Georgia Paintball

I live an hour away. Asked if they could repair two paintball guns and be ready to go by Saturday. They said yes. Friday evening rolls around they said they were ready. Went and got them Saturday morning, the day I was playing, and drove an hour there and an hour back. Only to get to the field and them both leak like hell. They wouldn’t give me my money back and wanted me to drive an hour to come back and let them fix them again. No thanks you should have done it right the first time and checked them fully out together. Instead you assumed they were good told me they had been tested and they were not. I will never ever go back to them. I spent over $1300 with this company. They are garbage. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!

A very large selection, friendly staff that was very knowledgeable. Answered ally questions. Weather you are looking for paintball or less than lethal home defense this is the place to go.

I have been shopping at GA Paintball since Covid hit - my sons and I started to play Airsoft and Love it :) . The owner is awesome! He really knows his stuff, every time we have had an issue he has helped explain the problem, offer solutions and even when we were a little out of warranty went the extra mile to fix the issue. Honestly, I have nothing but positive feedback. Thanks GA PAINTBALL for being honest, up front and incredible to my boys and me. Plus, enjoy Tesseract!!

Came in a week ago. The man I dealt with was nice and helped me with my issue. Went in today and was charged $15 by someone else who held my gun for 30 seconds, then said oh its broken, thatll be $15. Avoid like the plague.

I came in being a newbie a month back. after I ordered my first blowback baretta online (extra mag, well get to that later). I came in with it and he showed me how to strip it down no problems. Im thinking these guys here are awesome.Erol and the team were great. I actually bought another gun that day along with an extra mag... that didnt work properly.. i had to go back, I didnt want a refund i just wanted a working magazine. Erol and I went out side he dryfired it for a bit and he figured out the problem. Went back in filed something down and now it preforms better than the stock magazine. Awesome!Oh yeah that original baretta magazine he helped me with didnt make it any better. I believe Ill have to take that up with the manufacturer.Georgia paintball 5/5

The staff is very nice to newer players and two experienced players and can also help you find the gun you were looking for for your skill level they have fair prices and it does not take very long if you need to drop off your gun and get it fixed also have a very wide selection of gear and guns. Highly recommended you go here

I was just up there and they had over 20 people in the store asking questions and inspecting potential gear. The staff guys were absolutely one their Game, they helped everyone promptly and courteously. Ive Never had a bad experience there and tonight really showed me they know their stuff and care about their customers.

Best place in GA, PJ is an awesome tech. My gun was fixed same day.

They have everything you can possibly want in paintball. I live about 5 miles away and didn’t know this place existed. I will definitely be an ongoing customer.

Very knowledgeable about airsoft. Tons of popular guns that they sell from. They fixed my hop up issue for a low price. The staff is one of the nicest people youll ever meet.

Friendly knowable staff. Went for a 5lb CO2 tank fill for home brewing. These guys actually give you 5lbs of CO2.

Stay Away from this place bought a used gun from them and later on changed my mind so I wanted to sell it back when I brought all my guns in (I only bought 1 from them) they offered $50 for both A gun they just SOLD ME and another brand new gun and lied to my face saying they only sell these guns for $100 after I just bought from them for $200 FROM THEM they also ripped my friend off when he brought his gun in they started going in to all the problems it had with it after JUST buying it and changing his mind when he told them he bought it from them they didn’t care just kept explaining the problems it had that was never explained to him when he bought it STAY AWAY!!!!

Their return policy is not stated clearly so just know if you get an airsoft gun from them used and change your mind you’re not getting your money back so be aware of that. And maybe ask them about the return policy, Cause again it’s not stated clearly in the store. I do not recommend this store

Went hear to sell my airsoft guns and get some gear. Everything was overpriced and they tried to lowball me for $40 on a $150 gun in great condition. Nice employees though.

The new facility is pretty cool. Much more spacious and a greater selection of products. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgable about the products theyre selling, as well as the sport itself. However, some of the prices there can be a bit steep.

Great selection of masks, guns, accessories. New and used guns in all price ranges and experience levels. Staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, pressurefree. Highly recommend checking it out.

Helpful store but beware of their policy that any chargers/batteries left with gun repair orders are thrown in the garbage or confiscated. They at least gave me a used battery and charger to replace the ones I had. One of the guns I gave them to fix still does not fire, though they said it would. Employees are decent.

