I had come in the shop before and talked with Jake who was very helpful and friendly! But The second time I came back to actually buy the bow kit, I was disappointed with the customer service. A fella named Wesley, Westley? Who cares..ignored me when I walked in the door and after waiting around the bows and looking around anxiously I finally asked who worked there... and he rudely replied “maybe the guy wearing the flaming Aarow’s shirt”....okay I couldn’t see your shirt buddy sorry...and it just went downhill from there. He was bot intrested in selling me a bow at all. He did not want to explain anything. I felt like I was prying info out of him...he was terrible I am never going back again. The people at sportsman are honestly so helpful and nice and eager to help customers I’m just going to go support them. They ALL seem like they actually care. Jake, you were great! But other dude needs a customer service class or needs to work in the back away from customers... thanks for trying bud.
Awesome service and great selection! I experience poor service at another local archery shop and went in here to see if they could help. Much better service as it felt like actually wanted to help my issue rather than shoe me out the door. Highly recommend!
This place has it all! My husband went in to get his first bow. Loyde was AMAZING, he walked up to us to offer help and didnt leave our side through trying several bows. He shared his knowledge openly and was just a pleasant person. Between Nicole and Steve, we left with a fully assembled bow, case and all the accessories you could imagine. They make you feel right at home. Definitely recommend them!
My teenage son and his friend went into Flaming Arrow to have a compound bow restrung. When my husband and I heard that they were going to be charged $65 for a this we were shocked! We called Sportsmans and learned they that they charge $25 for the same service. Unfortunately our call was not answered 10 minutes before Flaming Arrow closed. They were able to quickly restring the bow before closing and we ended up having to pay $65 the next day. When I called to express my complaint Nicole was very respectful and admitted that this is the fee they have to charge to stay open. But I was unhappy with the fact that she said the bow was in pieces when we know for a fact that it was not. Im all for supporting small local businesses but not when they charge my son 3 times as much to do so.
I have found my bow shop! Quick, cost efficient knowledge people! Thank you so much! All of my friends will know about your shop!
Went in to the shop for the first time today to get my son’s new bow set up. Wow, what a wonderful refreshing experience!! The shop was perfect, the employees/owner was so kind and helpful!! I would recommend this stop to any and everyone.
Best bow shop anywhere! We come from Stevensville and completely pass Straight 6 Archery! That place is not a bow shop it is a boy band group.
Well-stocked and well ran archery shop. I brought my youngboy up there to get all tuned up they have everything you need and a very friendly staff. Highly recommend anyone thinking about bringing in their youth
I love flaming arrow. Makes my once a week a amazing day of the week.
Nicole and her staff are amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They carry everything you would ever need to bow hunt or compete. Everyone is incredibly helpful and great at what they do. Very reasonably priced. Dont guess and buy something online. These guys will have it or can get it quickly and have it competitively priced, even if its not a normal company or item they carry. Take all the guess work out of it and go see them!
I love flaming arrow but lately they got a new worker. He is very disrespectful. I was talking about guns and we got to the point of me telling a story about a friend that shot 1600 yards!!! And a antolope. He said that it wasnt inpressive. I bet he hasnt shot over 800. He kept going on on how it wasnt impressive and hes just so rude! My cousin is the top shooter in montana and has been shooting for nine years. My cousin went to go help a friend adjust his bow and he said “stop” and told him he dosent know what hes doing. Nicole you need to either fix this or FIRE him.
Great service and got to shoot my bow a few times to sight it in perfectly. Had everything I needed and great targets.
The owner Nicole is the best! She always greets you with a smile. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to answer your questions. It’s a great local archery shop that everyone should support.
I went in to buy a brand new bow. He grabbed the bow and began to set it up. Other customers walked in and my bow stopped being set up for this customers. An hour and a half went by and he still hadn’t touched my bow. I left and bought the same bow at ski haus. The haus has the best techs in town and they don’t blow you off for window shopping. All in all Flaming arrow is the worst shop in Kalispell.
Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Im sure I will be returning frequently.
Excellent service. As a beginner archer, I was welcomed in, given advice, and there was no pressure at all to perform or buy any fancy gear. I will certainly be back for any archery related needs.
Very knowledgeable staff. As a beginner I felt they were interested in encouraging me to shoot, get the right products, not just separating me from my dollars.
Great shop, always friendly and helpful.
Completely incredible apples and oranges compared to other bow shops Ive been to in the state they have all the right equipment to check cam timing at full draw center Shot site placement top of the line gear friendly and great service well worth it so good in fact my friend is going to fly from Oregon just to have them super tune his bow thanks flaming arrow
Flaming Arrow has a lot to offer and is a great place to shop.
I am new to the bow world. I do have many friends that bow hunt and they all recommended Flaming Arrow. I couldnt be happier with my experience there, excellent customer service and they didnt treat me like a dumbass who doesnt know anything even though my bow knowledge is very limited as of now. Overall great friendly service, very knowledgeable and willing to help even the newest shooter!
Im a beginner and finally got the courage to stop in here. Boy am I glad I did. Everyone was super nice, especially the young lady working there. She helped me pick out some new arrows, cut them down and fit tips on them. Very helpful, and I do mean helpful- not like pushy sales person helpful. As much as I liked the people in JUST the achery department at Sportsmans, I will be going to the Flamming Arrow instead.
These guys are great and know their business, the prices are good and you are buying local. Nice range to practice in as well. They helped me setup a bow that was given to me.
My family and I went to Flaming Arrow to get some adjustments done to our bows that we recently acquired. We had never been there before and the staff there treated us with such caring service, and promptly attended to our needs without question. The lady that works there was so sweet and helpful and full of laughter you could tell she really loved her job. I shot my new bow for the first time wile there and noticed I needed a new release, the owner of the shop had no problem opening up 2 different releases for me to try out and even fitted them to my hand for me and showed me a few pointers as well. while shooting my bow some of the loyal customers there had no problem helping me out without question. I left there and decided to turn back before they closed to get my 4 year old son one of there starter bows they had. I called and asked the lady to set aside the kids bow and a target for me to come pick up. When I got there they had taken the bow out of the package and was getting it all set up for my son to shoot. Words cant even describe the friendly feeling I got from everyone there, employee and customers both I felt like I was on the show Cheers they treated us like theyve known us for years. And for that we will for ever be loyal customers of the Flaming Arrow Archery Shop.
I purchased the bow i was looking for and received the best possible service. the staff is kind and helping while the products are top of the line. i would recommend flaming arrow archery to anyone looking for a new bow or just looking to get into archery.
I got my very first bow here. A recurve that works great. They helped me learn to shoot it and all that jazz. The people who work here were friendly to my grandparents and me. If I hadnt moved I would continue going here.
I received great service and was treated very well for a novice bowhunter. Great staff and selection. Thanks!
Great service, knowledgeable staff and quick turnaround time on my archery gear everytime!
Very friendly and knowledgeable people. Fun place to stop by.
When I came in the door i was automatically greeted even tho the shop we super busy and then they help me find the first bow that I ever bought great place
I am a stroke patient, I went to Flaming Arrow to purchase a new bow, the trained staff at Flaming Arrow showed me a Bowtec Carbon Knight... it drew smooth, was super light, and shot very good. Well the next day, I owned it!! I have taken it back in for a few add ons, and service, and all times I have received excellent and prompt service, I would gladly buy from them again.. in fact, I plan to buy a second bow soon from them... maybe the RPM 360??? I will have my Drawloc installed on it. Thanks Flaming Arrow, for being a GREAT bowshop... and for the great customer service... Alan Farnum
Great people!
The owner was extremely grumpy and not very helpful. I went to Spirit Quest Archery and got way better service.
They had what I was looking for.
