The machines are very stingy and you can spin up to twenty spins before you win. But you only win a fraction of your bet. And if you get a spin that pays a little there wont be another win for several spins. There are times that I have lost 50 and up without ever getting my bet amount and when you spin you play a machine for 100 spins it seems that you should win more than you bet at least once. Not here. Seldom does one have a good thing to say about this boat. What everyone does like is the free play that they give but it is never been anything but a waste of time. I have been coming to this casino for several years and have only won one jackpot. Others have won but I dont know how. The machines are tighter than I think is proper making it a place that you leave thinking you just got robbed.

Of all casinos this one has least bells and whistles. So, would think they mgh the improve odds on slots to help keep visitors occupied for a while longer. Polite folks just little sound of jackpot bells in whole casino..

I like isle Capri compared to some of the other casinos in Kansas City because of the type of bets you can place on the penny machines and other machines especially on the pending machines however there isnt as many machines as other places this is a smaller casino some of the bets you can place are like 10 cents on some of the machines or up to like 50 times one through five like the unicorn game or the pirate game and beir haus. etc. And another casinos its 50 cents for the smallest bet on those machines and I really like those games and Im not made of a whole bunch of money but the money I do have I like to be able to spend and be able to win whether its a 10 cent bet or not. so for me Ill cap it at times most accommodating for the amount of money I may have. I do however just wish that I was getting offers cuz I no longer receive them for some reason I updated my address for the mail coupons but I havent been receiving them still...??

Good place to play like the comps did not like having to change my pin because they thought someone else was using my card because I just picked up my comps a couple of times without playing even though I was there last sunday spending money and lost 100=150 that day so wasnt happy tonight due to the pin experience.

Im so disappointed!! I was excited for the new ownership, but the machines are so tight.. You cant even hardly get any credits or a bonus!! There was so many people complaining about how tight the machines are since theyve switch to Casino KC. I get that they are in it to make money but seriously they need to make it worth your while to where you can at least play for a while and get a few bonuses! Definitely NOT going back! I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!

Everyone here just looks like they are having the worst time, especially the employees. Felt cramped and like all the machines where leftovers from the surrounding casinos. I know it just went through a name change but I can understand why its always been known as isle of debris

Same same, only different. The bartender was awesome, remembered what we were drinking. Slots were paying, and it feels cleaner than before. Cant wait to see what other updates are made with the change!

Its nothing different then it was. Small casino. Nothing really wrong with it other then its the ONLY casino in Metro area that takes your ID every single time you go in. Then they look at it for 20 seconds like its fake then they scan it and then you go in. If there is a line of 10 people. Be patient. Its a 30 second or more process for every person. Kind of ridiculous.

Different owner but place still appears to be the same. Havent been there in several years but had to wait for a new card way too long. Line was backing up and 2 additional employees came out but not to help customers. Masks are required but at least 30 percent were not wearing them in the casinos. Some were smoking or drinking (not necessarily actively) and some were just not wearing them. Lots of smokers and no non smoking section available. We will not be back

This is exactly what i would have imagined if Walmart installed slot machines and sold corn dogs in the corner. Apparently there is a pit section for table games, but everyone just looked confused as to why it was there.

Going into casino they scan Drivers license your is capture the data off it. No money going back into Casino I see. Got to play a hr moved to multiple machines left with what I came in with.Over experience on slots was great. Harrah’s or Hollywood was super super tight.

There was one person delivering beverages for the whole place. Never saw her once this is just what we were told.

Best Casino in KC. They have the friendliest staff and ensure everyone stays safe; they require you wear a mask and social Distance.

Making sure masks are worn properly should be a higher priority. I should not have to ask someone to tell an adult that they need to wear mask correctly.

They are going through changes they take out good machines that pay out. The snack bar had vegan options but now just pickles and onion rings. But the food is great besides that. The place is very open so it doesn’t stink too bad of nasty cigarette smokers. They have free drinks I. The coke machine.

I was there on a Saturday night and there was plenty of truck parking free. I had a good time gambling. I was not so fortunate to win but I did see many people winning nice place.

I havent found any extra perks to get excited about by any means but still, the casino has plenty of games and tables to entertain for an evening or afternoon of one way in, one way out, win, lose, or draw ... Lol

A smaller casino but plenty of machines and tables open. Had a big win also. Beverage service is a bit lacking.

Love this Casino!! Its not just about glitz and glamour or winning for me. I feel comfortable here. The lovely women at players services and the cashiers are always so nice. Some of the slot team could be a little more approachable and smile a bit more when walking around but all in all a fun place to gamble.

I stopped by after work one night and I really didnt feel safe. The security guard outside in his car wasnt very attentive. Once I was inside I really didnt feel any safer. I wont come back especially at night.

The casino was ok, but we got hassled and followed, then escorted to our vehicle by the badged staff because we went around back to take pictures of the city and see the geese feed the fish, which they have set up. It was a very bad experience. I do not recommend this place.

Same old rundown nasty looking poormans casino

I had to give it one star in order to review it but it dont deserve that IMO. As far as the games typical casino ya win some ya lose some. More slots than table games but ok by me. The reason for one star is that this place is going to hell fast . There customer service or lack of is pathetic. After a machine I was playing froze up they took 2 hours to get me my money out of it and talked down to while doing so. Bring it to the managers attention and she just laughed and walked away. Decent casino piss poor customer relations.

This is the easiest casino to get to from downtown. The food options are pretty limited with no buffet available. There is also no hotel rooms here or within walking distance. I enjoy playing blackjack there but often times they only have one table going and it can be full. I personally wish they would get rid of some slots and add more tables or food but I understand business is business.

Friendly atmosphere, live music, great food and drink! Excellent service, and great view of downtown from the outside deck where smoking is allowed. Got to try it st least once, youll be back! Great location, in and out in minutes! Seconds from downtown, right off front street, i 29/ i 35 north! Highly Recommend! Wheelchair accessible!

Its a fun place for Entertainment. When it first opened, I didnt go there much. And the few times I did go, I didnt win anything. But after all of my research on myself. I came to the conclusion that I really didnt know what i was doing, and I didnt bother with giving the Casino a fare amount of time, nor did I try more variety of slot machines. Back then, I only played a few machines, that I thought I knew. But now, I go quite frequently. And my experiences now have been much more exciting and profitable. Since Ive learned how to play several different machines. Ive also learned how to Distribute my Donations to more than just 1 or 2 machines only. And to adjust my wagers, to a level that (when, & if) I do win. The winnings are very Rewarding!

Im 27 turn my electric couple of casinos now maybe for the last 6 months or so really come to enjoy this place down here and appreciate everybody not looking at me funny walking in with my five or ten dollars but I still have big dreams and a lot of hope. Id recommend anybody to come here and often do because each time I do I feel like I have a legitimate chance to change my life for me and my kids in less than a 5 year plan . I really appreciate your alls hospitality down here even in mix of alot of real life problems its been fun
