that parents arent supposed to be jumping, and thats why its called toddler time. This is never communicated and is confusing since we paid for an adult.Overall, it was a fun time. But I think theres room to grow.

We took our 14 yr old grandson and his 3 cousins ( fairly close ages) on black Friday. They had so much fun! This was far better for us than shopping or sitting watching tv or playing video games. Loved it, just wish we lived closer

Great Staff!!!!We came on a late Wednesday afternoon, and the crowds were light which was great. When my son was struggling and running off frustrated with not mastering the Ninja Warrior obstacle. Justin, a employee on the floor, noticed and went over to talk to him and was super supportive and encouraged him to keep trying and coached pointers to consider when executing the course. My son responded well to the positive reinforcement and allowed him to remain positive and committed to the challenge. Although he didn’t master it that night he sure came close and will return to crush that course!Overall, the entire team members were very well engaged with all the kids with encouragement, excitement, and started a impromptu game of pass football.We look forward to returning!

I really enjoyed working with Joe D. He helped me set up a homeschool event here. He was very professionally and patient! I will definitely plan another plan again but I prefer to only work with Joe - he makes the process so easy!!!

Friendly staff, well run event. Our grandchild had.a blast and because all of the kids were 5 or under we felt comfortable letting him run around to the different areas. All around fun time with our 4 year old grandson. Highly recommend

Went here for the first time with my almost 3 YO. We had a free 30 minute jump & she couldve stayed 2 hours. Seriously we had a blast. Safe zone for toddlers. They offer toddler mornings also for a great price.

Excellent place for kids. My 5 year old grandchild had an early morning birthday party during toddler time. The staff was friendly and the young man in charge of our party was terrific. Party room is a good size and I never saw any staff on their cell phones. They were observant and rotated throughout the facility. The kids had a blast.

My sons and his friends always enjoy going there... even I enjoy myself by joining In the fun kinda of a workout for me.

I didn’t enjoy myself completely because I felt harassed the entire time by the staff members. I only wanted to have some fun with my family members but it seemed as if we were being watched just so they could tell us what not to do. Poor experience I won’t be bringing my family back to this particular location.

Our four children ages 2-11 had a great time. Usually at these places you feel as is the toddlers will get run over but it wasn’t that crowded and the staff (mostly teens) were very polite and pleasant. Would definitely return.

We love skyzone! Lots of fun and good exercise for the whole family! You can jump 30 min or 2 hrs if you want! Reasonable prices for a lot of fun. Not very busy, and a good staff! I recommend getting out and jumping away!

The staff at this location were incredible! The young men by the basketball hoops and dodgeball area played with the kids and were so kind and supportive. They all really seem to enjoy their jobs while being able to have fun and enforce the rules in order to provide a safe play environment. We will 100% come back to this location!!

After a potential catastrophic misunderstanding... And by catastrophic I mean my boyfriends eight year old granddaughter having a meltdown because she doesnt understand and my boyfriends daughter, her mother, getting very very upset, I am pleased to be able to write this review. Within one day, I made a phone call to cooperate about a birthday party last year and the packages that come with the different parties not being honored, in LESS than 24 hours, the owner, Marie, not only called me back to find out what was wrong but fixed it and then called the next day to confirm with an explanation and a future remedy so this doesnt happen to anybody else. Many many many businesses that deal with children can take a lesson from the owner of Kennesaw Sky Zone.

The check-in reps are so helpful and nice, I love love love bringing my kids here. Some of the staff interact with the kids others act like they hate their job or try to look cute for the young male employees; The food was really good, it was enough space where you can sit and still see your children. Wifi is wonderful

The workers are gracious to participants at all abilities and ages. We had a wonderful time.

Well run. Crowded but not over crowded. A lot more to do there. They have lockers for rent, food, and many bouncing areas. You can play Dodge ball by age group... Ninja warrior type course. Jump into a pit, climb a swinging ladder, and battle others in a contest to push one off the pedestal. Really cool options. I ran up a wall too.

