Love revel and roll!! Alana was our waitress and she was so friendly and also was wearing her mask! Shes great!

Fun place for the kids. I took advantage of the Weekend package. $50 so 4 people get to bowl for 1.5 hours and each get a $10 video game card. Their pizza was okay. I really like the bowling scoring where they take a photo of each player and make fun cartoon cut scenes between sets.

We had a great time. I carried my little grand daughters there while they were visiting from Alabama. They had not been to an arcade before and it was a blast. The guy in the coupon redemption store was very patient and sweet with the 4 and 7 year old girls. I will be back and will recommend this place to others. The food was ok also.

I really love the 2 story laser tag, it is highly unique in kalamazoo and worth visiting. Also the bowling lanes are fairly advances allowing for different game modes from skilled games for adults to wacky games for the kids. Also has pool tables, a bar and good food and drinks. Pricing is on the high end of moderate.

This place was so awesome. The manager James was the best person. He made sure my daughter had the best birthday. The staffs generosity made it a place that we will continue to enjoy with our entire family for as along as Revel and Roll exist. I am more than grateful for the hospitality and the great customer service. We will definitely be back. Two thumbs up guys.

We had such a WONDERFUL experience at Revel and Roll West. Our company used the suite for our Christmas party. The staff here goes above and beyond to meet your needs. We did heavy appetizers for our meal and everyone loved it. The room was decorated beautifully and we didnt need to bring in any of our own decorations for the room. Revel and Roll is a great place to have your next event!

Revel roll has an amazing set up for entertainment. But their service is severely lacking and their prices are ridiculously high for the area its located

I really enjoyed my time there! I was there for a work party. We enjoyed some food, beverage and played several games of laser tag and bowled a few games. Laser tag was so much fun!!!! We had a group of 12 and the room space and how it was set up was great! Shout out to the worker Carlis who upped our experience!

Have been a few times and my family and I love it! Top notch service. James and Ty at the front desk and Carlis in the arcade area are wonderful! Myranda was our server and she is wonderful! We highly recommend Revel and Roll to everyone!

I recently visited revel and roll and was amazed at the modernism. they have many different games and events to choose from and you can even host your own event. the games in the arcade seem a little expensive but still an awesome place to spend the weekend.

Bowling and arcade are great, but the restaurant is lacking supervision and an experienced wait staff. Everyone is friendly, but if you want to have customers come in for the dining experience, you should have a trained staff for that.

Took my son Byron bowling was are first time ever being here, but this bowling alley is awesome and we will be back.

Wife and I wanted to go bowling on NYE and understood things would be busy. We called ahead and were told by a manager that the lanes were fully booked until 8pm and after that they were first come first serve.Cut to 8pm and we come in prepared to wait in line for a lane because we understood the circumstances. We get to the rental counter and the associate tells us that the lanes are reserved until 10pm. I voice my confusion (not blaming her because she was not at fault. She was very polite.) because we were obviously lied to and she pointed us to the manager who I spoke to on the phone earlier.The manager stops to speak with me and he tells me, without at any understanding of the full on contradiction he would speak, that the lanes were all booked up until 10 or after by people being put on a waitlist before 6pm. It takes a dense person to not realize that is literally a list of reservations. First come-first served at 8pm means whoever is there at 8pm first will get a lane. Being put on a waitlist is literally the same thing as taking reservations except by a different name.Because he didn’t fully grasp his contradiction, he didn’t apologize or attempt to make any kind of attempt to correct the situation. I received a couple of free play gift cards to use in the arcade from a giveaway prior to this situation, but unfortunately they will go unused because this was my first and only visit to this business.

Overpriced food. Lanes were so so. Repeated issues with computer and ball return. We were there for a fund raiser, so it wasnt a big deal, but I would not choose this house to bowl at. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

On 11-7-19 my family and I went into this establishment and were treated like we shouldve been there. Ive gone to this place of business before and never received this treatment. I was gonna chalk it up to just a bad night but our order was wrong and the place was beyond slow. I stayed respectful and paid for our wrong order and left. The waiter was very disengaged. I felt profiled and unfortunately will not be returning to this business.

Wont be coming back here. Started a tab and as we payed, it ended up being a lot more money than expected. Wasnt told that 20% tip automatically goes to the waitress off of your credit card without letting you know. Wouldnt have given her a tip if I had a choice. Came to our table 3 times in the time of our 2 and a half hour stay. Terrible service and wish I was told about the auto tip. Not to mention prices for games and activitys is OUTRAGEOUS. 1 game for 3 people was 30$ and 4$ for shoes.

We had a company function on the private lanes. It was a great time. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for group events. Also, the lazer tag course is lots of fun!

