Melissa and Dekota were excellent! They helped me with my custom frame order. They were nothing but patient with me as I had no idea how to pick out a frame for my art work. They provided top notch customer service.

Had everything I needed for my project and all at a very competitive price.

The staff here is very helpful. I go here for all my framing needs and they mail coupons out frequently.

I love Michael’s stores, however we drove all the way to this location ( 20 plus minutes) and the location was closed. No explanation at all! They have their holiday hours posted and November 8th said open until 7:00pm. If you are going to randomly close a store location, at least update the website or on google maps!

The season saw this store very busy & it was hard to find an employee to ask a question to but I found (by accident) the gift I wanted for my wife. Otherwise, good experience.

Always fun going here! I have it 3 stars because their prices are usually higher than other stores similar to what they sale. I was looking for a drafting board, and found one... But it was $70... Needless to say; I didnt get it. However, I did find the exact same one at is competitors for $30 less. I find Michaels is like this on many things. I just dont get it!

Good in stocks. Fairly clean, for a Michaels. The manager refused to match the website price so I left with nothing. Ordered next day from Amazon. Matching your own site is a standard practice and the only way to encourage a customer to enter your brick-and-mortar.

They have a great variety of craft supplies. Good prices and perks for members with the app.

I usually shop the Michaels at the Shoppes at Northeast mall in Hurst. By comparison this Michaels is a disappointment. It was noticeably dirty and overall had a dark dingy feel. The aisles are cramped and it is disorganized. I spent awhile choosing flowers for an arrangement from on single aisle that was marked 80% off. Upon checking out I found that three of the four items I picked were misplaced and therefore not 80% off. One was full priced and the other two 30% off. It’s understandable to have had one item misplaced but from this experience it seems like most of the florals are in chaos. Add a less than friendly cashier to the experience and it was just unpleasant. I walked out without buying anything.

We raided all the Halloween decor and the cashier was very nice and patient. Our only issue was that we couldnt find aisle 18 but didnt try to ask anyone so thats more our fault

Staff was friendly and helpful. I suggest calling first though because although the website said it had what I needed it did not. 2 store members checked vigorously for it though.

They have raised their prices on everything, especially Christmas items that say Hot Buy. Not a hot buy but regular price. Very disappointed being on a strict budget.

This is the worse Michael’s I have been to all across DFW area. It is dirty, filthy and it usually is not tidy at all. This location has not has updated like many others in the surrounding area and also never has anything in stock. Will be not be coming to this location ever.

Right now, Michaels has almost everything on sale and its really nice, everyone has a mask on and the employees are cleaning as constant as they can without getting in the customers way. Overall amazing

The store has plenty of things which can give a person and anxiety attack. Also, I hope they fixed their AC because when I went, it was very stuffy and warm and wearing a mask made it hard to breath.

I ordered an art kit online and also browsed for more items. Was helped quickly despite it being right before Christmas.Pick up was easy and had no trouble. There was a line for this service and someone came and helped. Always nice to see team work.

This is a nice Michaels in the area with a ton of arts and crafts supplies. There are always good sales and the store is very well kept.

They had good service but, they were slow, no enthusiasm whatsoever, and the product I picked, which I had to pick with a piece of paper for them to receive, while I had to wait forever, and was dissapointed to see that they didnt even have the item I wanted. If they didnt have what I wanted, then they shouldve remove the little paper things that stated they had it! But, the lady that helped me was real nice.

I used to love this store but the quality of merchandise and service has declined over the years. They have great coupon offers and are generous with their use as well. That is what keeps me going back

Not a very pleasant trip to Michaels today as the store was unorganized and I could hear the manager being rude to the employees and disrespectful. She’s very unprofessional and will not return until new management.

Went to have some custom framing done at the NE Mall location and the customer service was very good. Polite and knowledgeable.

They have everything you could possibly dream of...I myself love the gel pens.

Nice store.

I came here looking for a few paint brushes. While all the painting brushes were in one section, many other ones were scattered about on multiple isles. So it took a bit to find what I was looking for. The quality of the brushes they sell is very good and theyre significantly cheaper than Hobby Lobby (but the oil paint at Hobby Lobby is cheaper). Dont forget to go their website to pull up the 40% off one item coupon. It can definitely make a difference.

