Disappointing! They wouldnt let me use my 25% off coupon on the regular price item on the essex cart that was regularly priced. They said it was because the regular price is already discounted! So beware, they can say this about anything! The old bait and switch, so keep your cart! I will buy from someone else honest!

Great staff and service provided in the custom framing department. They spent a lot of time helping me out with choosing the perfect mat combination for my print and frame that I brought in. Jerrys team at Michaels is A+. One of my favorite places to shop.

Coupon says all regular priced items. Does have an exclusion list but what I bought was not on that list. They item is a non-coupon item.

I surprised that it so much more expensive than other Michaels. I had trouble finding what I had gone in looking for, and then there was a long line. I didnt buy anything because of that. Looked like several people put their items down in the same spot and left.

Items were on endcap all labeled clearance unfortunately none of the items actually were on clearance. Not sure if the signage was changed before inventory swapped or vice versa but disappointing. Otherwise staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very friendly staff. My mother had to describe what she wanted, and didnt really know how to describe the item but the girl we asked had an idea and sent us to the spot where we found what we wanted.

Always a favorite place to start for any decor projects. Friendly staff. Clean welcoming environment. The only complaint I have is how I receive daily emails offering coupons but the app will not allow me to use any coupons at this location.

Good quality they were not over bearing but helpful if you can track one down. Lots of sales though mainly they seem high prices but not worse than hobby lobby and the coupons are about the same with 40% coupons and clearence deals continuously running so you never know what treasure u might find at a decent price

Always lots of things on sale! Its hard to get anyone to help if you need something, but they are friendly when you find someone. The combo flash drive and lighter made me wonder who thought that was a good idea. And cotton balls hasnt really screamed Christmas to me. lol

Michaels is the place to go for everything middleclass fancy! Lots of awesome Live Love Laugh style decor. I went there to get things to make a dope Christmas wreath and had no problem finding ALL the supplies. Hell I found enough supplies to make TWO wreaths!! The line to check out took forever tho. Felt like I stood in line longer there than I would have at an amusement park.

Came in there was no sewing machines and on restock it was only basic sewing machines

Grabbed some new storage for my classroom. The deals that teachers get make this one of my favorite go-to stops when the organizing bug hits in the spring.

Stuff is to expensive unless you catch it on sale. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the womans bathroom.

I recently started writing daily in a journal and learning how to crochet. This place has all of the things i need for both of these projects and they have it at good prices. I highly recommend this place for any artsy people or if ypure looking flr new arts and craft materials.

Amazing staff, I had a bunch of online stuff I had to pick up at the store, very helpful and kind.

The store is neatly arranged and they offer much variety. I find the checkout area to be awkward and tends to bottleneck. They have public restrooms available in the back of the store. They offer crafting classes.

The staff are knowledgeable about where items are in store. I think they are high priced on some things but their selection of beads and beading supplies and yarn and crochet/knitting supplies are awesome. I appreciate the rewards program and the coupons.

So much fun so many ideas come to your mind and you start walking through isle after isle of crafts.... I kept thinking to my self Im gonna be broke when I walk out of here. Lol good prices and some times their clearance is crazy and you can get things for little but of nothing. Cant beat that. Great place to go!
