Helpful staff one can talk to without embarrassment about intimacy and product issues. They oçassionaly throw in a gift.

The ladies working here were rude, signs posted all over not to touch the merchandise but yet the price tags were on the back of the dang packaging. But what really killed it was the fact that as we were pulling away one of the employees went outside with a pen and paper & looked as if she was writing down our license plate. Trust me I don’t need to steal anything from here, way too overpriced and not enough merchandise. Won’t be back & won’t ever recommend.

Nice store. Good selection. My problem is being followed around the store, like on my heels, the entire time I am there. This is all 3 times I have gone. I find this very creepy and uncomfortable considering what I am shopping for. Employees need to back off and let people shop. I have never bought for this reason. And I wont be back.

My girl and I love this store. They have everything you could possibly imagine plus better pricing than local competitors. The staff here are well trained and very professional. i recommend this store first and foremost in the Kalamazoo area.

Good experience walking in ty I recommend this lovers lane

I came to Kalamazoo to visit for the weekend and seen this store on my way to my cousins house so I thought Id stop in with my sister. The selection of items was huge and there were a lot of products. The reason I am giving this a two star rating is due to the woman working who followed my sister and I around the store as if we were going to steal and it made us feel uncomfortable to purchase anything. No matter which area we walked to she was in pursuit and we just left.
