This was nice to have something to do. We was able to find a good deal on Groupon to test this place out. There was a few games that was out of order. Basketball, hockey table, race games, some arcade games, etc. No Pac man that was disappointing. It was nice for a 1 time visit. They gave us a nice logo bag(came with our package) and we won the ball as well.

I used the bigger of the two groupon offers and went during the happy hour, and we had a great time. I felt it was definitely worth the money. At one point I dropped our card and it fell in between the equipment, the manager came over and got it out for us, very nice woman. It has a positive vibe.

Best arcades ever. The most honest playing machines. Cool prizes and super helpful stuff. We spend great afternoon playing with kids. Highly recommend .

If youre local, this is a great place to bring the kids when the weather is lousy. There are no true video games, but plenty of interactive ride-on (video) games, skeeball, air hockey, coin games, and other games one might find on the boardwalk that should keep everyone occupied for an hour or two.The facilities are very clean and the staff was sporadically spray cleaning machines during the two hours we were there. They offer a range of different game credit options as well as a happy hour with half-price games, so a little can go a long way but I wouldnt come here with the notion you can make a day out of your visit.

One of the best arcades Ive been to. Took my niece and nephews, and I think I had more fun than them.

First time playing at this arcade with my family we had a blast. Very nice staff, i did tell them it was my first time and they where so nice to explain and saw me how everything works and that there are 2 game rooms to play. I loved that it was nice and clean as well. I will definitely vist throughout the year.

Bev and Wallys and The Game Room are both fantastic places to spend some time and have some fun. The game are awesome, the prizes are great. The staff is beyond amazing. They are very help and will fix any problem that might arise.

With Groupon for $10.00 and 1000 points on their card they get to play a few games. $10 go really fast for the fun games. But then they have the games that are in blue that they can play Unlimited. Also when the other arcade is open next door they can go in and play there, only the ones that are marked blue also.

This if the only videogame parlor/arcade in the area besides iPlay America if youre planning to visit one.Here are some things you should know beforehand:¾ of the games here are around slot machine types and lucky arm or picking arm types to get tickets.However, you can pay $10/hour to play as much of the blue light games. Thats much cheaper than swiping the token card. It includes a lot of them: air hockey, motor bikes, basket ball, soccer, l but not skeeball.The neighborhood is also a bit dicey. Some of the employees are smokers and while your cant smoke inside, there is a constant lingering that builds up during the day making the place very uncomfortable after a point unfortunately.

Not many games here to begin with, and a few of them werent even functional. The card system should be a good idea, but the cards never swiped properly leading to too many crdits when we didnt want them.

Awesome arcade, very clean and well run. always an attendant to help you with a machine thats not cooperating. almost all of their machines are operational and they have great coupon deals.

Place is cool for kids, just be aware that they no longer have any adult/older video games like they used to, unless youre into time crisis ( but nothing updated ). Our 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed it however.

Once a great arcade a few dollars you can win a couple stuffed animals worth a few Penneys, not anymore they sell tickets to use in their machines instead of quarters they dont refund you if you dont want the unused tickets its almost impossible to win anything anymore, machines only have cheap junk now there killing Bev and Wallys arcade. 5 years or more ago this was the arcade to go to when visiting Keansburg Amusement Park now its the arcade to stay away from not only do they fill their machines with cheap junk but they set the settings 2 hardest making it almost impossible to win anything you get fed up you leave but youre also getting ripped off because they wont refund the money for the tickets you purchased at least with quarters you can leave and still have your money Bev and Wallys two thumbs down a place to avoid on your vacation or trip to Keansburg Amusement Park

If you love Skeeball and arcade games this is the place to go!

Great family atmosphere! My kids love the games and prizes. Arcade is clean and staff is friendly they waited on my 2 children like they had nothing else to do being so patient with them. We will definitely be back over the fall and winter months!

Save you money. A once beloved arcade where you can spend a few dollars and win some cheap nice stuffed animals. Now you have to buy tickets to use the machines. They wont refund unused tickets. Dont go there expecting to win any thing good. The stuffies are small cheap style junk. You will lose 99% of the time. Not like it used to be. Owners make it a place not to go in Keansburg amusement park. It turned into a money grubbing dump. So sad to see it turn into a money hook that makes you sad when you leave without your money or prizes of any kind.

The staff is usually helpful to refill or fix a machine. Not the greatest selection of redemption prizes to select from & some prizes the tickets needed to redeem are way too high in my opinion.

This is one of those arcades where you play games like skee ball, win tickets and redeem prizes. They are largely disappearing but Bev and Wallys holds on. This is no hipster remake of a classic. Bev and Wallys is the real deal. It also has prizes that you can actually win after playing games for an hour unlike other arcades. They have a Groupon that is a good deal.

Unethical and sneaky business.Spent years saving arcade points and went to redeem them today. They told me that they are no longer valid because they were the old format and not the points that were printed digitally. It is the exact same arcade that we have been going to for years and the points dont indicate anywhere that they expire. I spent hundreds of dollars accumulating points that the arcade decided that they no longer want to honor.Illegal and shady. Filing cases with the state and local DCA

Bev & Wallys and The Game Room are sister arcade experiences on the blacktop boardwalk on the Sandy Hook Bayshore in Keansburg, NJ. The Game Room is a year round experience. Bev and Wallys gets busy when the boardwalk opens full time. They have numerous off season token deals, usually involving a party with prizes. My nine year-old daughter and I will be at the Game Room for the St. Patricks Day event.

Really fun place to go when youre bored. Great games, friendly staff.
