My boyfriend and I adore this resort and have stayed multiple times. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very nice, the oceanfront is perfect, and the vibe is overall great. We love staying near so many good restaurants and having access to Zeke’s taxi service as well. We tried their restaurant for the first time this stay and the food was superb. The Nest fragrance products they use for their toiletries is the best part. Can’t wait to come back next year.

So we arrive Friday at 8pm I was with a handicap man needless to say was a blast dragging all my luggage up and him up to room as no one offered. It was late 830pm find out no room service (sorry this place is pricey so I was surprised) Then find out Spa is closed and they dont come in an freshen up room sorry at 200 bucks a night can someone please make my bed????? Then reading info stay 2nights get 3rd for free. I had booked online like most normal ppl but for some reason I could not get a confirmation number so I called the hotel to confirm no word of guess what you can stay an extra night for free. When I read that I physically went to front desk to speak to a very nice woman that gave me such a line my head was spinning. Obviously I got no where. I just hate that. Just tell the truth. It was rated 4stars I know everyone is crazy with covid but could you let guests know in advance no spa open! I This was recommended by a very tasteful friend that lives in Juno as one of the best hotels. The staff was very pleasant. The restaurant was very disappointing though the wait staff was very nice very limited menu.I ordered a shrimp dish that was horrible and I am really not that fussy. I am still living and learning!
Our stay here exceeded our expectations. We had just a one night Anniversary stay and it was definitely memorable. I cant believe this little hidden gem is located so close to us! So many staff members we came into contact with made sure we were enjoying ourselves and did many things to ensure we celebrated a special Anniversary. It all started off with Jackies warm welcome at the front desk and a special hand written card waiting for us in our beautiful room. Then we luckily had the pleasure of having Linda take care of our dinner that evening. She anticipated our every need and then some. You dont come across many servers like that anymore! She was beyond wonderful! The restaurant manager, Melissa is also a rare gem. She also ensured our evening was memorable. I literally cant say enough positive things about this place.
Jupiter Beach Resort is the best spot in town if you wanna feel pampered come sit outside at the tiki bar where the service is always phenomenal, with a gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Food is yummy, refreshing drinks, bartender Travis hospitable as ever! Been coming here for decades to feel like I’m on vacation, even if it’s only for an hour or two! Used to be my Dads favorite spot with me too when he was alive to come get some sun and some lunch
Had a great time, staff was friendly, everything was clean.My only complaint would be to have better furniture in the rooms, i had to get some work done and there were no tables for working or eating. No silverware in the room (although when i asked the lobby they provided disposable ones). Apart from that, had a great time.
Great location. Rooms are a bit dated but that didn’t exactly bother me too much. Overall, would recommend if wanting to stay on the beach in the Jupiter area.

Front desk staff are nice, food better than average but no Sunday brunch and ran out of outdoor seating by 930 am Sun.. Restaurant wasnt opening French doors or windows, a lot of unmasked guests, Decent parking, nice beach. Old furniture, room had a musty odor, provoked my allergies. Room had a great roof view!
I needed some time to think. The beach was a great place for that. Going for a swim in the warm, glassy ocean was wonderful to help recharge my batteries.
The hotel and area were nice. The first night we were kept up by people in the hall ways screaming and slamming doors. My wife called the front desk twice for help in the matter and nothing was done. The second time she called at 1:30 AM and she was told to relax and was hung up on. The next morning we moved to a difference room. When we got back from my nieces wedding, their was a party going on in the room above us. People were on the balcony yelling to people in the parking lot and music was blasting. Finally around 12:30 AM we had enough of the noise and smell of marijuana coming into our room, we packed up and left. The same man that told my wife to relax and hung up on her was at the desk again. He was very condescending and kept saying” I hope you enjoyed your stay and have a nice drive home. The front desk manager was no help in the matter.
Where do I start? Besides being in one of the most beautiful seaside towns in the US, Jupiter is awesome but the staff is over the top hospitable. I remember a few names. Jovita and Clara at reception area were awesome and should show up in dictionary next to hospitality. Stu or Mike at the pool area bar is what you want in a bartender/ concierge. Dude knows Jupiter and what to do in that area plus history. The doorman and other support staff shined during 4 day stay. Strong team overall in every area. Thanks and we will be back and want to explore more Opal properties.
We had a pretty pleasant stay. The hotel staff were very nice and helped us to feel welcome. The beach was clean and not too crowded...very short walk from the hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed (extra towels, shampoo, lotion, etc).There were only a couple of problems we experienced. Several of the guests were not wearing masks in the hotel even though it was required...it didnt seem like the staff were enforcing the requirement. The other problem was the hotel elevators...there are only 2 in the building and it tended to take a while.