Found out about this store a couple days ago and decided to take a 40 minute drive to visit it. I called over the phone before I got there to see if they had tank grips for my 77/4500 tank and they did. I ended up also buying a spring ramp for my Spire loader. Max was very helpful in getting me what I needed and because of that Ill keep making trips to this store for my paintball needs.

This is a great place I bought my first gun from it and it worked like a charm. I also bought my pistol and they gave me a broken mag. The staff was amazing and costumer service was to hope to get more stuff from there another day.

Im A Disabled Vet! Took My Genesis Surge Paintball Gun To Them To Have O-Rings Replaced! Got Home & When I Put The AirTank In! It Emptyd The Tank From 2 Different Places! They Charged Me $35! I Honestly Believe They Never Repaird Or Replaced Anything!

Corey aided me in a new marker, freak barrel kit, and mask recently; I thank you for your help! The new store experience was is huge upgrade to their old location. Overall this stores customer service and knowledge is bar-none the best in the Southeast. Just watch how this store will grow its internet ecom business with time to come. They will compete and give ANSgear a run for their money as their prices are competitive.

Been disappointed too many times with their tech work.

I went to the store the other day. i had bought a new gun and needed to try out some different size air tanks to see which one fits me best. however, FedEx hadnt showed up yet so i didnt actually have my gun with me. they had one on the shelf, though. so i got to borrow their gun while i tried out different tanks on a gun identical to mine.i played a whole lot of paintball years ago. today im at the fields pretty often being a photographer. i know paintball in general, but all the gun and tech info i have is 15 years old. most likely obsolete and wrong these days. the boys at the pro shop answered all kinds of questions and compared my memories to their current knowledge. ill say the two guys i met had some great people skills.ive got a list of stuff i need to get back into paintball. like pants, knee pads, pod packs, pods, mask, all that stuff. the store had all of it in stock on the shelf. i just didnt have all the money to get all of it at one time, so i got my air tank and rolled out. ill be visiting this shop again in the future.

Went in to pick up a last minute Xmas gift for my son. Picked an airsoft rifle out and noticed it was a demo,..scratched on both sides. Listed for 349$ and asked if they could do any better since it’s obviously used and scratched. Sales guy says yes we can do 10% off. I said ok well if you can do 300$ I’ll take it. He says let me ask the owner,..who is totally unfriendly btw. He leaves me there standing holding the rifle for 25 minutes u til I ask what did the owner say,..the sales guy says oh we can not do that or the 10% off lol. I leave with, thanks for wasting my time and that’s a great business practice. Totally over priced equipment and unfriendly staff. Ship online and avoids this company. Coming from the industry that sells real, genuine products at good prices,..these guys are a joke.

I went to have my g36 fixed here. When the rifle was done I picked it up. I fired it after the pick up and no bbs came out, and the blowback mechanism no longer worked. If you can’t fix an air soft gun don’t have a store for fixing and selling airsoft guns. The safety switch is stuck on fully auto and the battery won’t detach from it’s receiver. I’m very disappointed!

They gave me a 50 Dollar bonus on a pistol that I knew nothing about

Everything is insanely overpriced. I bought a spring and Allen key set there which cost me $27, I found a much better Allen key set and the same spring for $8 elsewhere, I went to return the spring and Allen key set unused and they charged a 25% restocking fee, for something they just needed to set back in the shelf, 2 seconds max. I highly suggest either ordering online or making a bit longer drive to a facility with competitive prices.As if that wasn’t enough, the staff is extremely unprofessional and disrepesctful. I walked in the store, one guy was working on his personal gun, I’m assuming on company time. The other guy was chit chatting with him, I was totally ignored until I walked up to them and asked for help.

Stopped by this shop today for the first time. I must say, I will definitely be back. Ive played paintball for over 10 years. These guys have everything you need. Though I dont know much about airsoft, they have a very nice selection of equipment for that as well. Corey was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the visit worth the 40 minute drive. He will answer any questions to the best ability he can, no matter how stupid it may seem. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Will be back as I said. And will be checking out the field attached to the store. =) Thanks guys.

BEEN CHEATED..... I Gave ga paintball 5 paintball guns to service, one of them disappeared. When trying to claim them back the owner tried to give me a beat up tipman. When I argued that wasnt mine, he took the guts out of that beat up one and put then in a newer body right in front of me.Prior to this I spent 800 bucks on a belt fed pellet rifle, the pellet rifle was fine. I expected better customer care for all customers especially for a return customer. I will never be back..

