The variety is amazing and there fish are always well taken care of.. I have never gone into store and seen a dirty tank! They are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to help you in any direction you are needing to go or anything you need help with. I was also impressed with the fact that I special ordered some saltwater fish and they got them in right away. Unlike another store that I had placed orders with and they never even bothered to order it. Staff is extremely nice and ALWAYS willing to help and doesnt treat you like your stupid or your asking the wrong questions! They value people and have great customer service. Prices also are some of the best in town. If your looking for friendly staff who are very knowledgeable, healthy fish, and clean tanks...Then this is the store for you! They wont just sell you a fish to get it out of the door unlike other stores in town. If a fish is not in the absolute perfect condition then they will refuse to sell it and for this reason I respect them highly. There not just out there to make a buck off of you.

Well my kids & I popped in here with just a few minutes to kill & i wanted so something new to do so we popped into this place. The man there was great giving us a quick tour answering all our questions. We saw Nemo and Dory too. I think the girls and I liked the stores pet a miniature Stingray. He actually liked being pet belly up & all. Overall despite his phone it was it was great we loved it.

Very polite and knowledgeable staff! Unfortunately the location is too dark and unkept. It seems most fish hobbyists who start their own store dont realize the importance and confidence inspired in customers when they walk into a clean store!

My go-to secret place for anything fishy in a good way. If I had a 500-gallons saltwater tank with ick or a hip-deep pond with koi adults and babies in the wrong season... then the people at this place are who Id trust.

My husband and I have gone to all the local fish stores in town. This is by far our absolute favorite. It is always clean, great variety of fish, and their customer service is great. I can not say enough good things about this place. My husband and I are still learning about owning a fish tank and they took the time to even educate us on ways to improve what we were doing. We wont be buying our fish anywhere else!

Very knowledgeable about fish.Their inventory was way low.Went back a few times but for whatever reason they were closed.

Their hours are posted on Google and on the front of their store, but no one was home. Thats a pretty basic business practice to fail on, being open. Seems like they are extreme hobbyists, not legitimate business people.

They sold me something with no roots and said they would grow back, they all died.

The Owners are great guys and they are very knowledgeable. They have been incredibly helpful in our fresh and saltwater fish keeping.

Plenty of good help and advice when cycling my new tank. Had no idea what I was doing, but Angel was there and helped me through it. They have lots of beautiful tanks in all sizes and all the accessories and things you need to keep you tank healthy and the fish happy. They carry both fresh and salt water fish. After going to Petco in the beginning, I lost all my fish and got all kinds of different advice. Keizer Tropical Fish helped me get started right and worked with me through the whole process of cycling the tank. Now I have nine fish in various colors and highly recommend going to them for anyone starting a new tank or maintaining one.

Very helpful. Perhaps not the biggest selection but the personal service is much better than others fish shops Iv visited, which more than makes up for the slimmer selection.

Best fish store around, Angel and Fernando have a large selection of salt and fresh water species. They also sell water salt and fresh, along with a large selection of tanks and products for fish.
