Amy was so helpful this afternoon while purchasing my first pair of skates. She helped me put the toes guards on, lace them up. Insisted i try out on the floor to ensure i like the fit/how they skate. She gave me advice about how to maintain balance. She helped me learn a new stop technique. She also suggested i follow someone to watch videos to learn new tricks/tips. Extremely helpful, and i cant wait until they open their doors to the public to get out on their rink!Thank you so so much to both of you Ps. I have been SEARCHING for this skate and theyve been sold out everywhere i was able to get them same day by appointment! Amy made it happen within 30 minutes of calling.

Loved roller skating here! I wont go anywhere else!!! I have a 2 year old, and rented toddler skates! They have the wheels tightened so tight she could just walk in them!It made my motherly instinct so much happier!! I couldnt have asked for a better experiance!Thank you.

I booked my 10 year old a party package. With only 2 day notice. Heather was amazing. She checked on us multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend anyone to book a party here.

Good, real fun for kids and adults. Noce little cafe too. Be warned- they block WiFi here so kids have to actually interact!

My stepson had his birthday here recently. We all had an amazing time. They got home a good deal and we ordered a bunch of pizzas. Their pizzas are similar to little Caesars which we loved. The music is a mix of classics and new music and they play several fun games to keep things interesting. Very happy with the staff and service we received.

Kids had fun

Went there for a birthday party for my two kids. My overall take is not good. The only plus is the people are very pleasant when they take your money. Almost $200 for a “deluxe” party. Granted you get skating for 12 and two pizzas. But they told me we get 2 hrs, 1:00-3:00 they said. Actually only from 1:00-2:45. And they hound you about getting out of the way. We were so rushed to eat and do presents. We didn’t even have time to have our cake. They offer no buffer room between parties. Oh yeah, and you get 5 pitchers of soft drinks. But if you want a pitcher of water...TAP WATER you have to pay $1.00, I just spend $200 the least they could do is offer complimentary tap water pitchers. Ugh. Over all a very so so experience. Will not do ever again. Or recommend to anyone.

Great place to go and have a skate day ....downside the music is really out of date and they dont seem to have a adult skate. If they improved on these things this place would be back on the map in Kalamazoo

Okay so this was fun and staff is so nice Im usually shy cause Im 9 and the people where so nice but the people there roller skating are even nicer for example there was a woman named Kristie and she was amazing she tried convincing me to roller skate but I was to scared but it was fun I went twith my friend and one of the staff members Xander was funny and beyond like the nicest person everrrrrrr there like fr!! This is by far the best place in Kalamazoo Michigan for entertaining

Kids enjoy skating staff could be a little friendlier

This was a awful facility. Running over capacity today. They locked the children inside the building. Myself and another parent were banging on the door for a long period of time before someone shoved the door open so quicky that the other lady got hurt. Not to mention I called 2 times prior and no one answered. This is on this day a health hazzard facility where parents were unable to open the door easily to pick up their children. Yes I called the police and filed a complaint and took photos of the disaster going on inside the facility

Had my daughters birthday party here and she had so much fun. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely one of the more affordable options for an indoor kids party during the winter! Not super fancy, but the kids had a blast!

If I could rate less than one star I would, drove all the way here and nobodys here though the sign on the door says FRIDAY opens at 6!

So much fun!!

Came on Friday July 19th at 7pm (on Google says open 6-9pm) to an closed building. No signage indicating was closed for special occasion or emergency. Calls went unanswered so there was no way to check ahead of time if it was open.

The skates are terrible with mine only the outer fifth actually touched the floor. And the floor is even worse. The paint slows the skates down and they section off part of the floor making the rink even smaller

My daughters loved it and we had fun.

Tonight I was at roller world and I ordered chicken nuggets and like 15 minutes later I never got them and I asked the concession stand worker when they were gonna be ready and he said that he never got an order of chicken nuggets then he made me pay for them again and I had to wait another like 15 to 20 minutes until he even put my chicken nuggets in. I was very unhappy with the chicken nuggets they were kinda burnt and tasted weird.

This place has changed so much. No arcade games, no rock climbing or lazer tag. Cost 1.25 to request a song. 4 out of the 5 rollerblades I tried on were broken. Very crammed in how they have the seating arrangements. So pricey now. Some of the staff were extremly rude especially for people who work with kids. I will not be visiting again.

Place is kinda small and out dated but was a really good time. Price is a little higher then some of the other rollers drinks around so price kinda make you want to go other places. Also when renting skates make sure to check your wheel to make sure the turn I had a skate that 3 wheels didnt work on one skate and 1 on the other. Music choices are average and about every 3 minutes you hear a girl yelling at people over the mic.

The place is either too hot or too cold. The floor is dusty, sticky, and has cracks in it. The food is either not cooked enough or burnt, the place isn’t clean and the bathrooms are disgusting. There is someone always yelling at people during the music, the skate rentals sometimes have missing toes tops or broken wheels. There sometimes is mosquitoes in the place, and you cannot bring food for birthday parties and you are rushed to leave afterwards.

Very outdated! Hasnt been cleaned or renovated since prob the early 80s. Over priced, not clean, bathrooms disgusting! Over priced boxed concessions just thrown in the microwave. Very disappointed. Yuck. Wont be returning.

I love Rollerworld it is a place that makes you feel like family.

Little pricey on rentals and food.. But my daughter loves going roller skating there!

Super fun way to stay active when it starts to get cold. You have to rent helpers for the small kiddos, theyre not included.
