Cottage Cove

They try and evict people for damages that were there before they moved in and they dont fix problems they say they will (i.e. badly placed sink that causes a leak, no shelving in the pantry, rotting flooring in one of the bedrooms) they seemed to have no concern for the several dogs that kept getting loose that also didnt follow the size, weight and amount guidelines. Only two pets are allowed.

The layout is organized and very spacious. Cleaned for her today and it was a simple process. Hope to d work for her again in the future.

My landlord Dale Perry was awesome!! He took very good care of me while living on there, and its very hard to find landlords who are attentive like that.

I dont live in this community but I have a co worker that does and on my 1st visit there you have to dodge all the animals and children and lock your doors and roll up your windows if you dont want the junkies jumping in your car. But hey if your out to adopt a pet or buy crack cocaine this is the place to be! It seems like there is no management at all and as a concerned citizen I attempted to call the office 11 times within 4 days... no answer no call back! And its obvious the local police dont give a damn either. This is a sad, nasty, drug infested community

This place is a disaster, weve been trying to fix the numerous problems in our trailer for a year and they have done nothing. We have holes in the bathroom floor that leads straight outside, mold inside the walls, holes in the walls, a broken stove top that needs fiddling every time we use it and more holes slowly appearing in the carpet floors. We have taken pictures and sent them to management, its been another year and not a single response. Get as far from this place as possible!

Well the living here is mostly calm and quiet here but they rent to own and pick and choose when your a home owner, wont do anything to fix your home even if they have it on a list for 4yrs LOL. But as a renter, they have a say I what you do to your home. Rent, lot rent, water, sewage they get one bill for everyone but each has own meters and listed separately and office charges 15.00 fee to give you your bills. Oh and your a home owner when property tax comes, your a renter when you want to move mobile home.

Cottage Cove is a lease to own trailer park. For such locations it is moderate. There are certainly worse places to be in comparison. Rent prices are usually lower than renting a house. They do not engage in repairs after the first year though, so beware! Educate yourself on lease to own before switching from traditional rent as the laws governing it differ as well as renters insurance. Cottage Cove is a peaceful neighborhood most of the time, many families have children. There us a playground. I mark points off Cottage Cove for their tendancy to fall through on repairs. This almost made give it 2 stars but the reality is that in comparison to similar locations they are better. Lots of trailers are from around 2006 as far as i can tell. If you go here, dont be afraid to request to veiw multiple locations. Multiple viewings such as after a rain storm can help you spot unwanted issues.

The office manager has always been helpful and nice when I have needed information she has always gotten it for me. I live in the area and other than my daughter having one incident with another tenant we have not had any problems.

This place is terrible and trashy, if I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff are thief’s, rude and judgmental. Staff are also lazy and neighbors don’t know how to mind their on own business. Would NOT recommend.

This looks like a decent place, a little worn around the edges.Pursuant to a Craigslist ad, Ive called twice on different days during business hours with no answer or return call, and when I drove up, theyd closed earlier than their posted hours. How can you do business if youre not there and dont bother to pick up the phone?

Wonderful community with great people. Quiet and friendly, everyone makes you feel welcome.

Management is winging it comes up with rules as they go.tendants pay up to 500 for just lot rent and your company if parked on grass their cars are towed.What you pay for rent you get a house for.You can be fined for any little thing,unless your Mexican that is.They can park cars were they wish.If you have a car that looks good but has no insurance on it can be towed yet your paying up too 500 a month for just lot not including the 300 to 350 for trailor payment.

Noisy neighbors. Management never answers the phone to recieve complaints.

This place charges way to much for rent. No security. We have had our house and most of the neighbors broken into!! Bicycles stolen! Pets go missing. Drugs being sold at the community park!! Teens spray painting on peoples cars and houses. This place is a joke.

A long time ago, I have visited this neighborhood, and I remember some of them having satellite services, and the houses were clean and decent. Times sure have changed.

This place has areas with play equipment for children. The people that live there seem to be one big happy family

I visit a friend regularly and it seems to be a family party and relatively quite.

Went by to check available rentals. The lady in the office was very friendly!

They let animals roam all over the park, and the property manager always leaves early for the day
