Got my ears re-pierced after I screwed it up a few months ago. They we quick and courteous. The place is bright and clean, not like the seedy tattoo studios you see on TV. It was pleasant overall.

I got a tattoo of my dog done by Chase Young. He was great! The tattoo came out beautiful and he was very friendly and accommodating. The tattoo is almost healed and I’m so happy with the results. I would definitely go back to him for more work!

Lee gave me my first piercing, an industrial, and was happy to keep me informed of everything going on and what Id need to do. I went in super nervous, but he has a great sense of humor and customer service! Overall super happy and feeling great about my new piercing.

If you want an awesome Tattoo Jorge is your guy. I had my consultation with him and told him what I wanted. When I came in for my appt. I was blown away at what he came up with. I did a memorial tattoo for my father & brought a picture he was going to get for a sleeve before he passed away. He didnt change much as I requested and kept it as original as possible. We added an angel and clock with my dads signature. This tattoo was so personalized and detailed. Jorge has such a light hand too. His talent shows in his work guys. The shop is super clean. All the artists who work there are so kind & passionate! If you want quality work you wont be disappointed when you arrive! Ive never been more proud of a tattoo like I am my half sleeve!

I recently got tattooed by Jorge, it was my second tattoo and from what I remember from my first it hurt like hell. This one didn’t hurt as bad, Jorge said he knew leg/ankle tattoos hurt, so he went in and did the job, I absolutely love it and will probably continue going to him for the rest of my tattoos. This studio is clean, everyone there was professional, and has great work.

Ive had a few pieces done here by Janice. She is AMAZING and crazy talented. She is easy to talk to and really puts in 100% to create a piece of art you will cherish forever (duh). You can tell she prides herself in doing great work and she enjoys it! All the staff are friendly and professional and everyone makes you feel so comfortable. The owner Spiro is really cool too and I had the pleasure of meeting his beautiful wife today too. Shes a cool chick. The studio was very clean & sanitary and I would even say as sanitary as a hospital. I will definately be back (even though my family and I will likely be moving 3 1/2 hours away). I had to get all my piercings taken out for some x-rays and I couldn’t change some myself. The piercer helped me out! He was really kind and helped me. I also got my first Cartilage piercing here and it healed so nicely and I had no problem!

I wanted to get a tattoo of a sketch my mother drew. And when I finally had the money to, I decided to do some research and find the right tattoo place and the right artist for me and what I want. I discovered AI tattoo and found BB my artist. The overall experience was comfortable and pleasant. People were kind to me, BB went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. We took breaks when needed and he made sure to do my mothers art justice. The tattoo turned out absolutely amazing. It was a five star experience. With corona virus I could see that they went double in their sanitation making sure the beds were 6ft apart, masks, plastic wrap on the bed, the works. If you were nervous about the virus before you walked in, it went away the second you saw how they had it all set up. It was a good price for the size and quality of the tattoo.I noticed some one star reviews being petty and talking about the price being too high and all I have to say to you is a cheap tattoo is not good, and a good tattoo is not cheap. These artists arent the type to do a cheap tattoo. They are incredible artists and that was made obvious by the art framed on the walls.BB made sure I understood the after care instructions. After I had left I was told my grandfather passed away. Everything he told me disappeared in my head. When I emailed him and explained the situation he was happy to retell me what to do.This was a great experience and I will be coming again for my next tattoo.