Paintball was an endless money pit before I even got to play, and this store sealed the deal for a newcomer of the sport. Bought a marker and all the other stuff online, everything worked fine. I decided to buy a better feeder and went to this shop, bought the product and had them install it (for “free”) well he installs the feeder, great. Get home the gun doesn’t work at all. Take it back like any great customer service they charge me to fix the (sabotaged) marker $25. Takes them over a week (really must be the busiest store I’ve ever been in) to repair the product they sabotaged. Great, get home test it out and somehow it is worse than before, chopping paint going full auto even though he replaced the sear pin because the stock one was worn down from all the play it received from the factory to my door. So now I go back and they give me two options $25 to repair the repair or sell it to them for $25 practically new, never seeing any action but 5 minutes of shooting a tree when I initially received the product. Way to make a hobby into a scam. Oh yeah he also pocketed the gravity feed that initially came with it.

Absolutely the best experience I could ever have at this store I have had. everyone that works here helps you out with any issues or questions you May have. If you have a question about anything involving paintball they will have the answer. I will never shop anywhere else thanks guys for all yalls help and kindness.

Took a rifle in to be repaired. I brought my own mosfet, my own body for the rifle, new cables. I trusted them to do the work right. After numerous visit on what needs to be done and negotiation of how much it was going to cost I trusted them to do a good job. Instead they didnt put my rifle back together correctly. The rifle had black tape on it and they had my rifle on a rack to be sold. They never called me to tell me it was fixed or ready to be picked up. They got rid of my original rifle body and mosfet that I paid $100.00 for from another vendor. All my parts are missing and gone and they have not given me ANY COMPENSATION FOR IT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE. They are dishonest, sneaky and not good to do business with. Save yourself the time and hard earned money.

One employee, Robby, was a huge help. He helped me pick an airsoft gun worth my money and helped me understand what I needed to know to operate it. As a 13 year old, I typically feel awkward in airsoft stores, because the hobby is played mostly by dudes in there twentys but robby made the process a breeze.Thank you, Georgia paintball

I had a great experience at this paintball shop! Went in to get my tanks certifyed ended up talking with one of the employees got some great advise from him and the owner. Purchased a few accessories that I cant wait to try this weekend!Its a long drive to get there from athens but I would do it again in a heartbeat to get the same great customer service that I received.

Got back into the sport 2 weeks ago after a 6 year hiatus. Went in and they helped me with everything I needed. Picked up my Etha 2, rotor, and ninja tank and was out the door quick and painlessly. A week later we also went in and picked up my dad a Rize MaXXed, Lvl and empire tank. Selection is great. Same experience the second time around. My family has been shopping at this store for 20+ years now and it’s always fantastic!

Man they got everything paintball you need, and if they dont, theyll get it for you! Need a new CS2? They got you! Need your DM6 or autococker fixed? No problem! They got every lens and Good prices on paint too. Staff is way freindly and ladies, Robbie is single...

Updated for owners reply!The owner of the store is so money hungry, that he charge me 27.50$ for 1 9v battery and 1 minutes of use out of a nitro tank to test a marker with. I will never do buisness with this place again. The owner is an a-hole.Edit: This reply is very misleading from their very rude Owner. Yes, I asked what they would offer for my marker a few weeks prior and they low-balled with an offer under half of its value, I wasnt rude when they offered me that, I just refused the offer because it was just to low. I then talked to the marker tech a day or 2 before the sale, asking if they would inspect my marker to show it was in working order in front of the new buyer, they said it would be 25$ I said that was fine. I came in with the marker to be inspected with the buyer present, they told me the tech who inspects the marker was gone for the day and I would have to come back another day for the inspection. Sadly the buyer could only purchase the marker that day, so I asked for a battery and a tank to test the marker out for them. They then told me I still had to pay the 25$ for the inspection even though they never inspected the marker. I wouldnt of had a problem if they actually inspected my marker. I had no problem paying for the battery or the use of the tank for 2 minutes, I had a problem with the owner being a money hungry A-hole that would rather make an extra 25$ ripping me off for a service they didnt even provide me, then keeping a long time customer that has brought them thousands of dollars in business over the years. They lose alot more money being greedy then looking at the bigger picture and helping to grow the sport.Dont just take my word for it, read any of the other 1 star reviews, they all complain about the owner being rude and ripping people off.