We went in with 2 pieces of art that we purchase in Colorado at an art gallery for my birthday. One was lost and the other is all dented up now. Was told the frame was damaged when they received it back from their supplier. No one knows where the other piece is and the packaging I brought both items in with is missing as well. As soon as the phone call came in saying we are reordering your frame for you single piece of artwork I was very concerned and asked about the other piece and they said that was damaged also. An associate called back at a later time and said we walked in with so much art work when we came in that I must have forgotten to leave it. We had 2 pieces of art work that were exactly the same measurements when we went in and nothing else. After this we went up to the location and asked for both pieces of art to be given back to us and asked for a complete refund for services. 1 was received back with dents in it and the other can not be found. We were told a manager would contact us the following day and here we are at the end of the day today with no contact being made by management. I am extremely disappointed in this establishment to say the least. Do not go here as it is highly difunctional and they seem to blame the customer and make excuses for mishandling people’s art work. We never once were apologized to for them loosing our art work but instead were blamed for what they did. Our receipt shows we paid for 2 frames and that they received 2 pieces of art.

Michaels overall is a fantastic store. My favorite store is the Northeast Mall store however the Keller Watauga store is good as well. They have recently started carrying Daniel Smith paints definite plus

Did not find what I was looking for but good experience.

I went in for a item that they had in the Sunday Sales ad and they had nothing. Upon waking in there were a bunch if associates standing in the framing section. Store looked fine as far as appearance goes. But could not find the item, frustrated we left.

While I cant say the place was the cleanest, nor can I whole heartedly agree with the prices. I still loved the experience. The customer service was calm and greatly useful, and this place is my first stop for all my arts and crafts.

Smaller store. No material selection. Seemed out of sorts today, but that could have been because of stocking/merch rotation. Not a bad store, just not my preferred one/size.

No frills place, long wait and no motivation at all, I picked a piece of paper for staff to get a product an they didnt have that one, they should have removed the papers, long story short,I spent more time in there than I wanted,they need to stop pinching pennies and concentrate on customers and open more registers.

Home decor is good here. Also, Michaels own brands are affordable, especially for art and craft supplies. However, I feel Hobby lobby has a much better and varied collection for arts and crafts.

Sssasass everything I wanted was in stock, the store was clean, customer service exceptional. I was highly satisfied with my purchase.

Usually a decent experience, but the last few times have been a bust. Teacher appreciation event was lame. Tiny table at the front, an associate made the craft in front of me and then I couldnt take it home (why was it called make and take?), gross cookies, teacher discount couldnt be combined with online coupon, had to stay in the store to be present to win the raffle, line was long and cashiers were limited. Got an email saying they price matched other places plus took off another 10 percent. Went to store to price match pens from Amazon. Cashier had no idea what to do. Had to remind them to take off the additional ten percent. Manager came to help and gruffly and immediately told me that no other coupons could be used with the price match. Okayyy...I didnt ask that. Made it seem super inconvenient to have to price match. Only one cashier was working at the time they were stuck with one family a good long time. Lady behind me loudly complained and went to seek someone else to work register. Overall, a pretty unnecessarily stressful experience to just get some pens.

Love this store. Clean and well stocked.

I did have a little trouble finding the way to get to check out. Too many impulse buys and roping off. Right now, in and out is a priority to a lot of people.

Good selection of craft supplies and decorative stuff. But youd be a fool to buy anything not marked as being on sale unless you just need it right now, you can find it cheaper someplace else or wait for it to go on sale.

Nice store. Never crowded, but usually has just the right amount of people. I dont usually see employees around the store. They all seem to be conglomerated at the front of the store. Things are definitely getting done in the back as everything is usually nice and neat, uncluttered. I dont think Ive ever seen an aisle disorganized.

You have to love this place! Every crafting supply you can think of, well except fabric. Tons of sales and discounts. Get online coupons and save up to 40% off every time you visit. I get in so much trouble at this store! My latest obsession are happy planner stickers. They match any other stores price, including Amazon! Totally awesome! Just sure them your phone with the other stores prices.

A wonderful place to get arts and craft supplies. Baking supplies, cake pans, cake decorating tips, and molds, instructions, bags, dyes, cake boards, every thing you need for theam cakes. Party supplies, Decorating, Art supplies, Do It Yourself projects, Jewelry making.

Join email club, they give great coupons and promotions to members. I joined at Christmas and got some many things for a bargain because of their sales, promotions and coupons. They always have a good supply of whatever you need. Lines are long during the holidays but they have an abundance of staff and it goes very quickly.

I do a lot of photography but have never had any of my work framed. Decided to give it a try here. Was not cheap but I feel like it was worth every penny. They did an amazing job!
