Park on the street, avoid the pier unless you are going strictly for the pier. There are way better spots and less crowds around entrances 20 - 40.

Best dog beach ever! Off leash and free parking if you can find a spot. Its a long hot walk to the water so take care of your pups tender feet. Me and Captain Nemo love it!

Great beach. Only crowded around holidays. Hit or miss with regards to sargasm/octopus/etc, but, its the ocean. Nice pier, lots of parking along Beach. Most access points have a place to wash off.

Moderate waves, seaweed not too bad, water just warm enough to swim, light cloud cover, plenty of parking.

Always a great beach..dog beach north of the pier,for dog lovers and south of the pier for normal folk.