Matt was the best! He did such a great job taking care of our toddler birthday party. It was such a reasonable price and the kids had a great time.

Kids love it here. I personally go for Ski-Fit which is a trampoline exercise class. Its a very intense class but well worth it. Van, the instructor, is great!

Had my sons sixth birthday party here and he had such a blast!! Sophia was amazing and did a great job taking care of my guests ! My two year old daughter (who is incredibly selective on who she talks to) instantly fell in love with her! We had so much fun and plan on bringing them back atleast twice a month. I’m also planning on taking the workout class there considering you can burn up to 1000 calories!

Well SkyZone is an awesome place in general. There was only one problem. I am 14 and the refs wouldn’t let me “play with the big kids.” I had to play dodgeball with the little wee pathetic kids. That was the only problem. Other than that, great experience.

We loved our time at sky zone. The attendants were focused on safety and having fun. They were so sweet to my 3 year old and had us laughing the whole time. Prices are super reasonable. Also, the owners are Atlanta United fans so that is a bonus! We will definitely be back!

The kids had a lot of fun. The staff was great. The only thing I didnt like was the time limit to play. They only have 60 minutes to play then they got to go.

Omg I love this place. I hate when the girls jump on the bed, so why not come to a trampoline park with much more than just jumping?! The girls are only 2, and hey have a designated area for their age group to avoid injury of jumping with older kids.

We havent been to Skyzone in a while but love all the new updates! The incline wall was a huge hit!

Had my sons birthday party here recently and he had a great time! Our party host was great and the employees were super nice. My son got a bloody nose trying to be a dare devil and the staff made sure he was okay and taken care of. Highly recommend.

A clean fun environment, great manager friendly manager, and fun zones for different people. Theres a ninja warrior zone, a freestyle jumping zone, dodge ball for different age groups, basketball dunking zones, a pillar stand off with bump staffs, a high wall that you run up, and I cushion pool. They have concessions and plenty of room for parents to wait if wanted.

We had my grandson‘s sixth birthday party at Sky Zone, today. The trampoline park was very clean, and all the games/areas were well-organized and safe… the children seemed to have a blast in every area… I loved watching my grandson have such a great time with his friends… but I really wanted to commend our host, Cole, for the amazing job HE did. He was a diligent worker, and had such a good rapport with all the children in our group. He made my grandson feel very special on his special day… Serving him the first slice of cake, allowing him to go first to the jumping areas, and after serving the pizza, he turned off the lights, lit the birthday cake, and led the children in the “Happy Birthday” song ... encouraging them to “sing very loudly.” All the adults in our group wanted to adopt Cole as their own son because he was so respectful and attentive. His professionalism continued throughout the entire event… making sure that everything was detailed and organized right down to the end of the party, where he presented my grandson with a one year free jumping pass as a birthday gift from Sky Zone! You can’t really go wrong with a trampoline park venue for a six or seven-year-old’s birthday party, anyway… But a host like Cole, definitely makes things go much more smoothly, and makes the birthday boy, or girl feel extra special on his/her special day. Thank you Sky Zone, for a such fun event, and thank you, Cole, for all your hard work, and professionalism! Five stars. 5 stars. Five stars!

Great experience for my daughter. She normally is intimidated by jumping on them but the toddler time really helped her get comfortable. She loved it.

This place was pretty freakin awesome. They need more trampolines and activities while your jumping. There’s another place like this in North Carolina that has things hanging from the ceiling you can grab while your jumping and had aN “American Ninja” obstacle course with foam cubes at the bottom. One section was also closed when we got there. But overall pretty decent. Pricing is okay if the parents don’t jump, but other wise, expect to pay $30-40 for 4 people for an hour.

Oh my goodness...we purchased the 120 minutes package and we actually jumped for 115 minutes!! It was our sons 6th birthday and Sky Zone was his choice!! We had a blast and were going back next weekend.

