Service at purchase was good. However fireworks were not, artillery shells exploded in tube. One of the fireworks exploded mid show and shooting everywhere. One was a complete dud. Called to tell them, didnt want refund or anything, called the let them know the scar face family pack had a bunch of messed up stuff in it. Guy was rude as all hell, didnt seem to care at all. Spend your money else where save the disappointment.
