I have no idea what the parents of the birthday boy paid for the party. But, I do know that my daughters had a great time. It was clean, pretty organized with the staffs supervision, and big enough for everyone to not be running into or on each other.

If I could give this place a zero I would!! I booked a birthday party for my 12-year-old son about three months in advance. The day before the party I was advised a phone call that the building was under construction and that the bull ride and the water ball would be out of service. I was also told that the owner wanted to have renovations done before school started. Why would you start renovations on your building when you have a paid customer who has booked the bull ride and water ball for a birthday party. They still wanted me to have my sons birthday party there, even though the place was a MESS!!! There was a big black trash bag up for a wall in the party area, trash can and other supplies visible in the area. The manager told me “well most of the party will be in the front, y’all will be just eating back here” This is completely unacceptable and very poor customer service. My son was devastated because I had to cancel his birthday party there was no way I would let my son have a birthday party in that type of atmosphere. I’ll uploaded pictures!

My son had his 17th birthday party her yesterday evening & the teens had a blast. It wasnt crowded, sanitizer was readily available (although I keep wipes) and the employees were friendly & patient with small children. The soft play area wasnt open & a few other attractions for smaller children but thats understood with Covid. Although my 3 year old was sad she still had fun. Our party host Riley was shy, but very accommodating & sweet. Check in was quick & the facility was clean. They allowed us to bring cake, fruit and vegetable trays. Overall I was impressed & it was money well spent.

One of our favorite places to go! I have a tween and toddler. Theres designated areas per age group, that keep both of them entertained. Staff are polite and area is always clean.

Horrible customer service . This will be the last time I take my 2 year old daughter to a jumping world! We will take our business to another place. Employees are constantly harassing and rebuking for things that are insignificant with a bad attitude.Also I had to rent a short because the “no denim rule” and leave a collateral. Prices are extremely high.We have been at Catch Air and they do not charge anything for parents, the kids only pay and is unlimited time, also they allowed parents to take their kid trough the play tunnels and slides when the child is too little to enter for his own. At Sky Zone you can jump in denims and the customer services is great.Among all things you feel welcome and appreciated. I can’t say that about Jumping World. Last two times I have left with a really bad experience.I hope you can make the necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction.

We have been coming to Jumping World for 4 years now for our kids birthday parties and I foresee many more years to come. We always have great service from the team and this year Stephanie did an outstanding job!! We love the new renovations to the rear of the building too! Always a fun place to go to wear the whole family out!

This place is everything me and my brothers had so much fun.

A pretty good jumping place with some unique features of its own. These features are A Ball you roll in the water, a mechanical bull ride, and a sticker ball. But with a pretty big price tag for just an hour of fun, strict almost no fun rules, and an expensive arcade weighing it down there isnt much value here.

Super place to take kids to safely channel their energy. The stations were safe and closely monitored by staff. Many parents leave their children their to run errands elsewhere (though not a recommended practice).Come early to fill out the required safety releases. Checkin and checkout were quick.Theres plenty of seating for parents to watch in comfort. Plan to spend at least an hour.

Just had my grandsons 6th birthday party there. It was perfect for this age group. They jumped, ran,climbed and played. Then we had pizza and cake and went to the arcade. They had a blast. I highly recommend.

We had an awesome birthday party here on July 7th. We had kids of all ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. Definitely will be back!

Great place to take your kids. They say they are upgrading soon with a fun Ninja course and Rock climbing wall. Just be sure to get clarity and a receipt on what you are their for. Not a big deal, but I have had a few issue on my few visits that they worked out with no problems. Staff is always friendly. I have other family member who take our youngest son w/friends more often. Again, great place and fun for the kids.

This was place was super fun. My wife and I jumped with the kids for an hour. We had gotten Groupons for $22 for us all to jump for an hour. They have a lot of other separately paid for rides like bull rides and inflatables you crawl in that float on the water. Good times for a good price.

We went for my sons birthday. He had a blast as well as my other boys. They really enjoyed the variety of things to do. Non- stop fun and they were worn out afterwards. Great exercise! The foam pit was their favorite. I think they should have a birthday program for free entrance on your birthday. With so many other places to take kids that offer birthday discounts and specials, I was disappointed they didnt offer him anything. We still enjoyed ourselves overall!!

This is a good place to take your kids. I found all the age restrictions odd and half the employees seemed unhappy and miserable. We had fun but those things kept me from giving it 5 stars.