I am very upset with the piercing I got here back in July. I got my tragus done and the jewelry didn’t seem right but the piercer reassured me it was. It just fell out yesterday and I went to a new piercer to get it put back in. He told me the jewelry was ment for a nose ring and that I was probably pierced with it because the shop ran out of tragus rings and did the piercing anyway. The piercing cost me about 70$ and now I have to get it fixed for another 60$ at another piercer! Very upset that this happened and now I have to dish out more money for a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. The new piercer also told me this is why is probably didn’t heal right the first time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.Update: while I was at the new piercers he noticed my rook (which I didn’t point out to him) and said he could see the irritation bumps and that it was pierced to far out so it probably wouldn’t heal correct. When I called Artistic impression I was told it is normal to pierce a tragus with a nose ring but this is the only salon who has told me this. The other three places I visited today to get help said that is wrong. The 18 gage of the nose ring isn’t even correct for a tragus so my new piercer had to pierce it with the correct bigger gage cause he didn’t carry a tragus in a nose ring gage (keep in mind the new place I went to only does piercings and has every shape and size of all different jewelry types) when I also mentioned to artistic impressions that I was told my rook was wrong he got defensive and said it probably migrated. However I have the pictures of the piercing on the first day I got it and it has not migrated. I am upset that I called artistic impression to see why this mistake was made and instead of taking responsibility I was told it mostly like my fault for not taking care of the wrongly placed jewelry and that they are not in the wrong. The man on the phone was VERY defensive instead of trying to help me.

First of all my tattoo artist was Green aka Timothy Green. Want to say he was an excellent artist and I wouldnt mind coming back to him again for another tattoo.He did my very first tattoo.Green didnt rush me one bit. He took the time to talk and socialize with me, having good interpersonal conversation about what I want. He is very approachable, thats why I chose Green as my tattoo artist.A week before my tattoo, he walked me through some ideas. I exchange some of my ideas. Green was very receptive about my input.We communicated via text for a week before my appointment. He kept me up to date of my tattoo sketch. I was comfortable to tell him what I like and didnt like. Green was fine with scratching out a sketch that I didnt like.On the day of my appointment. He walked me through the tools and he slowly transitioned me through the tattoo process. Hed explain to me whats going on and the general time of how long the needle was going to run on me. I felt comfortable and easy with the process. We even socialize in between to keep my mind off the tattoo process.I will say, I am very satisfied with his work and the results gotten me many praises from the support of family, friends, and random public strangers who noticed.I came back for my free touch up a couple weeks later within the touch up policy. Green again, treated me with kindness and respect. Continued to give good quality work.I appreciate Green for being a great tattoo artist.

He was in a hurryI get that WE are all dealing with much lately, that life has gave us a 720, however, there’s NO EXCUSE for attitude when interacting with others (you as the provider, or as a client) period! Everyone has bad days, and I’d never make that an excuse to be rude to anyone period.Would I come back? Hmmm, I don’t know. I hate paying for an incomplete service. Customer service is a serious money maker!

I entered the tattoo shop and was told to wash my hands. I was super excited to get my tattoo. The artist was a guy name Green. He asked me what I wanted to get. I told him I wanted tiger paws. He starts telling me that he normally charges a $100 deposit because I didn’t bring a picture. I had a picture on my cell phone and he starts saying, “We aren’t really open until the 18th and I don’t do tiger paws.” It ended up being a horrible experience with him talking super loud in front other customers. I’m thinking it’s “Tiger Paws.” How hard could that be? I ended up leaving without a tattoo. Maybe, my tattoo wasn’t expensive enough. Customer service sucks!

His tattooing style is what I personally prefer giving crisp line work & impressive shading abilities. He heard me out on all the details I wanted then added his spin on it & the out come was awesome!! I love it!!!Looking around me as other artists were at work I was impressed with the amount of talent! One artist was applying a galaxy on a customer.... a freaking galaxy!!!I will definitely be going back to add on to my sleeve in the near future!

Super CLEAN right when you walk in! Front desk reception lady (didn’t get her name) is super sweet! Chase is very attending to his guests and makes sure you’re doing okay after a piercing once the needles goes in!However, I do wish they would give after care gels once you get the piercing.

Went on Friday night for a consult with Jorge, such a humble guy! Can’t wait to get this new piece! Spend weeks researching and looking for the right artist. I know I found him now. Will update my experience to come!