Some things were good and some things were bad so overall my stay was average. The location and beach access is the selling point of this resort. There is a sign in the elevator that states one family per ride bc of covid, however even with a covid spike this week, the resort is not regulating the sign seriously and there are several families taking the elevators together. The shower was clogged however they did send engineering right away. One of the bath robes was dirty when we arrived and it took them several hours to deliver a clean one. I called the front desk to ask them to deliver utensils to the room and they said they would right away. An hour passed by and I called again and they said they can’t deliver, that I would have to go to the restaurant downstairs to pick it up myself. Inconsistency of information. Rooms are also outdated. The restaurant food was very good with friendly servers and staff. Not sure if I would stay here again.

She was the first and last face at check in and departure and was typical of everyone that I came into contact with. The room, restaurant and even the beach staff were outgoing, kind and you could see their smiles from behind their face masks. Thanks Jennifer and team for making the seven days PERFECT!
It was very nice good food but the front desk did not over much with me the lamp next to me bed did not work also there was A lightbulb in the bathroom that was out so all around a great stay be for the money things should be more cared for
The overnight receptionist, Nadette, who attended my family was exceptional. We had a few hiccups come up throughout the night and she went above and beyond to make us feel calm and enjoy the rest of our stay. We also felt very comfortable staying at the resort with all the COVID precautions they have in place. We will definitely be back
I’ve stayed at this resort twice, and have been very pleased with my stay both times. I recently surprised my husband with a weekend getaway for his birthday and he loved it too! The cabanas by the pool are cozy, and the lounge chairs overlooking the beach are perfect for getting a tan or reading a book. Also, be sure to get breakfast at the poolside restaurant! It is fabulous!
My wife and I have been Patrons of Jupiter Beach Resort for the last 4 years. This is where we went on our Honeymoon and have returned Year in and Year Out. The Rooms are extremely Spacious and the Staff is always helpful and willing to assist in any way necessary. I have recommended them to over a dozen of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work guys and see you Next Year. A++
Upon arrival we were embrassed out the gate because the clerk checking us in doesnt know the ADA laws around service dogs. Once we got through that embrassment got to the room well its dated and the bed is wickity at best and well lets say our neighbors knew what we were doing. The grounds are OK. The Sandbar is great and the wait staff friendly. I wouldnt choose to come here again as we paid for a suite expecting excellence and we got ok.

The resort itself is nice. However,the restaurant had very limited food selection on the menu,which is very unacceptable for a resort. We don’t now how good the food actually tasted,but we figured it would be best to just go to another restaurant. The waiter was also rude towards us.
Stayed here for a staycation with my husband. We are locals but wanted an easy get away for my birthday during the whole covid thing. Overall we are happy with our stay but did have a few issues.Our initial room was on the penthouse, room 909. Within minutes my husband comes out of the bathroom with ant bites. Not just little sugar ants, but the bitey red kind. We called down and they offered to move us or spray. We liked the view and just asked that they spray the bathroom while we went to the beach. They did and everything seemed fine. Unfortunately the ants returned the next day in my bedsheets and all over the floor. We then asked to be moved, which they did without any issue. We even got upgraded to a beautiful suite with a great view.The beach area is beautiful and the attendants were very helpful. The pool area was also nice but the water looked a bit murkey and dirty. I still swam in it tho.Overall Im happy with our stay and we had a great time. The rooms were a bit dated with some bug issues but the staff was friendly and the location is perfect.
Nice resort, pool closes early (at dusk), only a shower no tub in the room and there was mildew in the cracks of the shower at the bottom of the door.
My husband booked this hotel for us randomly as a getaway for my company picnic here in Jupiter. Were from the Orlando area and this hotel was definitely the best place Ive ever stayed in. The location amazing! The food amazing! The whole resort experience with your private beach area and palm trees everywhere made you feel like you were literally on vacation in the islands somewhere. Very romantic as we were lucky to have a beach view on a beautiful full moon night. So many pictures taking and only got to stay 1 night because it completely booked very quickly but my overall experience with my family was a night and stay to remember. Whenever I want to go away on a staycation down here Ill DEFINITELY look into staying here again. Beautiful, cozy, & relaxing.

