I came from North Carolina to look at these trailers the management is so friendly and welcoming I am probably going to rent here before I look at anything else

The Park manager Jackie mad our home buying process very very easy. We would do it over again if we could. The park is quiet, I feel safe knowing my kids are playing outside. The hones are very nice. We fell in love with our home at first walk through. Highly recommend park.

Great property. New management is awesome. Lots of homes are being remodeled and they look beautiful. I’m excited to see what’s coming this year to this wonderful park. More changes have happened in the past few months than the last few years and they are much needed. The park is looking fabulous now if certain residents would be required to clean up their yards and be held accountable for the look of the exterior of their home this place would be GREAT.

Nice community. It has really been cleaned up. Brand new homes have been moved into the community.

Its convenient with month to month leases but they demand their property be taken care of like the residents are living in the Hamptons. Yards are expected to be mowed weekly, even when its stormy and rainy out and if they cant then the resident gets threatened with eviction if they dont mow on time, or pay someone to do it. Their manufactured homes are run down and janky with the skirting falling off or damaged panelling. Management promises the units to be move-in ready but it takes maintenance a month to put light bulbs in the fixtures outside by the doors, which is a big safety concern when people have to get up stairs to their place. The whole community is an eye-sore but by God they got nice grass. Oh and you may or may not get the right keys. Theres too many issues with drugs and loud music too. Just save your time and money and pick somewhere else to live. This is not the place for people who like peace, quiet and homes without major safety and maintenance issues.

Was a nice & quiet place to live except for daughters ex boyfriend just wouldnt stop being crazy so we had to move to get away from him

Some are really nice, and some are pretty undesirable. The roads need repair, and a better system for finding the right manufactured home would be nice, to make it easier to navigate

Best neighborhood in town

We love it here & office has been great ran into a few misunderstandings but Jackie has been more then wonderful to us !!!!

If you just have to live somewhere, I suppose the park is ok. Better than being homless.

Terrible management. Would not own up to their mistakes. Costed me over 100 dollars after I paid my rent in advance. Took them a month to deposit check and is now charging me fees due to their side being down. Its nice living in a place that messes with your money.

Life in front of Meadowlark. It seems to be a quiet community

Is a nice park lot the manager try to everyones keep clean around ur homes, trailer homes looks good I consider a save neighborhood.

There are pros and cons no matter where you live.

Very rude, disrespectful...rules are outrageous as well stupid as hell!! Used to be a nice area to stay now... Dont waste your time!!

Ill update my review pending the resolve of current issues. The lot rent being raised to over $400.00 is ridiculous. This is the highest lot rent for any mobile home park in Junction City.