My 5 year old son always has a blast and yall make him feel like hes part of the family....if u want family fun or just a birthday party try this place

A cool place thst my kids ages 7- 8- 10 -15 totally enjoyed everything available to them. All activites were monitored by employees who really seemed interested in the safety of everyone participating. Knowledgeable and quick to help made the employees top notch in my opinion. The prices per child could have been a little cheaper so larger families like mine dont go over budget for the whole week in one afternoon. Teen nights are far to expensive.The concession stand was really over priced and nothing nutritious was offered. Over all im glad we ate before we got there and will most likly return if we can find some 2 for 1 or discount coupons...

1st time there with my Lovely daughter, she had a blast!

My son really enjoyed visiting. I will say they were a bit understaffed, there was only one person doing the snack bar and prizes (we all know how long children take in choosing the ultimate prize), so many times there was a long line. Overall the place was very clean, and plenty of space for the little ones to have fun. I give it 4 stars because it has comfortable seating for spectators.

They have a toddler zone, a concession, a few arcade games and lotsss of trampolines!!! my son played ran and jumped until he couldnt. I love his jumping world grip socks and my neon knee highs. We will definitely be back.

I am sitting here comfortably watching my six year old have a blast!! The place is not too crowded and there are a ton of trampolines for everyone to enjoy. The cost to jump is very reasonable, only 11 for the first hour and 7.50 for the second one. After 15 minutes my daughter decided she wanted the socks they sold here for better traction. Only $2 and well worth it. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

I am glad that they are new activities like the Ninja Course and the Rock Wall. It would be great if they would have a cell phone charger station. No outlets by the sitting areas.

Jumping World is great for variety. Other places closer to me have jumping too, but with all the extras including the arcade, this place is a bigger hit with my kids. I plan on having a birthday party there this year. Since the guests will be of varying ages, I know they will each find something fun to do! Have fun!

Really great for the price. We held a birthday party here and it was very affordable especially when compared to the competition. The arcade was fun and the bouncing was endless! The party rooms are not private more like open carports for lack of a better comparison. Our party assistant was helpful though did disappear a few times and we had to ask someone to find her. Overall we were totally satisfied.

My grandson had a blast. It is not the biggest jumping place around, but adequate. Very clean and staff watched over the children very well.

This is an updated review from one that was posted earlier this year. We stopped by on 8/12/19 and man have things changed, including some new attractions. All games were up and running besides the basketball hoops, which was nice since the games are 50% off on Mondays. We noticed the manager Dylan working on a few games and restocking coolers in the snack bar area, and Sandra constantly busy cleaning surfaces which was very assuring. All court guards were busy watching courts and cleaning as well.The playground, toddler area and ninja course look great. I love that the playground floor was clear of debris and the toddler area had many things for our kids to climb on and explore.

This was our second time visiting and it was just as great as the first. Immediately upon entering I saw someone vacuuming. The bathrooms in this place are awesome. Always clean!! Staff was very friendly and warm. The place has great music and everyone looks happy and content. Keep up the good works guys.

We had a great time, I was 15 mins late to the birthday party I booked for my son, they didn’t rush me and still gave us our full two hours! Our hostess Georgia was great! I didn’t have to lift a finger thanks to her! I recommend this establishment for all your kiddie events we will be back soon ! #momapproved

Drove hour away to learn water walking Ball is not working..got ready to buy kids a chilli dog at 6pm only to be told machine was off early because she was getting off soon...it would take 45mins for machine to reheat...just a disappointment...We will not be back

My family had an amazing time! This place is great for children if all ages and adults! Jumpingworld was clean and there is a variety of things to do. The staff was friendly and happy to answer all questions asked. Will definitely be back again!

Usually not busy here. If you only want your young kids to jump the prices are good. If you want to get in on the jumping then adults pay more even though you usually only jump for about ten minutes. They have arcade games here, standard buy a card to swipe for games. They have designated areas for larger kids and smaller kids. Parents seldom enforce this though.

A great and fun place for the kids! They do not allow you to wear denim so make sure you dont wear jeans. But they do not make you buy/use their brand socks so thats a plus.

Fun place. I like the large trampolines and good idea of separate for little ones. Nice to have a place to sit and watch, the guards dont really watch anything. Only con is, definitely NOT clean enough. Glass dirty, trampolines need steam cleaning.

This is one of the great places in Kennesaw to go. I have been taking my kids here since they opened this location in Kennesaw. They have been very consistent. Their restrooms are always clean, and they keep the place in very good shape. This is the 4th year in a row my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at.When I went to make the reservation, she mentioned it’s the 4th year in a row she’s celebrating her birthday here – the manager upgraded the event package to include free water ball for all the kids that will be attending.By the way, they have a great crew at this location – all the staff here are very friendly and simply down to earth nice.

