My end of the park is usually quite quiet the main road 4700 south is the most noise for the area. Street racers where out till 12a last night on are street.

Had the pleasure of doing a job for this company. It was obvious from the start they truly care about the people who live here. Bree in the office is so professional and coordinated. Theyre lucky to have her! I highly recommend.

I dont know what this place is, dont care. What I do care about...You do not interview someone, offer them the job, have them take drug test, pass background check, give notice to previous position, fill out a ton of new hire paperwork, get told that you need to talk to management to determine start date to just turn around a get an email of all things saying theyre going a different route. Unprofessional! Do not apply for a job here, you will be disappointed and you will have your time wasted that you cannot get back!

Great place with an awesome manager running things.

Well the rents a bit high for what you get but it provides a pretty stable environment other than the drug dealers on the street that Ive heard so much about. Its a bit torn up around here and you can get a little claustrophobic in the house and outside. However, it was there when times were rough and I thank it for that.

Why would a company go through the entire process to hire someone just to tell them just kidding you dont really have a job? What a waste of time. I have heard so many bad things from residents about living in this park, now add sketchy hiring practices to that list.

This place is a joke to live! They in the business of scamming innocent people!!!

Its an okay place to live. Its a gated community. But doesnt stop the kids that live in the park from vandalizing cars. Parking is a hassle for both visitors and people living here. If you have more than 2 cars you have to park on the street where cars get broken into all the time. The office is never open. Except on the day you have to pay rent.

Terrible community, loud music at all hours of the night, drug deals in the streets, and a tow company that will tow any vehicle for any reason. The office does nothing to better this once great community. I would not recommend anyone to live here especially if you have a family.

Still thieves. And still. 800 a month for the lot payment? You find a trailer park just the same, just the size and its half the price. Find other nicer places and its still lower payment

My grandma lives here and the lot rent alone is $600+ not including the ridiculous water bill.

Just move in a few weeks ago.a very nice place to live office folks are awesome they make you feel good about living here friendly and just wonderful management...

Moved in about a month ago with a 11 year old she loves the new park and I love the management she is amazing game and friendly and wonderful kids love to play together great family friendly love it!!!!!

Parking is always a hassle here. It makes visitors feel less welcome than if visitor parking were more freely available.

Older park with many mobile homes the look 40-50 years old. Also the sit too close to each other.