Its very similar to airway lanes, but catered more to adults. The atmosphere could improve if the lights were dimmed. Its really bright in the main lobby where one bowls. Although, the sectioned off area for large parties is really nice and offers lots more to the venue. If more of the venue was like this, then this would get 5 stars instead of 4. Also, the employees are really nice there.

Loved the space and had so much fun at a friends birthday party. The bowling has some fun animations that use your personal face to turn into a cartoon, loved!!! Serves are very friendly but a little inexperienced. They take the orders off the table before we are done and talk to each other on the bar louder then those friends next you. Prices are ok. Laser tag is a must, we went as a big group of 17 people and we definitely need to do it again.

Over all had a great time. Was first time going there. I see that I will be going back in the future. A group of us from work went and we all enjoyed ourselves. The staff is great. When we got ready to play laser tag we realized that there was a problem. I am an amputee and it took two hands. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I enjoyed playing. Would of been better if I was able to do it myself but maybe next time it will be fixed so I can play by myself. I would recommend this place. Very clean also. Thanks to the two guys that made it a memorable time for me.

Currently here, had to ask for a server 3 times after 25 minutes of no service. Flagged one down, got the eye roll. Ordered wings, wouldnt have if we had been told they are out of anything to dip in. Beyond surprised that you found me so quickly to fix the situation. Totally impressed!!

Great place love the new vibe to it. This is not your ordinary bowling alley, but it is the best one. I love the concept and its a great place to bring friends and just hang out. Brings you back to high school with the cheap prices for bowling and the arcade games that go for days. The bar is even better and the food is good to say the least. Definitely a place to check out whether living in or visiting the area.

Ordered from the bar and again while bowling and the prices were different for the same drinks. Also ordered a pretzel platter for a snack and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Please take this menu item off...

I held part of my bachelor party here and we absolutely loved it. We showed up a little late and couldnt stay for the whole 2-hour game pass so the manager gave us a free game of lazer tag! We are very thankful for the Revel and Roll staff!

Not many pool halls around anymore but the tables here are good, house cues are the same as house cues anywhere, marginal at best. Good amount of space around the tables and has been quite clean overall each visit. Good pricing on by the hour pool, and drinks are reasonably priced.

Great place to go to have fun for any one of any age, I didnt think a 1 year old would enjoy her self so much and she had a blast.

Atmosphere is nice, bright, and clean. It bucks the stereotype of a dingy, dark bowling alley. Food is pretty good, better than traditional bowling alley fare. Service was lackluster. It felt like our server didnt know much or how to place orders. Seems it would be more effective if it was just an available iPad to place orders at each lane in lieu of a server.

Bowling is relatively inexpensive. Groupon offers deals for this location which makes the prices even better. Decent sized arcade and great laser tag arena. The pizza is good as well.

I really enjoyed my first time visit here today. The environment was very clean, and bright in the arcade and dim at the bowling alley. The restaurant was pretty nice and food was delicious. The staff was superb, very customer friendly, caring, and considerate. The attendant at the arcade was very nice, and she let my kids play with some of the prizes there so they could choose what to buy. One of the waitresses in the bowling alley approached me like nobody else ever did before. As I was waiting to bowl, I heard a voice behind me say Hey, how are you!? I turned and saw her smiling at me. For a few seconds I thought I knew her. Then I realized I did not, as she asked me if she could get me something. I thought for a few seconds before I realized she worked there. She complimented on my college sweatshirt, then promptly brought me the drinks I ordered. Ill be going back soon!

I cant believe this place is a bowling alley. Their food simply isnt like any other bowling alley Ive been to.Laser tag, bowling, great food & drinks... what more could I ask for. Not too pricey either.

My ball got stuck due to me not knowing enough to clean it after every throw. I think the person that saw my distress just got there & asked me what was wrong. I got it back of course. I had the honor of meeting Tim the head mechanic. They knew so much I was very happy to talk with him!!!The wait staff was awesome as well; the one who helped me & the one serving me!

We had a blast bowling here as a family. Our one hour of bowling ended before the game was done and the staff generously extended it so we could finish. The environment was clean including the bathrooms and the employees were friendly and helpful. Well definitely be visiting again!

This place has a great new, fresh and open layout. They now have a private area for large partys that includes bowling. Not the best food though. Great place for a bowl.

Told an hour and fifteen minutes for lane waited over 2 hours with lots of lanes open. Told guy behind counter that we were leaving and take our name of list, And all of a sudden lane were available for us. Kids were already done. I advise calling in advance for lane

Had an amazing trip to Revel and Roll. George was an amazing bartender and the food came out spectacular. Had a good time playing laser tag and some games. Just wish there was more to do in the adult lounge area. Much respect for the owner, and management! Trent, Mike, George, and Bob thank you! It is always a pleasure.

