The staff is far from friendly or helpful.Not just a one time occurrence havent had a good experience with employees there are over several times throughout the past year.There isnt a ton of games but it is just a small located in a mall.Avoid employees as much as possible and should be able to have fun. A few things have been broken for a while now.A few games where you can win tickets to get prizes,some kiddie rides and different video games. A decent place to kill time with the kids on Windward side.

Good variety of games. Party package is reasonable. Just wish there was a dedicated party room (with a restroom) and longer party reservation slots. We want to maximize the 90-minute play card, but that only leaves 30 minutes for food and/or cake.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the games was broken and the staff was willing to give us our credit back for the machine. The games arent too bad either, and the prizes are decent. I gave this location a five star because of the service I recieved.

Pretty spectacular Fun Factory, wish this location was closer to where I live. The prices are a little cheaper than other Fun Factories on island.

Rude staff from what Ive experienced so far. I asked one of them where a certain game was and he looked annoyed and simply pointed to the back of the room and said, over there. thats it. It was literally useless information for me. I had to still look around all over the place.

It was amazing and their games were really fun! They just need happier staff