We wanted to getaway from Ft Lauderdale to Jupiter for a night. We found this hotel and the reviews sound great. We checked in and bicycled around and have lunched. The hotel staff is very friendly. We even had dinner at their restaurant. Although it closed at 8:30 pm. No room service anytime of the day to your room either. I understood that part due to covid however, when it was time to go to bed. We realized that the bed was broken and making lots of noise. I was like, i can go thru it no big deal at the beginning. I was tired of running around all day but, noise became unbearable for both us so, we had a terrible night of sleep. During our check out, I mentioned the problem. First they wanted to wave the resort fee of $30. We spent over $500 at the hotel. The manager Brittany took over the conversation and offered the same and stated that ; i should have let them know in the middle of the night to get it fixed which would be more terrible inconvenience for us to move around in the middle of the night. I declined it by saying; we loved your hotel except the bed so; maybe you could credit us an upgrade next time and let us know the beds are repaired and come back and stay with you again. She said ; here is my card and call me after you book your next stay with us. She said that she would not commit to any compromise because we did not have a future reservation yet. I am posting the video of the bed to let you know how noisy it was. It is sad because we wont be back! I hope you have a better stay at this hotel. Good luck.

Who ever works the front desk at night should not be in the service industry. Nasty person answering the phone = me not going there.**Reply-its ok. If your staff cant be bothered then neither can I. Ill just stay at the Breakers. Id rather leave a message on the answering machine than talk to a person thats angry I bothered him while he was not busy at 1am most likely playing on his phone.

A great way to cThey are currently redistributing the sand on the beach. It wasnt a bother to us as our ocean front still had a spectacular view and the equipment wasnt loud at all. There were not too many people on the property at this time which was even better for us.The furniture in the room has wear and tear. Its not your newly renovated room. The wood on the bed had small pieces of wood missing which I only noticed because I picked up a towel that fell beside the bed. The bed is soft and comfy and the small imperfections do not take away from the experience at all. If you can get the ocean front with the breakfast package, its worth it.The pool is heated and has colour changing lights. The hot tub was relaxing, and right by the bar/grill outside. The beach is a 1-3 minute walk from the bar/hot tub area. They have a sand area, like a mini beach without the ocean for those who want to feel the sand and enjoy lounging but want to remain on the property.Overall? Very very clean property. The staff was friendly, even at 5am they were very cordial and pleasant. The room was clean, well stocked and felt cozy. I enjoyed my stay and my 30th there. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and quiet and somehow there werent alot if people. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed.
I have stayed here many times, always in a suite or even penthouse. The service is very good, and the employees attitudes are even better. My room on the other hand, on this last visit was dirty, with bugs...To the point I went out to sleep on the couch pull out with a towel for a blanket (I was super scared of bed bugs). The next day I left to stay with family because of the issue. I did make sure to let the front desk know and they said they would have it inspected. Upon my return the following day, they informed the room was fine. I insisted at the very least have a room change, and more have those 2 prior nights comped. I even took a picture of the bugs and sent it to management. The one and only follow up they made with me was to let me know they came and inspected the room and it was fine. I hate to say it but I expected a bit more considering the history I have with them and the bug situation with proof.