We love Skyzone Kennesaw! My son is in Young Stars. The coaching staff is amazing, knowledgable and highly skilled. My 20 month old nephew is treated like a rock star every time he jumps! The staff is so professional, friendly, and just plain fun. We will keep coming back!

One of the employees interacted with my kids, so refreshing to not see blank stares as early college employees try to get through their 8 hour shift. I love these ninja trampoline parks, went to one in Chicago thought it was awesome, never saw one before, then sevier air in Tennessee had one... now down by me. So athletic, and fun... always have a blast.

Sky Zone was great especially beacause 1. It was half of my birthday present. 2. It was the first time I ever went to a trampoline park. There are plenty of reasons why it was so great but it seemed kind of like there wasnt to much to do. I totaly recomend it but if you want to do the ninja warrior obsticle course or whatever it is called let me just tell you now the last level ( level 3) is pretty hard. If you decide to go i hope you have a great time.

This is an awesome Sky Zone! Ive been to the one in Roswell and enjoyed it, but they really go the extra mile at this location. The staff is really friendly and hands-on - great for our toddler time experience.

The place is well run and organized. Our hosts were great. Its a good deal to book one of the events that get you a years worth of one hour jump sessions after the party.

I have a children ages 13, 5 and 3. As you can imagine, it is tough finding activities for them to do together. Sky Zone is not little people friendly, and compared to some of the other trampoline parks, not the greatest. I would suggest Adventure Air Sports. Its more little kid friendly, so everyone in the family can enjoy the experience. If you dont have the issue i have, this place is just fine, and they also offer Groupons from time to time. The other kids there seemed to enjoy the dodgeball game and the joust.

My boys love the dodgeball, but the new joust and wall climb are awesome too. The staff is very friendly.

My teenage son loves this place. He gets a great workout while having a BLAST!!!

Had a great Birthday Party! Billy was fantastic as a host! Our guests ages were from 2 to 50 for a 9 year old. Every one stayed engaged and entertained. Will definitely be back! Thank you Sky Zone!

We really enjoyed our jump time at SkyZone! Each of the areas was manned and the staff was super friendly and interactive. The facility was large, clean and well lit.

The manager Teresa went above and beyond to simplify how the passes work after having a little complication and making sure we got the full value. She was kind, patient and very customer service oriented. Excellent employee!

Meh. Not enough for the little kids. The 5 and below crowd. Too restrictive too. They literally have 1 or sometimes 2 people standing there breathing down your neck enforcing rules that are really impractical. If ninja warrior and dodgeball are your thing and have older kids the. I’d say sure but this place is not diverse enough in its activities for all ages. Also too pricey.

I took my grandson to a birthday party on a Saturday. Although there were other parties, the staff kept the flow of each party going smoothly. The facility was clean (including the restroom). The staff was friendly sometimes played with the kids to enlighten their experience. Ive gone to other locations but this one was better than the rest.

First lets start off with, I was running late unfortunately and I called and spoke with Rob and he was very nice about it saying ok well see you soon. Once we arrived they all were very welcoming and nice no one rushed us to get things together. They actually pushed our time back so the babies could jump a full hour being it was a birthday party, and that was AWESOME they definitely are about customer service, Dre was my host and he was amazing as well. Overall experience was great, my baby had a blast and thats all that mattered to me. We definitely will return soon!!!!! 10 Stars Guys

Wow! This is a super fun environment. Great place for kids AND adults! So many new and cool options. They keep making updates that just make it more and more fun every time we visit.

This was the second year in a row that we have had my sons birthday party here. It was awesome. Everyone is very nice and helpful. I even brought a few decorations/plates for the kids and they offer and did set it up for me. I really appreciated it. They did the Pizza and Cake set up and passing out. I was able to actually enjoy my sons birthday party rather than run around and miss all the fun. We love it here. The kids always have a good time.