My son goes here for his airsoft gear. He loves it there, the guys are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Wont spend another dime with this place!!!! Dropped of airsoft gun to have some parts added and updated on a Wednesday. They said it would be ready Friday at earliest (two days later) no later then Tuesday. We came back to the store Friday a week and a half later, not only was the work not complete, they didnt have the parts we bought from them at the location so that we could go have the work done somewhere else. They didnt know where the parts were and couldnt explain where the parts went. They said come back next Tuesday. They never called to update us nor did they really seem to care .... Everyone one at this location acts like an elitist and everyone else is below them! With service like that... It should only be a mater of time before a new better option becomes available. Lets keep our fingers crossed.

Great and friendly place I had a long drive up expecting to drop my airsoft gun off for 3 weeks for upgrades, but the guys hooked me up and finished in an hour and its working great!

I enjoy stopping in to check out whats available. Very helpful with any questions about guns or parts. I had a gun repaired there excellent service.

Amazing. Right when I walked in they addressed me and helped me I said my limit was 90 he showed me a used for 80 so I said well I can go to 100 and got a timberwolf (glock 18) and a extra mag with a big can of greengas for only 147 with tax included

These guys are very professional. I bought a gun this past week and they answered any questions I had. I took it out to Arkenstone today and the gun shot great and the staff there was superb. My overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend Georgia paintball.

I was not impressed with their stock, and was extremely underwhelmed when it came to their selection of vests, chest protectors, gloves, other accessories that isnt just paintball guns. If you are looking to buy a paintball gun, you came to the right place, but if you are just looking for accessories to not get bruises and welts, you might as well look online cause this place will gouge your wallets on a very limited supply of accessories.

The people there were so disrespect full and clueless. I bought an airsoft gun and brought it back. They said that airsoft guns arent meant to hit people and that I intentionally broke it. They also said someone sat on it to break it. We spent 200 dollars just to be told we were wrong and broke our own Christmas present. I will not return here again

Brought my sons wolverine in to be repaired for a simple wire issue. They said they would have to replace the write harness. Instead he cheaply tried to soder it and after 2 weeks waiting it still does not work. Too bad Erol left, v the new guy is a kid and does not measure up.

Worst customer service ever! They dont even acknowledge customers walk in the door! This is not the first time of had a bad experience with them!

I occasionally use airsoft for non-live-fire training exercises, helping simulate real scenarios for retired SOF veterans and medical professionals that compete (and win) national tactical and care under fire, first responder casualty competitions.I dont know a lot about airsoft, but I know a ton about customer service. I have been using Airsoft Atlanta until now, but due to the I85 situation, elected to use this store closer to my house.I had avoided it previously, due to some of the reviews, and a previous phone call I had when I was originally in the market. When I asked questions during that phone call, the staff member was dismissive, unhelpful, not informative for a newbie, and condescending.My visit to the store Friday 3/31 was the same experience. I needed some gear, and was fully prepared to spend $100-200 on stuff for Saturdays drills. That said, the guy who helped me was so not give a crap, and dismissive of my questions, I bought the one thing I absolutely needed (a spare battery), and decided Id had enough.These guys (or that guy), have/had zero interest in helping a customer, selling, or even being friendly.Never again....

I bought an airsoft gun from them ($320). The magazines that came with it were not funtional. They had to replace a couple pieces. I didnt get any updates so i walked in weeks later and they hadnt fixed it nor got the parts for it. I dealt with the Kid working as an airsoft tech, he said that they werent able to find parts, and when I showed him where he could find it he got an attitude telling me i didnt know what I was doing. Ive been fixing guns for years, if I wouldve known they would take this long i wouldnt have bought it... now its been almost 2 months and no updates, no fixes, no replacements, nothing. I have yet to use the airsoft rifle. Very bad customer service........Just called in and one of the employees was short and rude when asked about the magazine. When i asked for his name he hanged up. Called again and spoke to Cameron, he seems to be the only one who tries to help and seems to care. If he ever leaves that store will be going down...Nevertheless, still no word on my magazines.

This place is a terrible waste of time. The manager is rude and the staff is lazy. No one could provide me with the correct information as I had to revisit the store multiple times because they sold me the wrong products. After the fourth visit I ended up leaving with the wrong product because I just didnt want to deal with them anymore. Extremely unhelpful and aggravating.