We had a blast although a lot of the equipment (trampolines and bouncy house) is really worn down. The staff was awesome playing with my toddler and I in the dodgeball part..our older kids had fun times too. Only recommendations I would have is more tables near the toddler area bc a lot of parents were just standing looking to sit, and cheaper arcade games. $3 per game just isnt feasible, and would get a lot more players if the games were just a tad bit cheaper. No one was playing games, and there were a lot of people there.

My daughter had on light weight denim shorts. They have no rivets. They are much lighter weight fabric than cargo shorts. Despite this I am forced to rent shorts for $2. Then I have to leave my i.d. as a security deposit on the shorts, despite the fact they already have my name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address on the waiver form and my credit card number for payment. Its like the government runs this place. Well be trying one of the other 5 trampoline places in a 20 mile radius next time.

If you have your socks on in the foam pit, they (and your phone) could be lost for ever.Have many fun bouncing activities, dodge ball (in a secluded contained area), a childrens bouncy area and an all ages (5 +) bouncing area, as well as a rope swinging foam pit sure to exhaust even the most rambunctious child. Also serves OKish food and drinks and has a bunch of modern ticket oriented and a few shooting games (no fighters, sadly).Recommended to bring water bottles, and kids sippy bottles as their drinks are expensive. Wont allow in outside sodas or food or coffee.

India was a great party host. My daughter celebrated her 11th Birthday and she had a blast! Plenty of jump time and time to eat.

We had to move a birthday party at the last minute due to a rain-out at a park pavilion. The staff was so wonderful and accommodating and made the possible epic party failure a real success. Thank you so much to Christian, Irnes and Dylan for their kindness and compassion and great service.

This place is pretty cool. As your kids play, you can sit and relax or watch them have fun. Wifi available. Boy/girl restrooms, drinking water fountain, arcades, hurricane simulator, bull ride, a ball you get in and it floats on water, snack bar, dodge ball, and a swing. Bull ride is separate charge from your entrance fee $3 a ride. They have combos where you can get an 1hr of jumping and $5 arcade card for around $18. We went on Wednesday because they have special 2 hr jumping for $15.

We go here almost weekly. The staff are really nice and good with the kids. My son LOVES it here

My daughter was playing when a rope used for climbing was thrown towards the trampoline she was on. It resulted in the rope wrapping around her neck. She was injured and the facility offered ice and burn cream.Manager did reach out to us about the incident. Offered us free jump time, but due to the injuries she probably would never want to use it. Never ordered a refund or any other means of compensation. I intend to reach out to the corporate platform and discuss the safety of these ropes.Aside from the above, there is no seating near ro the childrens area, so younger children play and parents stand or sit on the stairs that lead to the trampoline platform as we were told.We will probably never visit this establishment again.

The viewing area for parents is perfectly located with soft comfortable chairs. The staff was very friendly, and the prices for snacks and attractions very reasonable. My kids loved it.

I LOVE this place!! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. There are so many activities for everyone to do. They have arcade games and a basketball court. They call it slam dunk. And dodgeball! And I just love the wide selection of snacks and food they have. I would come here again and recommend to all.

We just recently held our sons 10th birthday here and it was amazing! The facility is very, very clean. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure an anxiety free party - and our party helpers, Grace and Jelynn were great with moving our party activities from one thing to the next. My son had a great time... we will definitely be back!

Good place for the kids to have fun!!...The only bummer side is that it could use MORE seating for the adults. The only spot to sit is towards the front. But their is no seating I the back or throughout, except the birthday tables, but those are blocked off when not in use. Other than that, its a good spot.

Took my toddler (3 year old) granddaughter for a good time on Monday February 18th President day was charged the weekend rate, when I asked why was I charged the weekend rate I was advised that was what the management advised her to charge she just started working there. No sign or disclaimer posted to why the rates change at the management discretion.

They dont even deserve the one star! Horrible customer service manager included last time I ever go to a jumping world! We will take our business to another place. Five employees sitting in office not wanting to attend customers. Did not say anything to them for the horrible service but definitely never going back.

Fun place. Would be better without the games or at least if they werent so gougy.

First time visiting. A lot of fun for all ages. Reasonable prices and clean restrooms. When we walked in I smelled bleach which told me they keep things clean. Will go again!!

Safe and kid parent friendly. Children are visible so that parents can watch or jump. There are attendants in the jumping pens to ensure safety.
