I been living here 5 years and 3 months ago they brought in a new manager her name is Gina. She is very nice and treats us with respect. Maintains the property nice and clean. I finally can breathe that they got rid of the old manager. I would like to thank the owners for bring in a new manager to work on this property !!

A new manager took over and the previous wretch that worked for the property was fired. This new manager Gina is very prompt and knows what she’s doing, thank God the old Wicked Witch of the West that was here previously is gone. She literally drove residents out of here.

Nice place to live!

We had driven through this mobile home park previously and found it to be clean, quiet, and well kept. We made a personal visit the other day and found the manager to be friendly, efficient, and dedicated to keeping this community clean, relaxing, and attractive. We are hoping to make this community our home in the future.

The manager of this community SUCKS.. Can not wait for the moment to leave here. We are already looking for another place and as soon as we find we leave. I would never recommend this place to anyone. please look at the reviews it is no coincidence that many say the same about the manager.

Loved living there for seven years

I have called to ask for information and they have had me online for a long time and then they answer me in a bad way. If the deal is like that, I do not want to imagine later. They should be careful what type of people serve.

The area is great but management is the worst!!! The manager Marlene is extremely rude. I hope they change their management soon because shes just driving people away, she makes us not want to live here at all!

The place is very nice to live in how ever Marlene the manager is very racist with all hispanic people. The previous good review about how good she is was someone related to her, because no body honestly likes her.

Management is horrible, maintenance guy steals material from park owner to do aside jobs, they rise a lot the rent/park space fee, complain about every single thing they dont like, they give a contract to sign but when showed to discuss a matter they come with an updated version later, tow truck driver at night shows gun when people is around the car to be tow. Everyone including one time visit guests are required to buy a remote for the gate, otherwise the home owner gets a ticket and the list can continue....

Commonly used as ICE detainees camp. Here you will find many older model pickups that have been lowered and have excessively wide rims put on them. Stereo systems are normally installed on such vehicles that Trump the value of the vehicle many times over.During the late evenings of the weekend, a line of cars will line up at the gate waiting to gain access. This is due to the fact that only 3 people in the facility have access cards that operate the gate and refuse to open them until such a time excessively loud circus music is acceptable.

Yes this place is great !!! Can’t disagree, the place is well kept up and who ever takes care of it is doing a great job. 2nd yes the marlene and management may be strict but only Bc they want to have a clean and safe environment. A lot people that live there or that is wrighting all these negative things about management is false, she may be rude or strict but doesn’t mean she is a bad manager... the people who don’t know how to keep a clean home area outside or don’t pay on time Have false Information about Management. . But I do got to agree the gate does break from time to time because people don’t know how to enter or don’t have a clicker, most of the people go the wrong entrance and breaks .

They need to do something about the entrance gate. Its always open or broken. No need for a gate if anyone can go in and out.
