It’s a good place but it’s dumb that we can’t even have a trampoline or pool and the park in here used to be good now it’s pretty much trash one swing is broken the climbing bars are not sturdy and it’s shaky and a table and it’s locked down you can’t even go in there hope in the future they make it better

I grew up and K Meadows all my friends are here at that one point they all moved away now its just me but I love this place and theyre really nice people here great living here real respectful quiet night

Been living in the park all my life. Im almost 23 and me, my family and many neighbors hate it. With as much as the owners raises the rent lt makes living hard. Then there is the the fact that the manager is rarely around yo help when ya need it. And the law about only raising rent by 7% does not seem to apply to the court owners. So if your looking to move here just dont there are better parks with better owners out there.

Decent living area but narrow streets

A local mobile home park where you rent the space. Can be crowded in areas. Space rent increases at least annually. Lets are allowed because our id youre often house, but the number of pets are restricted

Your space rent seems like its always climbing and your limited what you can and cant do. Other than that its ok