We loved this hotel because of the people that worked here. Everyone went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and happy. Jeri from the Boutique was one of those people. She went above and beyond with customer service and it’s because of people like her that will bring us back to this hotel for a future vacation.
We decided on this place for our vacation because it was less expensive than other resorts we looked at. Originally we wanted to go to the bay side of Florida, but with the red tide happening there, we moved to the east.The resort is great. Some mentioned its out of date, but its really not. We both liked the room. Some of the furniture is showing signs of age but Im not there to look at furniture.The restaurant had fantastic food, although a bit on the expensive side, but worth it. Everything at resorts are more expensive so dont go there thinking the whole trip is going to be cheap. However, we did get a daily $36 breakfast credit at the restaurant, so that helped a lot. The cocktails are good, but someone loves to add basil to them, which I found a little odd.We went during their slow time, Sept-Oct. There were not many guests there which we considered a huge plus. We are very glad we went here.The only problem I had was some of the staff seemed to suffer from ADD. They were very present and nice to start, but after awhile they kind of forgot about us. Im not sure why, but they just took a long time to get back to us. However, Lucas, I think that was his name, was fantastic. He was very attentive and we made sure to tip him well.

We had our daughters wedding there last weekend. The facility is absolutely awesome. Most of the staff was extremely happy to help. Juliette the wedding coordinator is a rockstar! She handled everything and made the trip very special. Ed the bartender was the only downer. He was very arrogant and ignored our party of 6 to tend to others just walking up. I tipped him 20% anyway but never went back. You shouldnt have to ask 4 times for a drink. This really didnt sit well with me considering the amount of money we were spending there. Other than that this was a 5 star experience. We are very happy with the wedding and all of our guests enjoyed themselves immensely. The food was awesome! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The staff for the most part was not accommodating. Guests had to dig for pool towels even though staff was standing around doing nothing. Same for wait staff since several just stood by the bar and no one went around asking guests if they wanted a beverage.The spa desk was horrible. We asked what services they provided and she said to check the website. When we asked if the prices were on the website and she said we would have to call her once we selected a service.Tried to get morning coffee. Was told it is out at 6:00 am and it was not out until 6:45. The staff just said it should be out but didnt offer to get us a cup.There were a few moments of excellent customer service but for a resort like this that should be the norm, not the exception. At these rates, the service is an embarrassment.

An absolutely all around 100% positive experience and truly excellent weekend we just enjoyed at Jupiter Beach Resort. We went there for a local staycation, we were supposed to be married this past weekend (at a different location) and chose Jupiter Beach Resort just for a getaway since our wedding had to be postponed due to Covid.The resort, the rooms, the restaurant and tiki bar on the beach are beyond 5 Star. When the rep learned it would have been our wedding weekend she upgraded us to a beautiful Oceanfront room with 2 balconys, a straight out ocean front view from one and and a side ocean view from the other. Melissa, the food service Mgr. surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne along with an understanding card acknowledging what would have been our wedding day and wishes for an enjoyable weekend at the Resort. It certainly was and then some. The Ocean Grill restaurant has great meals and a professional friendly attentive staff. The check-in staff, housekeeping and the entire team of employees all went out of their way to see that we had an excellent weekend getaway. Much thanks again to Melissa, Jovita, Travis at the tiki bar, MaryGrace and Chris at the restaurant the entire check in staff (sorry didnt get everyones names) the warm/friendly housekeeping staff and the Valet staff. Each and everyone one of you made a special weekend even more special, we will definitely visit Jupiter Resort again without question and look forward to it. Thank you!Lisa & Dave

