Best place Ive ever been to for costume selections. Makeup, shoes, helmets, wigs, any kind of accessory you could want or need for your Halloween costume needs. And the employees know their stuff and are nice and helpful. Recommend and will return.

I had a great time shopping here. Lots of outdoor decorations in addition to all the costumes. Helpful staff on every isle. I have never seen so many employees available. Great prices. I will definitely shop here again.

Over crowded during the Halloween season of 2020 and no one maintained social distancing. They have lots of costumes but not much in trademark costumes. They mostly have generic. The spirit store was our second stop and was much more pleased with them. Surprisingly much larger than this location and not many people crowding the aisle. Their costumes were far more organized as well.

If a big variety of costumes in a bag is your jam, you will like this place. Decent amount of accessories. I was hoping for more in the indoor/outdoor decoration section. Friendly and helpful staff.

Went here for Halloween Costumes. Staff seemed knowledgeable on some of their items. I just wish it was more child friendly in areas. Cant shop if there are things shaking and moving as soon as you walk in or try to leave.

Love this place! Indoors so not alot of duds, great service, nice selection, you can watch a video before you buy. Easy off and on the freeway. Loyal customer for years now.

Decent selection of Halloween costumes but they are seriously over priced. I paid $70 for the inflatable T-Rex costume for kids, only to find out I could buy it for $42 on Amazon afterwards. No refunds, all sales final. Be smarter than I was. Check prices first.

They dont return costumes, once you buy it, you cant take it back and they dont inform you about that when you check out. Very unprofessional and Im very disappointed. I am not trying to exchange the costume, but simply to return it back, and I was told that is not possible. And honestly all the costumes are way more expensive than in other places.

They have a full store and a very helpful staff, but for being a full store my options felt oddly limited. They do have a large selection though, I think it was that I was looking for a mesium/small roll of black cats, around 100, but the smallest they had was 200.

You can find what you are looking for, but it is so Pricey and there is no return policy

Its a little chaotic, a lot of folks doing nothing, but its a school volunteer thing . Pretty well organized and the prices are descent. Everyone we spoke to was nice - but bring your wallet, I left spending $185.My recommendation: Go the day before, not on New Years or on July 4th like us.

Great selection of fireworks! They have monitors to show you what some of the fireworks look like. The sales team/volunteers are more than willing to help, and they had lots of registers open. One of the team members was really helpful in offering suggestions on which sparkle fountains would offer the most bang for your buck!

July 4th 2019, was the day I bought fireworks here. Terrible quality. The cheap fireworks they sell either werent durable when you fuse them which seems like they went bad or they didnt explode at all. I rate this 2 stars because the employees here were able to help me know the prices at the shelves near by. Some of the fireworks were okay but some just went bad.. Id recommend going at those small cargo fireworks stores across many streets scattered through the neighbor hood. Never buy fireworks at a warehouse. I assume they leave left over fireworks for months which allow them to go bad during a long wait till a special event (New years, 4th of July, etc.) comes up....to sum this up. The fireworks were terrible quality. Never coming back here.

Good got my Halloween costume here it was a great experience

Drove 25 minutes because it said they close at 10 and got there at 9:04 and they were closed. Either fix google maps and the website or talk to your employees about closing at the right time.

Awesome warehouse. Huge selection. Stay super friendly. Video screens show what the fireworks do per request. Prices are a little high but worth it. I usually spend $300 there!

Great selection, good prices, they will show you videos of any of the fireworks you want, and someone will ask you if you need help, or can offer a recommendation about once a minute - which can become a little frustrating but better than getting no help at all. They have fireworks to fit any budget. Ive gone to this place for fireworks for the last 2 years and I will definitely go there again next year.

Galaxy Fireworks is a great place to shop, with central AIR CONDITIONING! And the people are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Also, a percentage of the sales go to help the local High Schools Bands. Awesome!

These dudes do not let you stand near fitting room, told to be safety risk. So we ended to purchase too small costume. They do not exchange that even requested on the same day. Ill never step in to this location, unfriendly workforce. Just skip this location, most unfriendly location indeed

Good fireworks are not cheap, but the tons of super friendly and helpful staff made the trip extra worth it. They always have a massive selection and ample inventory. The video clips of each of the multi-shot boxes really takes the disappointment with a purchase out of the picture. We couldnt go 10 feet without a friendly staff member offering to show this or that sample video or answer questions.This fireworks show is going to be so great, we should sell admission tickets.Note to self... next time consider going without my son who tried valiantly to put 3 of everything in our basket.

Hello, i am a costumer at the Galaxy firework! I was wondering if every fireworks were legal in Harris county. One of the workers said it was legal but I searched if it was legal and it said no! I dont know if the website was true or not so if you can, please tell me!!

Place is so overpriced service was good but they had no offers no email Club no nothing. I will be shopping at Top Dog fireworks next year. I got more bang for my buck there then I did that Galaxy

Highly overpriced costumes with no return policy. I found the exact same zombie costume sells at walmart for 3x less than I paid at this place. Im so upset and ripped off. Dont buy here unless youre going for a very detailed, bells and whistles set up. Trust me! Thats why its no refund policy. Most Halloween shops offer returns up until before Halloween at least or 14 days. Lesson learned. Shop around first. 2nd star is because staff are nice.

Great service and helpful staff, sadly they have a terrible return policy. I found a shirt I wanted to get but unfortunately, their return policy was exchange only. So I went to Party City, where they had a return policy, bought the exact same thing for a few dollars more (going back to the store, Id use that much if not more in gas). Now, Party City had a return policy where if you have everything, you could get your money back, until the 24th, then the did exchange only. I would suggest yall adopt a similar policy, I would have gotten the shirt at your place then. An exchange policy doesnt help me as Im on disability and cant afford 28$ in exchange at your place and an outfit for the halloween party I was going to (though turns out I wouldnt have returned it but as yall were the first stop, I didnt know that). Not that that is yalls issue, its not. I get you are in Katy and as such, its much more affluent, youre prices reflect that (they were really high for anyone on a strict budget). Just saying, it would accommodate more folks. I liked the store, I would like to see more ideas for piecemeal options the mens side, all you had were masks, hair, or superhero shirts...possible I missed something. Spirit Halloween store had a huge selection for piecemealing, but they were even more expensive. Being trans I find it hard to fit mens or boys sizes. Im short so I have to piece-meal it. Im too tall for boys, too short for mens. A larger selection of shirts, maybe something like sheriffs shirt, cowboy, chef, something not super-hero (though it turns out I went superhero, I wanted to go as a sheriff first though) would be extremely welcome, especially since they are more affordable for myself and others on strict budgets.

Its a fireworks place. What can I say? They had a good variety of fireworks, but as always, fireworks can be very expensive.

The place is typically a fireworks store, But it opens and sell items for Halloween. Either way, always has a great variety or products. Youll probably never leave wanting.
