Michaels is a wonderful place with so many great craft ideas. The staff us extremely friendly and helpful. The framing department is the very best around. These are real people who do really care so if the dont have what you need be courteous.

Michaels is my go to for many of my hobby needs. I paint miniatures, and Im like Sid from Toy Story only a little darker...they have an excellent selection of paints and fine quality brushes. Also modeling compounds and the likes. The very best thing about Michaels,though, is unlike Hobby Lobby, they dont steal cultural artifacts from foreign nations.

Theyve really changed what they used to have as far as cross stitch. We were told that they no longer sell them. This was the best place for them.Beautiful Xmas stuff thou

Went in on a whim looking for something I didnt think they would have and actually surprisingly they did so was very happy to find that. started a new hobby and hopefully will continue to explore that skill utilizing their vast amount of supplies for my painting needs.

Outstanding customer service in the framing department. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through every step while providing recommendations on what goes well and what colors to consider. We will definitely be back!

I LOVE MICHAELS, but shopping in-store has become cumbersome. The associates are always (and usually rightfully so) busy, so there is little no help in finding things. Also if the website says the location has 1 unstick it apparently means the store is out of stock- super irritating. But- always have coupons available, and usually some type of sale. As long as you dont need help, have your coupon ready, and dont mind waiting in line for at least 10 minutes, its good. But whoever is in charge of this location could make multiple small improvements which lowered the stores star rating imo.

This place doesnt have much, its not very welcoming either. I was the only brown person in there and the staff wouldnt leave me alone. I shouldnt have to notice that kinda stuff when I walk into a store.

Not as extensive selection as the old Michaels on Lancaster, and very crowded. Barely passable aisle for wheelchairs and walkers. Actually, some were not passable due to stock being left in the aisle. But the staff in the framing shop at the back of the store were awesome! The price for framing has significantly gone down. They deserve the full five stars. But Michaels should know to keep aisles more clear so the disabled can shop.

Truly a wonderland for crafty people. There are so many options to choose from, you can get lost in thought with all the project ideas this places gives you!There is almost always a sale going on, even for the framing department, which is exactly what Im looking for as arts and crafts is one of the most expensive hobbies you can have (in my opinion!)The staff, though busy with tasks, are always friendly and each one seems to have an expertise in each department (no i dont mean framing/aisle numbers) but personal experience with some of the products offered. And if theyre not exactly sure what product would work best for you, not only do they work well with their teammates, but theyll help you search high and low to try and find what youre looking for

This store is always clean, well organized, and staffed with friendly faces. The only negative interactions Ive ever had have been with customers assuming I work there and then yelling at me for not helping them.They have a great framing shop and the seasonal aisles change frequently without causing disorder and chaos.

Great selection and prices found just what I needed

Review was from an experience just before the holidays.The framing department employee was very helpful by showing many different aesthetically pleasing mat options in a various price range as I had already chosen the frame. The organization of the store was overall good, however with the multitudes of people that had visited many items werent on their shelf or in another location away from their shelf price tag. Typically this is not the case with this store. I have shopped at Michaels for a very long time and I am grateful to have this store nearby for all our crafty needs.

Went in to buy model paints which can very expensive. By the time I was done shopping i had a total over $47. When I got ringed up the young gentleman asked if I had a phone number with us and I declined. He proceeded to scan a random coupon and the amount went down by $15 making my total just pennies above $32. I was in awe. First time into this location and definitely the beginning of a good customer - sellers relationship.

Its over priced. You can literally buy the same stuff on Amazon for cheaper. For example snazooro body paint is 6-7 bucks on Amazon but at Michaels its 8-9$. Only saving grace was coupons. Which in reality the coupons are a scam to make you think your saving when your not. All the kids craft stuff is cheaply made and over priced. Costumer service is alright but Ive seen vetter at other establishments.

I always love this store cause they always have a right craft for the right job, bought like $40 worth of metallic model paint for a project Im working on, they had all the colors I needed.

They have practically everything you need for crafts, art projects, decor and holiday needs. Always check for coupons before going to the store. Some prices are pretty expensive otherwise. There is a pretty wide selection and the staff is eager to help you. They have great customer service and are very friendly. You can find really cute items here. There seems to be something for almost everyone.

Eay store to get around and almost always am excellent coupon I can look up on my phone to use. I always find what I need here. I love the yarn selection and fine arts.

A lot of small and big craft supplies and a large selection of yarn in colors and shades you may not see elsewhere. However the smell of scented candles, potpourri, and other things is strong throughout the entire store so shopping can be difficult or impossible if you have allergies or an aversion to overpowering smells.

Had a great young man who was sticking shelves help me find things and gave me ideas. Such a rarity to get great help I believe his name was Calvin or something like that please managers give him recognition. He had dirty blonde hair and maybe around 19ish years old.

This is a place that I go when I need something quick to finish a project. This time I bought a sign that meant nothing at all to the person I gave it to. I can’t wait to get the rest of our stuff packed and be out of this city.

I stopped by for knitting needles for the afghan I am going to knit. Really no help at all in the store, and I accidentally bought wrong needles using the posted store guide :-( I had to come back the next day and they dont sell or were are out of the ones I needed. Have to say, the cashiers + staff up front are always SUPER nice, fast and efficient though.

This store is so big and has a great amount of choices. The cashiers were super nice but some of the floor workers were rude.

Good store but it is frustrating when they are out of something and make it a little difficult to have it ordered.

One of my favorite stores I could spend hours there check for specials and deals.

Went in yesterday to get my daughter some really nice colored pens for drawing but everything is locked up. I walked through the store until I found an employee. They stopped me beforeI could complete my sentence and told me they dont have a key for merchandise(nearly everything is under lock and key). They make a motion like they using a walkie talkie and tell me someone will be over to help. 15 minutes later and no one comes. We give up and go up front where we see the employee who pretended to call for help and 4 other employees just standing around talking. I mention we found the employees and if we want help this is our last chance to get what we actually want. I guess it was a funny joke because the employees had a laugh. Im not laughing.

Definitely a fun place for the general hobbyist and sometimes their sales are incredible!

They have a lot of crafting/hobby items, which is great. I feel that they used to have a lot more at their old location though. I went in for cake decorating supplies and their selection is quite poor.

Absolutely worst customer service . Not one single employee asked if I needed help. They made me feel like I had done something wrong and am not worthy enough to be in their store . Ill never come back .