Hotel Hazards & Weak CoffeeWhen my wife and I first arrived at the Jupiter Resort, we were impressed by the spacious grounds oceanside compared to another Opal resort we had stayed at in Highland Beach a few years back. The staff was friendly and it was ostensibly clean. The lobby was upscale and pleasant and we felt comfortable as soon as we arrived. Our initial room was decent (we upgraded from parking lot to partial ocean view), though the décor is slightly outdated with grimy-looking carpeting and fabric chairs. Lets just say, you wouldnt want to sit on the floor. The bed was okay, though we had to request a new pillow due to one that had a stench, the kind of thing that suggest dampness and mold. We did love the bathroom and balcony, though the latter was on the narrow side.We had a really enjoyable time swimming, shelling, and sunning at the lovely beach, and relaxing to excellent live music at the bar, but on the second day, my wife got injured on the boardwalk that connects the hotel property to the beach. Its hard to understand how an upscale resort could have such a poorly planned walkway to the beach. First off, there is a rinsing shower smack in the middle of the narrow stairs, making it difficult for people to walk by. Second of all, the boardwalk looks as though it has had one patch job after another, ...not done with precision and safety in mind. Both my wife and I are astounded that such a construction could pass inspection. As my wife turned a corner to walk back up the boardwalk, her thigh slammed into a piece of triangularly-shaped two by four (obviously fairly recently patched) protruding from the railing. She says it felt like someone had slammed her in the femur as the pain shot right down to the bone. She was in pain for the remainder of the stay and a softball size bruise swelled up and darkened. It made the rest of her stay an uncomfortable one, not to mention the bruise being an eyesore in many of the photos we took subsequent to the incident. On a side note, there is no signage of any kind indicating safety protocol.My wife addressed the incident with staff, and they did order the on-site engineer to saw off the protrusion. But as we watched the maintenance person remove it, he just threw the piece of wood in the sand and left it there, ...where it remained until at least the next day. If that is the best maintenance staff Jupiter Resort has, then they really need to lower their rates. My wife did fill out incident paperwork and supplied photos just in case. We were told we would hear back from management, but it has been days and we havent heard anything. This is what prompted me to write this review.Also, the coffee at Jupiter Resort is truly awful. The K-cups in the room are better than what the kitchen brews, and I get better coffee at my car dealership. I find this really surprising as Ive never had bad coffee at a resort that charges nearly $300 night off season (with fees and taxes). Otherwise, the food from the bars and on-site restaurant was delicious, albeit a little salty. The chocolate martinis are outstanding and the Sinclaire four-course special was worth the price. We appreciated the friendly nature of the staff, but feel as though they are not completely aware of, or care overly, about the potential hazards on the premises. As locals who enjoy a staycation, Im not sure if well be recommending this hotel to friends or not. But I do recommend visiting Jupiter.~ Kort
Checkin and even valet was smooth. Our room was oceanfront and very nice. The balcony was small but ok. There was a high threshold going out to balcony which we had to be careful stepping over. We left balcony door open to hear the sound of the ocean, but we had many insects fly in, a screen would have been perfect.

Very attractive surroundings and pleasant staff. However, the walls between rooms seemed paper thin. We could hear our neighbors talking all night. The resort fees and taxes were extremely high which almost doubled the daily cost.
Came for our wedding night and nothing but a disappointment. Wait staff during dinner was rude and drinks took 30 mins to be served. Yet the place was empty. Then when ordering room service at 945 we were told well you can order but we close at 10... great service. Talked to the manager and offer us a upgraded room? We’re on the top floor and are overlooking the ocean plus we live a mile away! #slacking service
The staff at Jupiter Beach resort always makes you feel special. . definitely a guest when visiting here. I highly recommend it for locals and anyone visiting Jupiter. Sinclairs restaurant is outstanding.

My first time here. Had to have an ocean view with my lunch. Food was yummy. Views spectacular. Server was super sweet. Then walked the beach and swam in the turquoise ocean waters right in front of resort. Ended the day with another drink and appetizers at the outside bar. Love this place. I will be back!
Great location. Jupiter native, favorite place to stay! If I could recommend anything to management. I would say have the beach attendants be a little more enthusiastic. 1st day Jake gave us 5star service. 2nd day, waited over an hour because Todd said the server was busy with towels then umbrellas. When you take your kids to the beach and they are hungry an hour isnt acceptable wait time. Finally server came down with drinks for him and Todd, and took our order. I looked around and hardly anyone had food/drink orders. Never brought us a table. Seems like if they work for tips they would be a little more enthusiastic about checking on the guests needs. Never even asked if we wanted something else. I went to bar and ordered myself. Also they need more pool lounges. At 815am I went to reserve 1 and they were all reserved. :( traveling with baby wanted to use the lounge for her naps but at 9am I was too late daily.We enjoyed the beach most of the time. The one afternoon we went to use the pool and it had crime scene tape and was closed the rest of the afternoon, my son said someone had am accident in there:(. Good thing my kids like the beach.Also they have a coffee station in lobby but its limited hours? For the price they could keep the coffee station open, so you dont have to go make kuerig if you are lounging outside.