Very disappointed in this establishment. I came in every so often to visit who was a very down to earth manager, who respect and treated his employees and customers with nothing more but respect. Who would work every time he was asked and made sure the job was done to satisfaction. Would even work past his timeGoing above and beyond if help was needed.I have noticed since this place has opened that they don’t keep employees long. The turnover rate is not good.Not to mention the price for bowling per hour is insane!!!!!!!

On Saturday March 24 myself, and a group of family and friends all gathered at Revel and Roll for bowling and fun there were at least 16 of us. Upon our arrival, we were placed on a wait, so we decided to dine in the restaurant Legends.Patrick was our server. When we started to order food, we were informed that there werent any pizzas. This was disappointing, because we really had our hearts set on your pizzas. Theyve always been delicious.Patrick spoke with his manager, and got us flat bread pizzas at a discounted price for the price of pizzas. We ordered 6. This was the best display of service Ive seen in a long time. He went above and beyond to make our experience a great one and when our lanes became available he made sure to deliver our food to the lanes with a smile. He was nice and courteous the whole time. Split the checks 6 ways and was a true reflection of great customer service.Thank you for a wonderful visit. I will definitely be back and my family as well. Great food, great fun and amazing service.Patrick was a rock star!

Until this bowling alley was updated, I would have given it two stars. Before the second round of remodel I went bowling here and was creeped out. There were weird workers staring at us while we bowled and it just seemed like a pretty dirty place. Now, it is much better they have a dining area, pool tables, bowling, and a small arcade. Service is usually friendly and fast. Overall a very nice bowling alley, but I would not recommend eating here as it is overpriced and very lacking.

Great opportunity for family and or friend time. Current Monday special allows for 2 hours of bowling for just shoe rental price. Of course who can bowl without a drink and snack? You wont have to with this special. Clean, comfortable environment for the whole family, young, old, and in between. We enjoyed today!

We had a great time on each of the 2 occasions weve been to R&R in the last month. The upgrades from the new owners are fantastic. From the food, to the bar, to the decor, games, laser tag, and even the bathrooms, everything has a nice, more upscale feel. R&R is a great time for the whole family! They even have several ramps for littlest of bowlers.

Basic arcade/bowling ally combo. Arcade shop was a little light (no difference) as a parent but means the world to a kid. The one on Sprinkle is less crowded and has a bit more selection. Price wise both places are similar.

Went to Revel and Roll with a group of friends Friday night. We had one person too many and the staff worked with us to put all of us near together. I decided to not bowl and it even things out. Now to my story, so I sat and watched the game and you have an outstanding waiter named Patrick. This young man had a smile on his face that would light up a room. He was efficient and courteous and fast. I just wanted to say kudos to Patrick. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Yes i am a current Employee of Revel and Roll West. Im writing this Review Because my mother and step dad was very happy with the service. The two cooks Reed and Alexis did a fantastic job with their meals. I have only know Reed and Alexis since November of 2017 and me being new to cooking world they have helped me make big steps into the cooking world I love to see them around more. they definitely need a raise!!!! or promotion or both. I like the Management here.

Good food and entertainment. More than just bowling. Small to medium arcade, laser tag, pool. Lots of bar and dining space. Food is pricey but good, same with the entertainment. Dont go for a cheap night out. Lots of fun and delicious but youll pay for it.

Awesome place! our boss booked this place for us to have our Christmas party it was really awesome. Loved the arcade as well as the Pizza!

Very nice facility but prices were way too high. Bowling was $30/hr for a lane and $1 for each arcade game. Service could also be improved. I sat at the bar for over 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgment from the bartender and they werent even busy. My opinion is that Airway Fun Center is a better value. I dont see the reason to go back to Revel and Roll until the prices are more competitive.

We had a great time. Had lunch which was very good. Than bowling and finished the day with some video games and laser tag. Everyone working was friendly and helpful. Would recommend for everyone.

Great time. We rented the private lounge for a Christmas party and it was a blast. I wish I could remember my servers name but he worked for the group on 01/05 in the private lounge from 6 to 10pm. He was phenomenal! Everything was clean and well maintained as well. The bowling scoring pads were very modern and worked extremely well. 5/5 experience, will defiantly be back.

Great place for an outing and to have fun

I loved the arcade games they had.. The bowling area is a bit crammed. 2 people cannot bowl at the same time.. There’s not enough area for that. And the seating arrangement is also a bit awkward.. We face the people on the other side. It’s like they didn’t have privacy!
